Gene and Wilson were the most prompt and professional gentlemen that I have had the privilege of meeting. Scheduled them to do 2 rooms and wound up adding 2 area rugs into the cleaning. Look forward to using Cleancraft Carpet Care in the future for more than just my carpet needs.

We just bought a house and the carpets were so stained. We thought they may not be worth saving but Gene got them looking GREAT! I was also running behind due to work and he was so friendly and waited on me. Very sweet to my kiddos as we waited and they worked. All around, a great guy and an awesome company. He brought the big truck mount unit and did a fantastic job!

If you need carpets cleaned this is the place to call!! I knew Gene was really busy yet he still scheduled my cleaning within a couple of days!!!! He is super nice and does amazing work! Got all of our stains out and now our carpets look brand new! And his prices are very reasonable!! We have him scheduled to do our rental property soon. We wont ever call anyone else! Gene, youre the man! Thank so much!

We had the privilege of meeting and working with Gene of Cleancraft Carpet Care. We had experienced a water emergency that soaked three bedrooms and completely saturated our hardwood floor. Gene arrived within an hour of us calling and quickly began to work to get us on the road to recovery. He was knowledgeable, courteous and above all kind. After three days of drying and tedious wood removal, Gene wrapped up. He is very trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend him and his services. He did a great job of making a stressful situation a lot less stressful!

Gene was wonderful! He cleaned our carpets and our vents. He was on time and professional. He was helpful And knowledgeable on how to remove odors that were left from previous owners. He is the best value in the area! Will use him again and tell all of my friends and family to use Clean Craft!!
