I moved in last summer and noticed random spots of lighter grout around the house, we finally decided to go for it and have the tile cleaned and we are so glad we did!!! The dark color was my entire kitchen and entry way and there was even paint and glue in some areas that they got off! (They even got a chunk of plaster that was on the closet floor!) We also got our couch cleaned and it looks and smells amazing!

Hey Id like to recommend these guys for your floor cleaning. A small family run company that work hard and get it done right. Plus they paid sales tax for Military and 1st responder which is a nice touch. They are going to do my moms tile and grout so Ill let yall know how that goes.

Classic American Steam is excellent! I have them come and clean my white sofa two times a year. When they finish cleaning, my couch looks better than new. They have cleaned carpets and rugs for me as well. Their service is prompt and professional.

Great people! They have cleaned our couch and rugs a few times now. They do a fantastic job and rates are reasonable. There was a stain on our stairs that didnt quite come out the first go around, they kept their promise and came back out within a few days to treat again, free of charge. I really appreciated the honest work and will absolutely use them in the future.

I called Doug to schedule my appointment, he was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, I have a puppy that was potty training and didnt know if it was possible to remove to urine odor for my carpet. after talking with Doug he assured me that he not only could remove the urine but he could also remove the odor! I was able to set my appointment up for the following day. Amber showed up the next day on time and was wonderful!! she walked me though the process and did an outstanding job!! i couldnt be more pleased with the customer service i received from Classic American Steam !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We were watching a friends pet who then had a major accident on our Carpet. I called Classic American Steam based off their prior great reviews. The greater Houston was literally flooding but I needed someone that day. Not only did the Owner schedule a crew to help me out in the midst of this flood, but I found him and his staff to be extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning process. Our carpets look NEW and smell great!Very grateful to these guys!
