David and his wife Melinda provide excellent service. David is a retired Austin fireman and is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He gave advice I never even considered and is very thorough. I highly recommended. -

Called this service because it was closest to me. David Neighbor, Austin fireman, is owner-operator. He arrived when he said he would, was thorough, clean and neat, and is a wealth of information about how wood stoves should operate and burn clean. I learned that original installer had taken a couple of short cuts which although not dangerous, lowered the efficiency of my stove. -
