    CAD was incredible! The team (Joe, Antwan, Shawn) were very thorough, professional, and just all around nice people to work with! They explained what they were doing, took great care to keep our place clean, and did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts. And completely unrelated, but just as important to us, they were kind to our dogs! If you want to have your ducts cleaned and done right, please call CAD. They came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint.

    We were able to get an appointment in just before the holidays. Jeremy and Jon arrived for the job on time. They walked us through each step of our duct cleaning and answered every question we had thoroughly (we had a lot!). They were professional and courteous. Our vents are much cleaner and we know and trust our air is blowing out cleaner because they did the job right and we were able to see the work they did throughout the process. We also had our dryer vent cleaned and couldn’t believe just how much lint came out. They left our home clean before they left. We highly recommend their services.

    Fantastic Service from Jeremy the very best CAD tech on 9/22/2020 servicing a family in Westminster. What a great job he did! He was very polite, professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything Jeremy did he explained before he did it and it was easy to see how the duct system functioned. He also cleaned my dryer vent for me which resulted in my clothes actually drying in the dryer, instead of me having to hang them up. I was so very thankful!!! If you need your air ducts/vents and dryer vent cleaned Jeremy is the gentlemen to call. Please ask for Jeremy!

    Joe and Nasir were absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about them. They answered all of my questions and took such good care of us.     This company came out to service my dryer vent, which is located on my roof. The tech was awesome. He took his time to explain everything to me and to thoroughly clean out the vent. He also helped us with our dryer as it was making funny sounds and not connected properly to the vent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

    After receiving various estimates and referrals, Central Air Duct Cleaning was highly recommended.It was very easy to schedule an appointment.     This company recently finished a project at my place of business, and I was very happy with the overall job they did! With lots of construction going on in the office, it would have been easy to just work around us. However Cye and his team were friendly, polite, and paid close attention to details. We were kindly asked to move if in the way, and there was no mess to clean up after they were finished. A few of our employees will be using them for personal use as well! 5 star service!

    Jeremy and Rick did a complete duct cleaning for us today and we are very pleased with their service. First, they took time to explain the whole process so we knew what to expect. Then they hooked up a big vacuum station to our main duct in the basement. While the station was running, they cleaned each and every duct using a clever rubber-tipped line to loosen debris and send it down to the vacuum station. A very quick and efficient way to do it. From start to finish, it only took a couple of hours. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I wholeheartedly recommend Central Air Duct Cleaning!

    Central Air Duct Cleaning is by far THE BEST around! We had them come out for duct cleaning and they came back to remove a birds nest from our kitchen exhaust vent. The guys were extremely professional and got the job done fast! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for reasonably priced, efficient staff to get the job done!

    I had air duct cleaning done this week. Jeremy was very professional. Arrived on time and explained to me what is involved before starting the job. Once it is done, he showed me the dust collected. Overall pleasant, patient and professional. I will be installing new HVAC system next week. Glad get this done before the installation.

    I have issues with a poorly installed dryer vent system so I have had this company come out several times to vaccum out the dryer lint. Our laundry vent is on the second floor so its a bit of a project. Everytime they have come they have been on time, incredibly polite and friendly. They are my go to company.

    Technicians Shawn and Kshawn were outstanding. Arrived within scheduled window. John walked me through the entire process and we identified all supply and return vents. The final price was then confirmed which is exactly what was estimated when the work was scheduled. They were very thorough and neat when performing the work. Required minimal cleanup afterwards around the vent areas on our part. Would definitely recommend Central Air Duct Cleaning, Inc.

    Josh and Eric did an AMAZING job at my home! I purchased my home one year ago, I think this is the first time that the vents have ever been cleaned!     The crew were true professionals arriving at exactly the quoted time, finishing 20 minutes from the quoted end time. I cant answer to value as it was part of a package purchased from BGE for a bigger new installation. Was it worth it? Absolutely! The amount of crud that come out of our ducts was amazing. Well definitely make this a re-occurring cleaning.

    Jeremy and Fred showed up promptly, walked me thru the whole process to make sure I understood what would be done today. With that I had no questions because they explained things in detail, they went right to work. After the work was completed I inspected everything and could not believe the amount of dust collected from the ducts.     We lived in an old house and had a lot of issues keeping the upstairs warm enough in the winter and cool enough in the summer, in addition to what seemed like an inordinate amount of dust all the time. After Central Air cleaned out our old ducts, we saw a huge improvement in air flow, temperature, and dust build up. The company is friendly, professional, and very fairly priced. Not the most fun way to spend money, but very necessary :-) Would absolutely recommend!

    Technicians were prompt for the start of the Service; explained the process and worked efficiently and tidied up before they left. They noticed a problem with a Floor duct in a room when they removed the register and made me aware of the issue so I could have it resolved. Thanks guys, guess that explains why this room has never been comfortable. Ive never contracted for this service in the past, but chose to do so ahead of a new HVAC system that is being installed.

    After suffering with a runny nose and itchy throat for months after moving into a home that previously had 4 cats, we hired Central Air Duct Cleaning, Inc. to clean our duct work and dryer vent! Joey and Kwan were amazing! They arrived early, were respectful of our home by wearing booties and wearing masks, were friendly, and were very professional. Seeing the camera view of what was in some of the ducts (construction debris from the previous owners) was shocking but seeing the micro filters in the machine they use was HORRIFYING! No wonder we had scratchy throats! So nasty! Thank you Joey and Kwan!
