I received a call from the service technician. When he got to my house, he introduced himself as Wes and listened to my issue. I watched him as he observed the unit. He was very detailed, compassionate and explained it to me. He also had a nice young lady come behind and watch. She was also very nice. They also offered financing, which is what I needed to hear. I would refer them to anyone that ask.

Immediate response to loss of heat on a Sunday. Our service company of 20+ years had no option for emergency service and did respond but Carl’s quickly addressed our need. I had a mini-split heat pump installed by Carl’s Quality Cooling in an attic bonus room that was poorly cooled and heated. Justin was the first to come out to assess the project and make a recommendation. He was knowledgeable, thorough and able to answer all of my questions. Kagan and Carl were the installers and I am very happy with their work. They were friendly and efficient, everything was neatly done and they cleaned up well upon completion. I recommend these guys!

Great experience with Kagan at Carl’s AC. Felt well informed and updated all throughout. They got someone out quick and would have been done in less than 48hrs if not for the weekend. Kagan explained everything clearly and answered my (poorly informed) questions patiently. They came out Friday AM, he was professional but not “sales-y”. Got back to us with options Monday AM and we are here in nice AC by Tuesday PM!

We needed a new AC system in December of 2022, as our trusty 15 year old builder grade system that came with the house was finally about to kick the bucket. After plenty of research and lots of quotes, Carl’s AC and their Daikin Fit system came on top when it came to pricing, efficiency, and reliability. Justin, their sales consultant was top notch; extremely knowledgeable of the products, personable, and a very good representative of Carl’s.The system was installed with precision by Elvis, Isaac, Jordan, and the rest of the crew, and after almost 18 months it still works like a charm, keeping our house warm during the winter and nice and cool during the other 11 months of the year while not costing us an arm and a leg in electricity.I’ve also had them out every 6 months or so for preventative maintenance, Kagan was the last tech to come out today and he showed up exactly as scheduled and took great, swift care of our system. Their office staff do a great job at keeping you on top of the maintenance schedules as well — extremely helpful when you’re as busy as my family!All in all, I highly recommend Carl’s Quality Cooling. They are a fantastic local business that exemplifies why Conroe and Montgomery County is a great place to live and do business!

Carl’s Quality AC and Heating saved the day! We had an HVAC system installed in 2021. We had several bids and went with the least expensive option. Within 2 years, we had to have one of the units completely replaced and the second unit was also having issues. Naturally the company that installed them was out of business when we tried to have them fix our units. I had Justin come out with Carl’s and he did a full evaluation of our system. It had not been installed properly! Our thermostat wasn’t even installed properly and was only using half of its features. Ultimately using the “less expensive” option cost us over $10,000 more than the most expensive bid we got! Do yourself a favor and go with the experience of Carl’s! They don’t just remove and replace. They design a system unique to your home so that your HVAC is running efficiently the way it’s supposed to. I will never let another company touch my HVAC system. Carl’s is simply unmatched!

Carl has done it again. My heater wasnt coming on so Carl sent out one of the guys to fix it took him about an hour and was charged a very reasonable price. This current feedback covers two scopes of work. The first involved moving our outside AC equipment to a new location at the side of the house. The second occurred at a later date and consisted of routine maintenance of our heating equipment for the winter season.Both scopes were done professionally with a high level of technical competence.The technician(s) arrived on time. They demonstrated excellent technical understand of what needed to be done and executed the work efficiently.In fact, my relocated ACs (12 years old) perform as good as when first installed. In the maintenance visit for the furnaces, the technician (Isaac) diagnosed an unusual issue which if left uncorrected would have resulted in no heat during the coldest month.We highly recommend Carl’s Quality.Update from last AC maintenance visit: Same excellent service. The technician (Isaac) was on time, very professional & knowledgeable. He identified a problem with one of the AC compression units and fixed it before it could become an issue and cause the AC system to stop working this summer. Carl’s Quality provides outstanding service.Update from last AC visitI can’t say enough good things about Carl’s Quality. Since the service visit we had an AC emergency in which the condensate drainage line became plugged and the pan filled with water. We had to shut off the AC system. This happened on a Sunday night. We called Carl’s and they sent a serviceman at 8:00pm! Wes worked until 1:00am Monday morning to clear the line. Wes was highly knowledgeable and polite. He showed true dedication in staying until the job was finished, when many others would have quit. He wanted to do it right, to ensure that the line would not clog up again in a short while. He had to replace many elbows that were caked in with carbonate. We will always be a loyal customer with Carl’s Quality

I moved into our house in July of 2020, knowing that all three of our air conditioning systems were shot. I called three different HVAC companies to get a quote on replacing my systems. Two of the vendors spent a short period of time and shot me quotes without really addressing my concerns. They just wanted to rip and replace my equipment and not look for the underlying issues causing such poor performance.Carl’s Quality Cooling was a radically different experience than the other two. Their dedicated HVAC engineer, Justin, identified that the original systems were installed with large overlaps across the physical layout of the house, which made it impossible to efficiently heat or cool. They also found that my home has foam insulation and should have a sealed attic with 98% efficient furnaces instead of the 80% units that require a vented attic to provide sufficient outside air for safe operation. Justin redesigned the entire HVAC system, including ductwork and zoning, which made an enormous difference in comfort throughout the house, and my electric bill dropped dramatically. Best of all, we got a custom-engineered solution with a longer warranty period, and the price was lower than the other two bids.Thank you, Chris, with Mongomery County Pest Control, for referring me to Carl’s! After reading reviews from other air conditioning companies in my area of Montgomery, Texas, I decided to hire Carls quality cooling and heating. It was the best choice I ever made. We moved from California to Texas in 2016, and the weather is off the chain, hot! So, we needed our unit serviced before the heat started. I called Laney and she was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She told me about the companys service and the offers available to first time customers. Awesome customer service! She scheduled Sean to come out just last week. Sean was excellent! Besides having a great personality, his quality of work was outstanding. He is so knowledgeable about his work and cares about ensuring the job is complete with QUALITY! He told me about my warranty and how to ensure our parts were covered. He took pictures of my unit outside and in the attic. I was so amazed at his attention to detail. He also wrote his notes on what work he performed on the invoice for me, so I could let my husband, who works in California, know what services were performed. He didnt have to do that, but he was kind enough to do for me. Thanks Sean! Since moving to Montgomery, Texas, working with this company has been a wonderful experience, as compared to working with other vendors coming out to Bentwater. I highly recommend Carls quality cooling and heating. They will be honest with you and not try and rip you off by giving you some repairs you dont need. We started using Carls for inspection when we purchased our re-sale home in 2019, and then semi-annual checks since then. Always on time, and thorough reports on status. When we lost AC a few weeks ago, Carls sent someone out the next morning, and got us up and running cool again within a couple of hours. But they warned us that our warranty-expired compressor was showing signs of wear and failure. With prices rising on everything, we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a complete new variable speed system with enhanced air-quality media filters and virus/bacteria clearing capability. Justin was most thorough in helping us understand our options and we were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding what was important to us and how our overall HVAC system could be improved. Then, the crew (friendly and always courteous) arrived on time to complete removing the old and installing the new system, working tirelessly all day to finish and clean up by evening, then patiently and clearly explained operation of our new system components, digital/WIFI thermostat, all the settings, and 12 year warranty. (Our 8-year-old brand name builder-installed system only had a five year warranty!) We are very pleased and confident we have a much more efficient and effective air-quality HVAC system, at a fair competitive cost, with a manufacturer and installation/service provider that will stand behind it. We plan to stick with Carls and his people.

I called yesterday afternoon to have someone come out today. I was given the times between 12pm-4pm which I thought was a decent window of time. She asked if they could come earlier if I wanted them to. I said yes, that would be great. The employee I talked to on the phone was genuinely kind, honest, and very helpful. At 10:40 am this morning I received a call saying the service man had finished up his job and was on his way. He asked if it would it be okay for him to be there at 11. Yes! Great! He was right on time. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Kind. Professional. As much as I hope I don’t have to have my AC worked on again any time soon, if I do, I will definitely be calling Carl’s Quality Cooling and Heating! So pleased with everyone I’ve been in contact with and the work that was done!

Great customer service from start to finish. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and got me an appointment quickly. Issac came out today to service our ac. Absolutely excellent work at a great price. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the company as a whole but specifically Shaun. Shaun worked on our system and fixed everything up like new. Very well versed in HVACs and a really hard worker. Always on time as well. I highly recommend getting the twice a year check ups they have, you pay once a year and they come check everything over once in the spring and once in the fall. This will solve problems before they cause expensive issues. I would give them 6 stars if I could

I had my entire system in my home replaced and chose Carls Quality Cooling and Heating because they took the time to explain to me what changes they wanted to make and why, had good financing, an excellent product and their professionalism was fantastic!I now have a marvelous 2 stage 3 ton Trane system and all new ductwork and registers throughout my home. Carls crew installed everything over 2 days, including adding a new run for our closet and changing out my old bathroom exhaust fans, cleaned up completely after themselves and could not have been nicer to work with. Even the financing was easy and at a very fair interest rate.This was a large investment in my home and I knew that whoever I chose to do the job I wanted to feel like I got not only quality hardware, but the installation HAD to be right.You will find none better at this type of work than Carls Quality Cooling and Heating.
