Carlos and his wife did a VERY thorough job cleaning all of our air ducts and returns. We recently moved into our home and it desperately needed the vents to be cleaned out! In addition to removing all of the dust and dirt from our air ducts and the lint from our dryer vent, they carefully cleaned each vent cover and repaired a vent that was not even connected! Our house smells cleaner. I am so thankful that we invested in getting this work done!

We were lapse with our yearly dryer vent maintenance, to the point that our vent became completely clogged. Carlos and his wife were able to make time for us the day after I called! They were very prompt, polite, and efficient. They were able to completely clear our vent in no time and it was a TON of stuff they pulled out. So thankful! Now our dryer should be working much more efficiently! We found Carlos on Google and picked him because of his 5 star reviews. I can now say from personal experience, they deserve those 5 stars! It started with my dryer not drying properly, and also giving a d90 error code which meant a 90% blockage in the dryer vent duct system. So I called a company to have them clean the dryer vent. This young guy showed up to clean the duct system and charged me double the amount they quoted because he had to go up the roof. Anyways, when I asked him if he was able to open the ventilation duct he said he did the best he could and it should be open now. Then he collected the payment and left in a hurry. Needless to say the job was not done right and the machine gave d80 error this time. I called the company and they were not willing to send a different person, because they subcontract this person in my area. Since I was not happy with the first person, I wanted to call a different person, even though it meant paying again. I did another google search and I found Carlos. I called him on a Sunday afternoon to see if he could come and fix the problem and he did in 2 hours. He pulled out a lot of huge lint masses along with, to our shock, a dryer vent cleaning brush (as a whole) stuck in the vent. Can you believe that? Carlos cleaned the duct system completely, inspected the portion of the duct in the attic, cleaned inside the dryer using a vacuum cleaner, and replaced the cheap aluminum dryer vent hose with a better quality one (at no extra cost). In the end, we ran a dryer test cycle and no errors were displayed, indicating the problem was taken care of and the vent duct was completely open. We just completed two full drying cycles with the machine with no issues and error codes. I am very happy with the service provided by Carlos, and the price was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend you calling him for your dryer vent issues, before calling any big company (I am serious, don’t end up like me, call him first, you won’t regret it).

#Air Ducts, #Dryer Vent, #Chimney Sweep.We hired Carlos to clean our air ducts she has high technology equipment, was on time, fairly priced and went above and beyond the call of duty spending hours on the very dirty ducts, he even repainted the old rusted air vent covers without being asked! When finding mold in the ducts he was able to give us a 10 year guarantee on a UV light that will eradicate future issues.He also cleaned our fireplace and in his service he included caulking cracks in the masonry as well as repainting the Firebox.While cleaning the dryer vent, he included a new flex hose, and he discovered that the vent had been disconnected in the attic, so all the lint was blowing into the attic, which is a huge fire hazard. He added a new elbow to the vent, he made things right!I cannot give enough recommendations for Carlos, he has a work ethic that is rare these days! 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called Carlos because my dryer was taking too long to dry a load. We had investigated the dryer and the line on our own and thought it was time to have a professional come out because the issue persisted. When I first called him, he answered the call and gave me an honest estimate over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. He was on time and communicated via text before he arrived at the property. He looked at the system and made a diagnosis. I scheduled him to come do the repair for another day as it would take several hours and he needed to get the necessary parts/supplies.Again he communicated the day before and the morning of to confirm he was in route. He repaired the issue and all seems to be working just as it should. I decided to go ahead and have my vents and chimney cleaned. The air smells so fresh! I would definitely recommend Carlos and will use him again in the future. He was on time, communication was great, pricing was fair and he was professional!
