The install was completed in a short amount of time (especially if compared to how it would have gone if we had installed this ourselves) and the area was clean with nothing left behind. They are great to work with and worth every penny.

Was very pleased with this electric company, C Wood plumbing. I called them this morning and explained my problem around 9:30 am. Their plumber was at my house around 11:00 am. Looked at the problem gave me a quote and had the large job done by. 3:00pm. He cleaned everything up and showed me all that he had to be do. He was a very well mannered and very pleasant and a clean worker. Will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Recently had several issues coming into a house I just bought and I called C.Woods to handle them all. I wont call anyone else. My latest plumbing issue was quickly and professionally handled by Brandon who saved during this last cold front when I had to shut my water off after breaking of an outside spigot. He was on time, clear about price and work to be done and he delivered. Very happy and satisfied to not worry about the issue again. Will call back for more work in the future!

Our entire plumbing system was backed up (city not septic). The lady who answered the phone was eager to help and very professional. She got them to the house same day. The plumbers were very professional. They put on booties when coming inside. They snakes the pipes, fixed the current problem and let me know what caused it. When i told them my neighbor had a leak they promptly went over to try to help. The best part is that they are doing a food drive and took money off my bill for donations. It was a great experience. We had a great experience with C.Woods Company! We had a pipe spring a leak on Sunday and I was able to call and schedule a plumber to come on Monday morning. The plumber, Brandon, finished his first job early and was able to arrive early. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done, including worst case scenario, having the replace the pressure regulator, along with possible costs. He worked quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable and Brandon worked to make sure the worst case scenario didnt happen. I would definitely use this company again and will ask for Brandon. I will recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Vincent came out the same day I called to give us an estimate to repair/replace our sewer lines. He was very thorough and asked specific questions to be able to know where to focus his camera search. Since he had to wait a bit to complete one of the camera probes, I asked him to install a new fixture we had (of course, we were charged for this). He did this promptly and efficiently. Vincent also showed significant experience and knowledge with our issue and how to fully resolve it. Yes, it will be an expensive task (replacing sewer lines). We have used CWoods multiple times, for HVAC and Plumbing (including a new HVAC system and whole house repipe). They always do great work. Thank you Vincent AND CWoods!

I have to admit knowing that I had to get a whole new HVAC right after having surgery 2 days prior hit me like a ton of bricks. I am soooooo happy it was C.Woods that my inlaws suggested that I use. They were amazing! Jacob was great and able to let us know exactly what was going on without sugar-coating the issue. Daniel answered any and every question I had including any questions that even my father in law asked who is experienced with the way it all works. He never rushed nor over talked us and went in detail about everything. After all of that part was done, the techs who came to do the job, Ezequiel and Anthony, made it feel like we werent even going through a crisis of a new hvac and me healing from surgery! They got the job done and cleaned up very well afterwards! As a bonus they were super sweet and had me laughing and full of joy at their different personalities which is a amazing touch to it all lol please continue to be great and do what yall do! When our washing machine was draining the water was gushing out from under the toilet in the adjacent powder room. I found C Woods plumbing with a 4.8 star rating and over 3k reviews online and called. I was greeted by a helpful dispatcher who scheduled an appointment with Vincent who arrived and got right to work. The ordeal began at about 11:30 an and Vincent was there by 1:30 pm. He removed the commode, snaked the pipe until he located the clog. He ran a camera through the pipe to make sure it was clear, replaced the wax ring and toilet then he cleaned. Excellent service! We had a back up at our house and Damon Griffith came out to our house with C. Woods and did an amazing job. He inspected every aspect and explained everything to me as he went along. Showing me any concerns he had and what the problems could be luckily he found that our issue was on the city which they came out to clear up. But since he was here he helped explain their enzyme product, which we purchased, and showed me how to use it. He also worked up quotes for work we would like to do in the future and snaked a drain that we were concerned about before the back up. Hes a great plumber and well be our go-to person in the future. I would highly recommend C. Woods Plumbing Co. for theirplumbing services. I contacted them to replace my garbage disposal and they responded the same day to make the installation. After the job was completed I was prepared to register the product on line and realized the serial number was on the back side of the disposal. I had knee replacement surgery three weeks before and realized I would be unable to get underneath the sink to read the serial number. I called C. Woods and ask them if their plumber could return and help me read the serial number. An hour later the plumber(Mr. Mark Guerrero) returned to my home and helped me with my situation. He allowed me to watch and ask questions during his inspection and repair of my AC system. He quickly identified the main issue and found a couple more items which needed to be addressed as well. Had a clogged drain where the washing machine drains. Called Saturday morning around 10am and they had a representative at my house just after noon. Paul the technician was GREAT! He quickly assessed the situation and went straight to work. Once the clog was cleared he ran the washing machine on a full load then let it drain. While draining he watched the flow of water through the main clean out to verify water was flowing properly (he called me over to see as well). I’ve had a few clogs over the years and have never seen anyone check the flow of water through the main clean out. He then took the time to give me a quote on a few other projects we are wanting to have done. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend their services for anyone needing plumbing work done.
