When he was finished, he looked the whole system over and noticed one of my intake registers was coming loose from the wall. He asked if I would like him to secure it, and of course I said yes. Above and beyond for excellent service!———My AC bit the dust on Monday. I got a pricey quote from one AC/Repair company on Tuesday. Got Burris estimate on Wednesday, and it included all the same things, and even a level up package, but for thousands less. Everything was easy. I have zero complaints. Go with Burris.

(I spend a lot of time in the garage)Burris made the install painless exceeding expectations. They installed a SEER 19 1.5 ton mini-split system to cool and heat my garage. Pricing was very fair with no hidden costs or surprises. The crew showed up with everything they would need and wasted no time in getting the job done.One thing of special note is the very clean and detailed installation. Nothing looks out of place. Everything looks perfect and Daniel took his time to ensure everything was correct and cleaned up. Sort of like a Christmas Elf! Edited Review:First, let me say, I have a very old heating system. The tech that came out had to “get on the phone” to get help figuring out how to fix the issue I was having. He replaced the wires to the thermostat and charged me $259. I asked him if I needed a new thermostat also (again, very old system) and he said no, the one I had still worked. Well, because the temperatures were so warm Thursday, my heat didn’t need to kick on all day. But come Friday morning, the same issue occurred. My brother went and bought a new thermostat and replaced it Saturday and now my heat is working fine.I understand that I’m sure my system is older than what he was used to working on, but I kinda feel screwed that he didn’t fix the problem completely when I point blank asked him about a new thermostat. I would have gladly paid the company to replace it, but had to do it ourselves.2/11/21 Kyle came out today because the issue wasn’t fixed. He located the real issue and changed to part. I greatly appreciate the owner of the company making sure that our heat was fixed before the really cold weather comes in. Just knowing that he cares enough to take care of my issue himself says a lot about the company. Thanks Kyle! I will definitely be recommending Burris to anyone that needs your help.

Decided on Burris because the original company did not carry the manufacture of the one good remaining air conditioner. Kyle checked all three and got them working the same day. If your looking for an honest company more interested in returning customers call Burris. First time I’ve done a review. He had our heater working in under an hour. $79.00. I just had them back out because our Master Bedroom/Bath was a little chilly. They messed with the dampers for about 2 hours and we have better flow. Again only $79.00! Just thought I would pass this along.
