Bunnara Hoy and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. They were friendly and professional and very thorough and I highly recommend their company. They even caulked around the air return and vents. I will definitely call them the next time we need this service.

Ive used multiple dryer vent cleaning companies. The period in which to clean my dryers kept getting shorter and shorter and with good reason: they werent doing a thorough, proper job. The Hoy Brothers are super easy to work with despite how busy they are. They show up in a highly organized, well-stocked work van (not just a DIY vacuum and some brushes) and provide an all inclusive quote before showing up and starting the work unlike the other guys. Itll start at $190 but depending on your situation, we dont know.. hell have to see, which is BS because in reality, the facts that are needed are: where is the dryer located and where does the dryer vent exits. That alone should be enough to give provide a quote but 4 out of 6 companies I called insisted otherwise. One even said, Well, if he has to reach the second level, there is a charge to use a ladder. Not kidding.Bunnara Hoy is your one stop shop for all things air duct and dryer vent cleaning! I used them for the first time for two homes and they provide you a full service quote and back it up with top-notch VIP service from jump. Dont bother with low-balling hooligans.

Bunnara and his team have done a great job in my new house. Due to a family emergency, we were not in the house. However, we wanted to return back to the house that had clean ducts and air flowing correctly in all rooms. Bunnara was very responsive throughout the entire engagement. While on the job, Bunnara stayed in touch, shared pictures of the work, and went above and beyond installing quality components and making necessary adjustments to the system. I felt like he went above and beyond treating my house as his own. Bunnara cleaned ducts, installed new ducts, repaired other ducts, repaired rusted drain pans in the AC system. Everything was done with great quality and attention to detail. I would recommend anyone considering doing the services I outlined above to give Bunnara and his family business a chance. I am confident you would be happy with the work and service you would receive.

Mr. Hoy and his team of family did a stunning job cleaning our home air duct and vent systems! He was very up front giving an estimate on the telephone; returned calls very promptly; and once he inspected our home his true quote was very close to the estimate. Mr. Hoy is very detailed, thorough, honest and capable. I felt 100% comfortable having his team in our home. They were meticulous and very very capable. It’s lovely to find a family owned company - and one who exceeds your expectations! They’re top notch! I’d give them more stars if I could. Since I moved into my newly built home 2 years ago, I was due for my first dryer vent cleaning, and I engaged Bunnara Hoy. Mr. Hoy was a thorough professional doing everything you would hope to receive from a contractor: (1) he provided a clear quote promptly and booked me immediately; (2) he arrived on time and worked cleanly and respectfully around my home; (3) he explained in detail everything he performed; and (4) he completed the job with his assistant quickly and billed me as quoted. In addition, he went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing my dryer vent cover and part of the duct to my dryer. At first, I was concerned that unnecessary work was done; however, after some research, I learned that the vent cover installed by my builder did not seem to be up to code because it terminated in a screen rather than a backdraft damper, which Mr. Hoy corrected. Lastly, Mr. Hoy was very friendly and courteous, and his business is family operated. I am happy to add my full recommendation for his excellent work and look forward to engaging him again for my future air duct and dryer vent cleaning needs!

Great service! Easy to contact for request for quote. Visited Monday to provide a quote for duct cleaning and was able to book the same week. Hadnt serviced vents since moving in 5 years ago. Bunnara Hoy showed up on time, explained everything that needed to be done and were respectful of covid precautions (all team members wore masks). Cleaning took less than 2 hours. Would use them again and recommend to others for a great local service provider. Can already tell a difference in the airflow throughout the house.

I found Mr. Bunnara Hoy very professional, polite, courteous and honest.He recommended a service with a fair price and went above and beyond of what he promised to do. They spent about 6 hours in our house cleaning all the air ducts, ceiling fans, dryer vents, replacing AC drain pans and most registers. They left the house clean and immaculate with no debris or trash. I needed the ductwork in my attic replaced and this company was recommended by a friend. I am very happy with the work that was done. Mr. Hoy was on time for the estimate and the job. He included some extras, like cleaning the dryer vent, at no additional charge. Even though he found a few issues along the way, he fixed them all also at no additional charge. He was always polite. They cleaned the attic, vents and all the debris. Now my system is more efficient and smells better. I will definitely use this company again when needed and highly recommend them.

Bunnara was on time and I couldnt sing his praises enough. He inspected all the ducts and after an extensive review actually said our ducts were in good shape and did not need cleaning at this time. He made some recommendations regarding the filters but otherwise said he didnt feel that we needed to spend the money for the cleaning at this time. Amazing honesty and I will always contact him in the future.

Mr. Hoy and his team came out to our home to do vent cleaning on our HVAC system. He notified me I had a mold problem and would not be able to clean them. Bunnara walked me through everything we needed to do and the timeline to do it. He and his team came out and we were completely satisfied with their work and attitude. Bonnar arrived on-time, and they were incredibly professional. They inspected our vents, inspected the two A/C units. And then had one of the rarest of conversations we have ever had with a contractor: you do not need to spend the money, your system is fine. We rarely see people with integrity in this day and age. Bunnara gives me hope and others should follow their lead! I was so blown away, we took a picture of them. LOL!! I highly recommend Bunnara!

This was the best experience I have had with any company I have found on google! Bunnara was very communicative during the whole process and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He made sure we knew what was going to happen and how long it would take. He did all that he said he was going to do and did not charge any extra. He showed me all he had done including cleaning all my ducting, installing dampers, and putting new ducting for one room that had improper air flow. Its a family team and they all made sure it was better and cleaner than when they found it. I would use them any time and would highly recommend them to anyone that asks!

Ours was a BIG project. They showed up on time and worked hard all day installing new ducts and vents and cleaning years of mold and mildew. I believe I would have paid twice as much from other companies. We are thrilled with the job done and would highly recommend Bunnara Hoy! If you haven’t had a real pro maintain your A/C ducts you might find your allergies are out of control because of hidden mold. I just never thought about it.I bought the home that we live in 32 years ago. I’ve had a few A/C systems exchanged over the years. Not once did anyone suggest any maintenance much less replacement of our ductwork. I recently tracked down Bunnara Hoy Air Duct and Dry Vent Cleaning. I knew that I had some mold in some of my air conditioner registers... I had no idea what was hiding inside.Bunnara came out to look at cleaning my ductwork and showed me more than a dozen gaping holes in my ductwork and just inside we found plenty of mold.TJ and I have both had sinus problems for years. I’m even getting allergy shots for it now. After reading a number of reviews and actually I mean a lot of them, Bunnara’s reputation was head and shoulders above the rest.He told me he could clean them and disinfect them but by the time we looked at all of the issues that needed to be repaired, there was no question that we needed to scrap the entire ductwork system in this house and start over. He didn’t want to do it since it was so much work.Our house is pretty large and so, it was not going to be an easy task particularly since we have a ranch style home and the attic space isn’t exactly abundant.I kind of had to talk him into doing the job. But after our first meeting there was no question who I wanted to do the job. And I wasn’t going to let him get away.They finished their work today after three days of absolute belly crawls all over this house. I think they replaced 41 ducts. Which by the way, they put dampers in each duct so that I can’t make adjustments if need be. As of noon today we have everything from the plenums the ducts, even drain pans all the way to new registers all brand new.After they finished disturbing all of the mold, which I might add they, handled totally as they should. They used a machine to fog with hospital grade mold killer throughout the house on their way out.He’s only been gone for a few hours but I’m breathing better already and the A/C units are actually working so much more efficiently without gaping holes conditioning our attic.Bunnara was fair, courteous and treated our home with care. They wore masks throughout the job. If you want great quality work from a really great team, this is a small business you will love.

Love this guy - and he does amazing work. Ive always hated getting ducts cleaned because you never know if the work being done is only cosmetic. Well, Bunnara takes you through the entire process with explanations and before and after pictures. And he goes WAY above and beyond the scope of simply cleaning - he sanitizes, repairs any leaks, cleans up any debris left from others, cleans and repairs dryer vents, just on and on. We had a dryer that was taking *forever* to dry and an exterior vent was barely emitting any air at all. After purchasing a tool from Home Depot to unclog the vent myself and *then* taking my leaf blower to the hole it was *still* clogged. I truly didnt believe that these people would be able to solve the issue because I wasnt able to solve it. Well, they did and did it fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend.
