It is always stressful when a major appliance in the house starts to get a bit funky. Our dryer had felt liner (which lines the edges of the drum in the front and the back) came apart. After doing some research, we reached out to a professional who never showed up for the appointment. Then we discovered BUT and everything was on cruise control after that. Ricardo and José were outstanding. Extremely professional, on time, upfront and gave us an excellent estimate. They diagnosed a few other issues with the dryer duct system (it was actually almost clogged up with lint and a sock). I also had them clean and service my washer. They worked in the background and we couldn’t even tell they were there. Asked for our permission before every step that a homeowner would expect to be asked about. Both worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Left the place as they had found it, and successfully completed the task. I wish all service companies had people like José and Ricard representing them. Very highly recommended for all your home appliance needs.

Went and got the Kitchenaid part and immediately repaired it. Very fast, very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Will use again for other appliances or air ducts.
