Fast and yet their attention to detail is perfect. The entire crew is very professional, highly experienced, and willing to answer questions and talk to customers while working. Pricing was affordable and flexible. If you have trouble reaching them by phone its because they are so good the entire valley is calling them. I wont go to anyone else for my AC. I had a old unit that was by my front door...terrible location these guys installed a new unit in what used to be a closet and now Im definitely saving on my electric bill. They also removed the old duct work and made very nice new ducts in my attic and used high quality materials. They gave me a price and kept that price the same. My house never went below 78 and now it can hold 72 all day and the unit isnt running all day. They literally pressurized the house. I got quotes from other companies and these guys beat the quotes. Great company. The reviews dont lie.P.S. they pick up any trash they make no mess.

After my first HVAC appointment canceled on me 3 times in a row, I ended up looking for other options. Luckily, I stumbled upon Victor. I called him around 5:30PM today and he told me hed be at my place to take a look. He showed up an hour later. Super friendly guy, great to do business with. Unfortunately, my AC motor was out. After telling me this, he told me hed be back tomorrow, got in his car and drove away. Then 5 minutes later he called me to say that he made a phone call and was able to find the motor and hed be able to install it later in the evening. Sure enough, Victor came back around 10PM with a new motor, fixed my AC, AND still managed to show me a few tips on how to better upkeep my equipment. I cannot recommend Victor enough. As a new home owner, he has been a true blessing. Hire Victor, you wont be disappointed!

Victor and his professional staff came to our home within a couple of hours of our first call to them, and it didn’t take long for them to show us what a terrible state of disrepair our old system (2011 installation) was in. Our ductwork was rotting away and moldy and our compressor, coils and blower fan were all on their last legs. They were at my door this morning and they have already torn out all of the old, disgusting ductwork etc., and have replaced it with a new larger unit inside and out. Same day service!Victor also took the time to show us exactly what was going on step-by-step and documented what was going on in the attic with pictures.The biggest bonus as far as I am concerned, is that they took the time to clean up and mop the floor before they left. This shows me that they care about their customers experience and for that reason alone I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.Thank you guys!

This review is a few weeks old but thats my fault. I check all the reviews and decided to give them a call. I was super busy and needed someone to check out my parents house that day. Victor answered and was there before I got to the house. He was able to do a small repair got the unit up and running but gave me some good advice to help with the unit. I have done what he suggested and my issue was resolved. He was straight forward didnt try to just put another part and wait for that to breakdown and come back again. I would recommend him to anyone and he will be the person I call whenever I have another issue again.

The two techs that came to my home yesterday were amazing. After listening to my concerns, they looked at my unit and quickly came up with a plan to resolve my issue. They had everything they needed on hand, not having to run back and forth or having to come multiple days. Masks were always on and I appreciated that as well. The pricing was great and reasonable, i have had others charge more for much less.They also suggested some tips and tricks for me to be albe to maintain my unit to make it last longer.I have found my go to AC repair techs for my home from now on. Victor and crew are great. In 2015 they helped with an insulation problem and hot water heater installation. They brought back my old AC to life at low cost.In 2018 my >20 year old AC compressor/ and HVAC finally gave out and needed replacement and once again their service was excellent and at a reasonable cost.Now I use them routinely. This past week, the AC wasn’t cooling and turns out the evaporator coil was needing replacement. It was still under warranty! A quick and low cost swap for a new one.They are prompt, professional and courteous. These guys were awesome and indeed very honest. Our Ac blew out completely and they came out and checked it out come to find out our motor was blown out. We have a system protect insurance for our ac but calling them they would have still taken a day to come out and just replace the part but our units in and outside were already about 14years. This company could have just replaced the part and go about their business but no he was honest with me and said it was best to replace the whole units. The unit was so small that I had No idea that was making our light bill be so high and that’s one thing he explained to me so not only did he replace my units but he’s saving me in my light bill too. I could Have gone with another company but I felt he was very honest and sincere about what had to be done. So that same day the parts were ordered and they installed the new ac units. My house feels cooler than ever and now we won’t have to worry about anymore breaking down for at least a few more years. Thank you so much for being able to get this done all in one day. 1st Express AC repair has been my go to specialist when it comes to repairing our AC and heater. We have an older home and thus have an older ac and heating unit, however, that doesn’t slow down these guys. Not only have they made quick and cost effective repairs despite some parts not even being available for our unit, Victor has at times not even charged us even when coming out and figuring out a simple solution that didn’t require a repair. One time we had an emergency and needed a fast repair for a home inspection the next morning and unfortunately another ac repair company botched the job. Victor came out on a Sunday at around 9pm and had our ac and heater working in thirty minutes. He didn’t even charge us an outrageous emergency fee as he knew we were in a dire situation. This company wants your business and it shows. Great company great people!

It had been 3 years since we had our unit serviced. I heard about these guys from a friend and called them to give my unit a cleaning. They were late, BUT, they called before the appointed time to explain that another install was taking longer than expected. Victor & Martin arrived and immediately went to work. They showed me pictures of my rusted drain pan, and of my coils. No cleaning of the coils were required. They also checked the pressures of the refrigerant and said it was within specs as well.They only charged me a small service fee. The previous company I had used would have charged me a cleaning fee and an inspection fee.Highly recommend these guys, Young, energetic, polite, and spoke english the whole time they were in my house. I REALLY appreciate that!

Fast, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest! These guys know their stuff and they don’t leave until you understand what they fixed. We have a baby in the house and the South Texas heat is unforgiving! The ac unit wasn’t working and we tried all the YouTube fixes. 1st Express has the most reviews for a reason, they are excellent! Victor came out first thing in the morning and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He had the parts on hand and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. He even showed me about some new technology available for keeping the rooms at the same temperature. He also showed me our hot spots with his thermo scanner. Even though I clearly know very little about heating and cooling, he did not speak down to me or make me feel like he was annoyed to explain everything. It is apparent that Victor loves what he does and we will be calling him anytime we need help with our ac!

Victor and his team go above and beyond to complete repairs in a timely fashion, which usually costs a premium, but they also have very good prices. My first time using Ice Cube, there was a simple fix but several underlying problems that werent apparent at the time of the initial repair. When things stopped working a few days after they came out, they came back again, twice, to fix the new problems as they arose and did the work for free.
