    Everything about doing business with this company was amazing. From initial conversations, quotes, scheduling, they even helped me select the best financing options for my full system replacement on my very first home. The installation process was a hefty job, but Blue Labels professional technicians arrived on-time, worked the job to 100% completion same day, and were courteous and pleasant to have in the home. Even the day after workmanship check went swimmingly with J. He was very patient and professional while I resolved a payment issue with my bank, and kept the talk about the current conditions positive. Every step of the way I felt that Blue Label was looking out for my family as though we were part of theirs! Thank you Bill, Tom, J, and everyone who was involved in this improvement process.     It seems rare nowadays to come across companies that actually care, are on time, do a good job, and are pleasant to deal with. Ive had Blue Label out a couple times, and each time they have done a great job. For estimates on fixes, they explain what is needed, show pictures, provide a fair price, and dont push you to make a decision. Using them has been one of the better choices Ive made when it comes to maintenance of my house and property.

    Service was excellent. I called on a Friday and they scheduled me for the following Monday, which is quick considering summertime in Texas. But then they bumped me up by two days and came the day after I called, which was even better! The technician, JC, was very knowledgeable and targeted the problem within 15 minutes. As he had the replacement part in stock in his van, I was up and running right away. JC was also very patient with me as he welcomed me hovering over his shoulder since I like to learn. He explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Blue Label Services.

    I contacted Blue Label Services as a last ditch effort to find a reputable company to help with my A/C problem. My A/C units auxiliary drain pan kept filling up and causing my drain pan alarm to go off every couple of days. I hired two different plumbers to see if there was a clog in the main drain line, but both said there was no clog. I called Abacus A/C to see if they could help, but the technician said my coils were completely corroded and that I would need a brand new system. He gave me two options for new units, a $14,000 and $18,000 A/C to choose from. Keep in mind that my A/C system still worked, my only problem was excess water in the auxiliary drain pan.I didnt trust Abacus recommendation so I decided to call One Hour A/C to give me their diagnosis. They said my coils were fine but that my A/C wasnt tilted correctly and quoted me $4500 to remove the entire A/C unit and reinstall it, in order to allow for proper drainage. Again, I didnt think this was necessary since the A/C units tilt has always been the same angle, which didnt explain the new problem.I was frustrated with these big businesses trying to overcharge me so I decided to explore thumbtack for a reputable business. I stumbled upon Blue Label Services and decided to send a request. I spoke to J over the phone and he said that he would come out to take a look the next day. J was the only technician that actually took time to find out what the actual problem was. After a detailed analysis, he determined that I had a lot of air leaks around the system which wasnt creating a proper suction for water to escape from the main line. He used duct sealant to seal around the units edges to prevent future air leaks and also noticed that a cap was missing from the top of the main line, which wasnt creating the proper suction needed to bring the excess water from the drain pan into the main line. Several weeks after J made those minor repairs, I noticed that I did not have any more water leaks and the pan overflowing was no longer an issue and the auxiliary pan remains dry till this day. I am so glad I called Blue Label Services, they are honest and a completely reliable A/C company. Truthfully, they are the only company I trust from now on. Take my advice and dont go with the large companies like Abacus or One Hour A/C. If I would have, then I would have been $18,000 poorer today with a brand new A/C unit I didnt need.

    The Blue Label Services team did an outstanding job for us. We have used them at our rental property and our primary residence as well. They are on time, honest and very thorough with everything they do. They even go as far as to help lookup warranty information for your units if repairs are needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC services.

    We have now used Blue Label Services 3 times. Each time, the representative, Hollis, was absolutely amazing. Informative and kind.Most recently, we hired another company to come look at a noise our compressor was making, and they recommended a complete unit replacement for approximately $12,000. We then called in Blue Label for a 2nd opinion, and Hollis got us up and running for $300.I cant recommend them enough. Thank you!

    Shawn at Blue Label service was fantastic! My main AC unit stopped working in August so needless to say it was an emergency... I contacted Blue Label in the morning and Shawn was at my house by 3pm that afternoon. Shawn took his time to check everything out and repair a broken capacitor on my AC. He checked for several other problems and gave me some solid recommendations for extending the life of my older AC. He was very professional and thorough, I would highly recommend Blue Label to anyone looking for a reliable AC service company.

    12.12.20 update- new repair to heating elements. Shawn was great. May 2020 -Our technician was great. Knowledgeable, personable, saved me a ton of money by identifying that the problem was a capacitor. Other A/C companies told me that we needed a full system replacement costing 7,000 dollars or more. At some point in the future that will be necessary but not right now. Thanks Blue Label Services!June 2024-repair after a major power surge from neighborhood work by Centerpoint. Jax was great.

    Blue label services recently installed a 3 ton A/C system in our residence. The team did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, health and safety conscious. The job was completed the same day in spite of heavy thunderstorm, while they waited inside the work van til the storm passed. Bill the owner came to the house to check the unit and the workmanship. We had bad experience with others in the past. We own a few properties in Sugar Land and intend to engage BL Services. With my reference, my son asked them to look at the system in his house. BL Services checked the system, went over the complete diagnostics with him. He was very satisfied with them and plan to have them install new system in due time.Seek their services, you be pleased.

    I have been totally impressed with this company. They do an excellent job installing the equipment and maintaining it. Jay was great and got the system installed quickly and efficiently. Jeff came by at the beginning of fall to check on the heating system. He was soooo thorough and made sure I understood the operation of my system and what my options are to even save more. I am very impressed.

    Mr. Hollis with Blue Label was a Godsend. I was having an issue with a leak and he was sent out to service it. He was extremely professional and courteous. He located the source of the leak, replaced the emergency line and made sure that the rest of the HVAC system was good to go. I couldnt have wished for anyone better.     Bill Fortner is the general Manager, his #2 Guy who’s name escapes me, came out and give us a Quote, about 2 weeks ago. He did not try to sell us anything, but what I wanted gave just what I ask for.He has an Air condition install crew that are strictly business, they are professional. There cleanup was excellent, very well done. Did a great Job, Blue Label #2 guy came out the next day, and he’s Air Force Veteran and learned all his Heating and AIR skills while doing a great job for USAF, anyway he checked my system out, and everything IS great. I would recommend them any time.

    Current problem was inadequate cooling of master bed room. Previous AC repair man from another company recommended a split unit installation without doing a diagnostic workup. I called Blue Label and found Jay competent in diagnosing the problem (refrigerant leak) and inadequate air flow to the bedroom. If you have an AC problem call Jay of Blue Label. If you want to have temporary fixes that are more expensive and does not identify the root case of the problem call some other AC company. You can’t gi wrong calling Blue Label for repairing and maintaing your AC.

    I called because I needed my HVAC serviced for an upcoming fire inspection. I had called two other places before and while their professionalism was fine, I was struggling with the price for just a service. This company did exactly what was asked and did not push for more or insist that something had to be done if it didn’t. They advised, but didn’t push. That was/is so important to me as a customer. Not only that, they were quick to respond with a technician despite the last minute request. I will for sure use them again. They were professional, timely, effective, and flexible.

    After the horrible weather April 19, I have no AC, the garage door wont open, and the Generator is not working. I called Blue Label and they came to my house Monday morning. Because it appears to be a electrical problem also, nothing could be fixed. But Blue Label is going to help me with my insurance and an Electrian. They were honest and explained everything to me.I had used them before and always felt they were honest and told me what needed to be fixed. They even tolerated my dogs watching them work.Recommend highly

    Jay arrived within the stated time frame. He was really professional and personable. I felt like he was an old friend walking in, and not a service call. He checked our system, and provided a couple of different options to fix our problems. There was no up selling, and the majority of the options suggested can be found at Home Depot.     As a landlord I value the amazingly quick service from Blue Label. Imagine Sunday, noon, football games and a repair request! Yes, it happened...no hesitation from anyone except myself (I would just deal with it on Monday) so for my tenant I made the call.     Did an amazing job! Replaced the capacitor and got me up and running again very quickly. Very knowledgeable and helped me locate all my filters to be replaced! Very friendly and cleaned the radiators on my three units! Highly recommend! Will have them back for all future service needs!!!

    Hire Blue Label and believe in humanity again. Bonus they will fix your air conditioner!Technician Chord R. took the time to teach this first time home owner the basics of taking care of the AC. He was professional, knowledgable and kind.After two nights without AC I might have been willing to sign my life away to get it fixed. But no one took advantage. I got the truth about the bare minimum needed to get things going again plus what they recommended. That means a lot after being quoted a $27k repair/replacement by a local popular competitor.Feels fabulous in here now and I know what to do to keep up my systems. Thank you again and again! I wish I had something else for you to fix.

    These folks helped me out of a tight spot. Had a rental house where the AC went out in the middle of the summer. My tenants were cooking in there. Blue Label answered the phone late in the evening and had someone out there in 30 minutes. Their work was perfect, professional and well priced. Most importantly, my tenants love me again!

    I am very pleased with the results of my job. J Fortner, son of the owner Bill, was very professional, well spoken and clearly communicated what was going on with our unit. Although my job came out to be much more than what I was originally quoted, due to adding a whole-hole filtration system plus HVAC filter that I agreed to, I still feel great about the work done. I am very pleased, and relieved, that the air circulating within our home is clean and safe air. If it keeps my family and I safe and healthy, money is no longer an object. Pay more now vs. much more later due to health complications stemming from polluted indoor air. I did my research after the job and my research showed we were charged at a very fair and competitive price. 10 out of 5 for the company. They are now my HVAC company. Won’t shop around for another.     My mom has a maintenance contract with them for years and is currently using them to install a new unit. I will also use them in a few months for a new unit.I told the dude (forgot his name) that I need this unit working for 1 more year if possible. It’s an 18 yr old unit in Houston!! I’ve been lucky.Anyways, he fixed me up and explained how to keep it running till it dies. Charged me only $69 for service call with a promise from us to use them when I gotta spend $5-10k on a new unit.If they are crooks then they aren’t doing a good job at all. Cuz I don’t feel like I got fooked in the process. My pandemic heroes....Give that dude a raise. Maybe next time I’ll bust out a big bob marley spliff loaded with sour diesel and a homemade steak dinner for that dude after he installs my new unit. Hail Hydra!!!

    Jay is very knowledgeable about his job and how the AC system is supposed to work I had 2.5 ton ac system and after gathering all the information he let me know that my AC was only pushing out 1.5 ton of air he did not try to sell me a new unit but I insisted and he installed larger duct sizes in the rooms that needed more air flow reinsulated the vents that were not accessible I would definitely recommend Jay and blue label I interviewed about 10 companies before going with blue label he was the most knowledgeable out of all of them he never tried to sell me anything only was interested in doing what it would take to address my AC concerns j and his crew were awesome definitely will be using them in the future when its time to replace my downstairs AC unit GOOD JOB TO JAY AND HIS CREW AND THE COMPANY
