    Had an excellent experience with Brent and Danny. Service was performed just as expected. They were able to clean dryer vent and the exposed louver on the roof. They shared the before and after video of the view inside the dryer vent. Returned dryer to original state and left no mess or sign of work being performed. I recommend using Blue Dot if you need your dryer vent cleaned.

    Contacted C&M initially who said theyd be out the next afternoon. No call. No show. Fortunately for me Blue Dot was able to schedule me right away. Sent request for service online.     Juan was very prompt, professional, and personable. I got in touch with Blue Dot through Yelp. They reacted quickly. I contacted them at about 8 AM and they were there at 10 AM. Juan diagnosed the issue in less than a minute. (Drainpipe float switch). He then cleared out the drainpipe, turned the system back on, and it was fixed. Less than $100 for a true professional is a good deal. Im very satisfied.

    “We’ll make it happen!” Most assuring and truthful statement we heard Juan Gil say.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Let me start at the beginning, before we met Mr.Gil…Our AC went out and we were out of town and came back to a warm house. We thought, Let’s go eat and it will cool…NOPE! We called an “urgent” AC repair company and they showed up forever later and gave us a ridiculous quote and told us there was no immediate solution, so we said thank you no thank for them only respond rudely and with sarcasm!We got Mr. Gil’s number and he said he would be here around 4. At 330 they called and said they were on the way! He showed up checked it out and was much more assuring and gave us an immediate solution for the weekend (he figured out how to cool the house) while we waited for a total new unit. The house cooled and Tuesday morning, they were there just as they said they would. The men worked diligently and as quick as possible to get the new unit ready. They were honest trust worthy and hard workers. What more could you ask for?! Thank you BlueDot!!!!

    I signed up for CPS’s energy performance A/C tune-up program and BlueDot was assigned the task of performing the work. I was amazed at the attention to detail and the amount of time the technician (Brent) spent inspecting my 2-unit system. He spent over 2 hours checking every inch of the system, including the duct work. He found a few areas where air was escaping and sealed them. He also found a damper in a location I would have never found, that was closed causing limited airflow to our bedroom. I’ve had several AC techs investigate this and none of them could help. Brent found one of my units was 2 pounds low on freon. He did not pressure me at all to fill the unit, he just suggested I keep an eye on it and reach out if I notice anything. I chose to fill it rather than wait and the price was very fair. If I have AC issues in the future, I’ll be contacting BlueDot. Amazing service!!!!

So thankful for Mr. Gil, he came and found the issue and got the part the same day. Mr Gil came back after 5pm with his collegue and fix our AC the same day and it was up and running in no time.     My home warranty company denied my claim for a new fan motor after their technician replaced the capacitor, but the fan still wasnt working. The tech told me the fan motor was burned out. Before having the tech come back out to replace the motor on my dime, I called BlueDot for an estimate. Juan Gil came out immediately, and soon discovered that the capacitor the other tech replaced was bad and not wired correctly. He replaced it with a good part and Surprise! The fan started working again! Thanks to Juan, his quick response and professional knowledge, I saved hundreds of dollars for a part I didnt need.
