Despite the rainy weather, Kevin and Dawson showed up on time and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process.Both of them paid close attention to every detail, ensuring our carpets were cleaned to perfection. I could not have asked for better service! Kevin, from Birds Restoration & Cleaning services was outstanding. From the time I contacted them online to book my carpet cleaning, (Kaylee and Kynell)on Saturday, through my appointment today. The communication was great, not only did I receive an itemized invoice before the service, Kevin walked me through the exact same thing, answering any and all questions I might have. He was courteous, they worked very clean, and my carpets look amazing! Definitely would recommend Birds Restoration & Cleaning to anyone! Top notch....thank you!

We had Kevin and Robert clean a couple of our rooms today and they were great and the rooms look great too! They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional! Our grandkids had taken their toll on our media room. We plan to have them return to clean and seal our tile floors. We will definitely recommend this company to all of our friends! We are new to the area and needed flooring. We happened to pass by the flooring showroom in Quitman. Velta was extremely helpful. She helped talk us through what would be good considering the amount of sand in the soil. She showed us various products so that we could narrow down our selection. Once the choice was made, it was ordered promptly. It came within a few days and was installed professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend. We love our new floors.

Kaden and Kevin came and cleaned my wool area rug. They were both very professional and nice. I recommend Birds restoration and cleaning.my carpet is brighter and of course cleaner. I have used them twice to clean this rug (I have 2 dog) and will use them again when needed. I recommend this company. I also appreciate the after call to see if I am satisfied with the service.

Bird’s cleaned my white carpets and wool area rugs yesterday and did a magnificent job! Although they weren’t able to get a couple older stains out from our dog being sick on the the white carpet, they looked great and the stains were minimized. The large wool area rugs look great and dried in about 8 hours even with the rain we had. They came on time and were both so professional and friendly. They volunteered to reschedule because of the rain but we declined. They were very careful with the wood floors and furniture legs as well. I knew in advance that they vacuum so it saved me from that task! Such a great service!

Bird’s crew came out to do carpets and duct cleaning today and what a wonderful group of men. They were timely, respectful and very thorough. Birds Restoration has always been my go to place for carpet cleaning, and I’m so glad I asked about their duct cleaning service. Their cost was a third of what a Tyler company quoted us. I definitely recommend them for both carpet cleaning and HVAC duct cleaning.

I had all of the carpet in my house cleaned and was very pleased with the work they did. The carpets look and smell great, as well as the two couches that they cleaned and did a scotch guard treatment on. The two men that did the job were professional and informative, and they didn’t leave a trace behind them. They locked up when they left and sent me a text message letting me know the job was finished. I definitely recommend this company and I will be returning with my business when the need arises.

The two servicemen, Michael and Pablo, who worked to clean our dryer vents and clean our carpet, did a great job! They were efficient , knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to work with. Our dryer has never worked so well, and after the carpet cleaning, we are no longer considering replacing our carpet. We will certainly call Bird restoration again!

Highly recommend Birds restoration & cleaning! From the appointment setter to after the service was performed AMAZING service and the employees are an asset! Keelen and Josh are so professional, knowledgeable, super good guys and most importantly NOT in a hurry or rushed at all. They were thorough, went above and beyond, then they let me know our houses HVAC system was new, clean and good quality and so it didnt require the full cleaning service. They also took plenty of pictures to show me the ductwork they inspected.

The process was very clean, and did not disrupt our daily routine. Keelen is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems, and advised us about filters and general maintenance of our system. I have had Birds Restoration & Cleaning come out to our house many times in the last year or so, and Im very pleased with the work that has been done. They are always polite, show up on time, keep me updated of every step of the service with texts, and the carpets look great. When my couch proved to be made up of mystery material that did not work well with steam, they came out here multiple times to ensure the couch was properly cleaned. I dont write reviews often, but this company does an above-average job and I definitely recommend their services.

When our hot water heater flooded our home, we called Birds and they were there within 30 minutes. It was the biggest mess, and we were very overwhelmed. If we had used the wrong company, the whole thing could have been an unbearable disaster. But, they took care of every detail and restored our home promptly. Julie, David, and their crew were professional and so easy to deal with. We know our home is safe from all the nasty things that can grow if a job like this isnt done right.
