The Billy Black team saved us when our 18 year old HVAC quit working in 100 degree weather. They provided three options, for the replacement unit, linked me into the finance option where I had an instant financing decision, and then the biggest win was that they delivered the system I purchased from Midland to make sure they could do the install on a Friday verses waiting until Monday.I highly recommend the Billy Black team! My customer experience was awesome!

We had our A/C go out, and my husband set up the appointment and they were out the next day, fixed so fast couldve made your head spin. Chris was super nice, had a honest attitude, explained everything to me. Im so happy with the service and will definitely be using them in the future.

Fantastic service from this company! We were told by another contractor that a number of services were needed for our HVAC system. To be safe, we called Billy Black. Chris was able to come out on short notice to help us. He was friendly, professional, and gave us a straight forward assessment of what we did and didn’t need. He saved us quite a bit of money. We will definitely be calling them again for our HVAC needs.

These guys were absolutely amazing! I got home from the hospital from surgery and had a short in my unit, they were there in less than an hour and got it identified and we’re so professional. Extremely personable and made such a good impression on not only their timeliness, but their integrity and great attitudes.

Philip is doing something right over there. I got multiple quotes on my hvac replacement and he’s the only one who didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. Him and David came out and got it all done in one day and man they worked hard to get everything going just right for me and my family.
