We called early Monday morning for service. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 11 & 1. He was there about 11. This was great since we were without A/C all weekend because we hated to call them out then. I was not there so he dealt with my husband. Ray provided quick service. He was informative and friendly and got it up and running in no time. He knows his stuff! This is our third time to call Big Fish. I have always had great interactions with them. Big Fish Cooling and Heating did an excellent job for us. They were very dependable, responsive, and efficient. Drake Arrant came to our home initially to determine our needs. Drake was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated that contacting him during the purchasing and installation process was easy. When I had to leave a message for him to contact me, he promptly returned my call. Our existing system needed to be updated to help keep our home uniformly cooled, heated, and humidity regulated. They installed a Daikin Fit heat pump system. The difference in our home comfort is remarkable. WE LOVE IT!!! Our home has never been so comfortable. We highly recommend Big Fish Cooling and Heating. From now on, they will be the HVAC company that we use.

We have used BIG FISH just about every Summer since we bought our house 8 years ago. The original A/C unit we had was very old, so we finally made the decision to invest in a new A/C unit. Everyone from the dispatcher to the installation team were so nice. The installation team did an excellent job & cleaned up after themselves & put our little door to the inside unit back on. I was expecting them to have to take out the whole wall, but they didnt. They worked very hard & was very knowledgeable about air-conditioners. We would highly recommend BIG FISH for all your A/C & Heater needs & would definitely use them again.

The flame detector on our furnace started giving us trouble overnight.The last thing I wanted to do was call on the day of a historic snowfall. But, my elderly mother is living with us and the extreme cold following the snow had me worried we might lose the heat entirely. Brandon Midkiff was so kind. He said as long as the roads were safe he would do everything possible to get to us. We are so grateful it warmed up just enough to hold off the freezing temps. Brandon had the part we needed and he could get our heat going again. We always call Big Fish for our heating a cooling needs.

I got a call back within 10 minutes & the gentleman who I talked with was very nice & professional. He informed me his tech was out on a job & I would be next. He gave me a 2 hour timeline but Drake Arrant showed up within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem right off & got my unit running again. I asked him several questions & he responded quickly & professionally. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything to me. This was the best a/c service I’ve ever received. Once we determined we had to have a new unit inside and out, Chase was great about explaining the entire process and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t want! Had Big Fish work on my parents ac, it’s an other system for sure but these guys did everything they could and got it running. My parents really liked the two guys that came to the house, Drake Arrant and an older gentleman ( that I didn’t the name)were the two techs that worked on the unit. They were both nice and professional, my mom isn’t fluent in English but they were nice enough to call me and explain what was going on with the system and the solutions that were there to fix the unit.

Big Fish AC is awesome. Drake came in and took videos of my old system, made recommendations and returned an estimate. Before the unit was installed I spoke with Brandon, the owner, and voiced my concerns about replacing the unit with same size that seems to struggle in high temps. He suggested the new Daikin FIT system that is a variable speed unit. I had always been skeptical of the variable systems, always thought that I had to have a traditional single speed. Gladly I took his advice and made the jump to the Daikin FIT. I have had the unit in service for a week now and cant express enough how pleased I am with it. The system is so quite that I cant tell when its running but I will say I feel the cool air coming from it. Also want to thank Tammy for taking care of all the logistics part of the business shes very pleasant to deal with. And special thanks to the install crew, Sam and his helper who showed 1st, sorry didnt catch his helpers name and also Dustin and Lee for all their hard work. Thank You Big Fish for resolving my cooling issues. Also Thank You Lee for serving our country.

I had a problem with our cooling system and contacted Big Fish Heating and Cooling. I received a text indicating when the service technician would arrive to check my issues. I received an additional text informing me the technician, Drake Arrant, was on his way. The text also included a picture of Drake. Drake took time to listen to what I was having issues with and answered my questions before looking into my problem. He checked on and found my issue and even informed me of the cost to repair. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge taking care of my issue. He made sure my system was working properly before he left and informed me to call back if any of the symptoms returned, which he felt assured the issue was resolved. If you have issues with your A/C system or if you are looking for a company you can trust to do your annual maintenance, I highly recommend Big Fish, and Drake Arrant to do the job right!

Not sure what happened to my unfinished review. Chase is a very polite and knowledgeable A/C tech. Found that my blower fan was seized up and needed replacement. This was late July 3rd. Big Fish originally installed my complete unit and was still under warranty. Could not get a new motor due to the July 4th holiday. On the 5th, York claimed that the warranty was expired even though I & Big Fish had it in writing. Brandon (Owner of Big Fish) honored the warranty on the motor and Chase came back on the 5th and replaced the motor,. I paid for just the labor. Got us back on and cooling after 4 days without A/C (didnt realize the blower wasnt coming on until the 2nd of July). Brandon is a stand up guy with a great staff and techs. I will call them with any future needs and will recommend them to any and all who need A/C or Heating issues. Thanks, again to Brandon and BIG FISH A/C & HEATING !!
