There were no surprises on price and two large stains I had for over a year that I tried to remove and thought would be there forever are no longer. Like they never existed!     Had to get the carpet of the rental home we had moved in to cleaned. Rental management refused to get it done, claiming they had already had it professionally cleaned. The room had a musty odor and several large brown stains. Marc arranged to have his team clean it the next day and was very helpful in explaining what all could have caused it. Fidel was courteous and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

    I only searched for a few companies and this was the only one I called and they returned my call within the hour. That says a lot about small businesses in San Antonio when in most cases many NEVER return a voicemail/ message. The quote over the phone was seamless and a no obligation to visit us and schedule service was very convenient and accommodating as all this was done a few weeks before Thanksgiving 2017.Alex called and reminded us he was en route. Alex reviewed everything with my family and the estimate was just in line with the phone quote. The only addition was the enzyme additive which Alex assured me was highly recommended by them and also real estate agents.Alex completed the task timely and was very professional and more than willing to educate us on caring for the flooring and carpet. I can say we probably spoke for over 30 minutes on the best way to extend the life of ones carpet.In comparing to some other online or commercial offers Best Carpet Cleaning Experts exceeding them by being competitive and willingness to earn our trust.     We had several pet stains and pet odors in our carpets and called out Best Carpet Cleaning Experts after checking their experience and reviews. They showed up on time, their employees were courteous, gave us a full review of our carpet in the home first and explained everything which surprised me. I never get this type of service from companies ever. They did not try to rip me off on every little thing like others that have been here, but did let me know our tile grout was very dirty. We noted the issues and agreed and I let them go ahead and do the tile as well for an additional fee.We paid a very reasonable amount compared to the other companies that had already been here previously and couldnt even get the stains or the smell out of our carpets.Mark and his team went above and beyond to clean our carpets and got them all clean as well as the tile which looks like new. I will have to say that these guys did an excellent job and was very pleased with their service. There are no stains or smells anymore. The owner Mark knows his stuff about carpet cleaning and pet stains. He is the the best I have seen, I will tell you that. I even setup an appointment for 6 months later to get them cleaned. I will be using Best Carpet again for years to come!

    I chose this company because of the excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. From the ease of scheduling to the amazing job they did on my carpet, it was stellar service. Alex, the tech who came to clean my carpet, was very professional and friendly. On top of confirming pricing with me before starting service, he let me know all about the products he was using, how they helped my carpet, and what other things I could do to extend the life of my carpet. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again!

    Left a message at 10:30 pm and the owner called me first thing the next morning. They were available to come in the afternoon. Very fast service. He scheduled me soonest available which worked perfect for this week. The technician, Fidel, was on-time, courteous, and friendly.     Alex is beyond exceptional with cleaning upholstery and very dirty carpets. He was very personable and professional. Our home was rented out for 11+ years and had not been maintained by the property manager. The carpet downstairs was disgusting. And our sectional sofa was overdue after staining from our dogs and being shipped from MA. All and everything was cleaned to perfection.     I have new furniture and carpet in my home and had some stains especially on the carpet from all the rain we have had and everyone in my house tracking mud and grease in. I looked on Google and found Mark from Best Carpet.I knew these guys have to be good when i saw just the owner had 30 years of experience. Called them out to my home to take care of my carpets and upholstery. Mark, the owner came out with one of his technicians and evaluated my stains and problem areas, then told me everything that was needed. They went into all the rooms, cleaned my carpets and everything else as if it looked brand new. I was astounded at the results. This guy and his team do a great job. I went ahead afterwards and purchased the carpet protection system because he showed me how it protects my carpets and fabric from stains. This stuff is amazing how it repelled water and dirt. I think i got a great deal and some of the best work I have seen done one my carpets. I am very satisfied with all of the work they did and could not recommend them enough.     They arrived within the arrival time window, for which I was grateful. Man explained the cleaning options that would benefit my carpets longevity and appearance. They even have an enzyme treatment that will improve my homes air quality by deodorizing and killing dust mites, mildew, etc. I really appreciated the fact that they moved my furniture so they were able to clean UNDER the sofa, love seat and chair. The total cost ended up being substantially more than the original quote, but I was pleased with the service and treatments provided. My carpet looks and smells great!

    I am extremely thankful for the awesome work done by Alex at Best Carpet Cleaning. I contacted Mark at Best Carpet Cleaning to discuss the condition of my mothers carpet following an estate sale in June. Mark was very clear over the phone that he could not guarantee that the carpet would come out clean since it was a blue dye stain on the carpet (occured during the estate sale). Alex, the technician, arrived at the home and looked at the condition of the carpet and said he could not guarantee the stains would come out but agreed to spot treat one area.     These guys are really the best! They very punctual and detailed. We got the pet treatment that treats all the way to the sub floor. Very few carpet cleaners do it where not even the dog can smell it. Not only the carpet looks and smells clean but also the air in our entire house is easier to breathe.     Best Carpet Cleaning Experts did a great job in cleaning our carpets & gave us fair deal considering the size of the job. Showed up during the time frame given and was very thorough with his work. The only 2 reasons I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because different areas of the carpet feel stiff and look a bit matted (not the high traffic areas) after drying & while cleaning upstairs and using a spot & pet treatment that was “green” the cleaning smell was extremely strong & overwhelming that I could smell it downstairs within minutes of it being used that I felt I needed to get the kids & I out of the house. The carpets dried fine by next morning. I would recommend them.

    I was buying a home in San Antonio and the previous owner had a really bad urine smell from a dog. I called another company and they came out and gave it the once over with a deodorizer and 24 hours later the smell came back.     This company is very professional. I scheduled the carpet cleaning about a month out, because I’m military and was going on TDY and leave. Upon return, I moved it up from a Monday to the Friday before...with no issues!! Alex showed up ON TIME and was very professional. I would recommend this company to friends, family, everyone!     I just have to say Wow! Did not know there were companies like this out there anymore. I have used the larger carpet cleaning companies several times and never got this from them. Excellent service, professionalism and courtesy. They did an excellent job on my carpets, did not try to upsell me on anything and were honest about everything.Best carpet arrived to my house on time and evaluated all of my trouble areas, they even walked me around the house explaining everything that was needed, what was not needed. They took care of several stains and cleaned my carpets and my tile. These guys even got out 2 stains that my previous cleaner could not remove. My previous carpet cleaner told me I needed to replace my carpets, but that isnt the case.I am very happy with their hard work and experience they provided. I will be using them again for all of my carpet cleaning. They even do house cleaning, so this is a plus. If you need a great carpet cleaner, dont hesitate to call these guys. They are a dream and did not charge me an arm and a leg.

I had used a company off Groupon a few years ago and I couldve done a better job myself with a Squeegee and a paper towel.This is 2nd cleaning with BCCE, and Im highly satisfied once again.Will keep using BBBE .

    I havent had my carpet done in a long time and I am a believer in these guys. We were moving out of our house and Mark took care to clean all of our bedrooms and our stairs. We have a large dog and there were a few stains which I was amazed he got out. We had the movers out before to move everything before him and his guys got there. I didnt get the teflon for my old home since we were moving out, but I will be calling him back to do the teflon on the carpet of the new home before it gets dirty.Did I mention they grave me a great deal and had no hidden charges? Yep, Im a fan.. I reviewed this company from their website and off Google reviews before calling them. He told me he had 32 years experience and was a previous claims adjuster for USAA. I knew I could not go wrong with this company when I chose them.I have to say they lived up to every expectation I had. The carpet came out better than I expected and looks almost new. He used their truck mount steam method that makes those portable units look like toys. Mark, the owner and his guys were reliable, honest, showed up on time and took care to let me know of any stains and the problem areas before he even did the work. I would say this company is fantastic, but that wouldnt be saying enough for what they did for us. I give Best Carpet Cleaning the highest marks and praise for the work they did on my carpets.     These guys are miracle workers! Me and the hubby decided to buy a fixer upper, so we had to fix/replace so many things. After dealing with all of the other things, and going over our budget, only the carpets were left. The original plan was to replace them, but we had to scrap that idea when we realized how much it would cost. The carpets were disgusting. There were stains everywhere and on top of that, the carpets smelled like a barn. We decided to hire some local carpet cleaners, but they didn’t do much. The stains were still strikingly obvious and the smell was a bit less noticeable, but still very much there. We really didn’t want to have to break the bank by replacing the carpets, so we hired these guys. When we saw the carpets after they were finished, we seriously couldn’t believe it. It looked like we got new carpets! I really don’t know what they did differently from the other carpet cleaners, and I don’t really care—all I know is that they worked some magic.
