Neil and George were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and hardworking people (not to mention friendly) who did an amazing job for us. Every single step was explained in detail and patience with questions/inquiries was appreciated. The before and after pictures and videos that were provided to me were very much appreciated as well. We contacted Attica on the recommendation of friends who had used this business.We were very pleased with the service they provided. Eli and his partner were here a few hours and did a thorough job on all vents. Eli took pictures and showed us the mold that had built up around our A/C coils in the attic. I suspected mold as I had seen some on a vent. It was cleaned up and a UV light installed to keep it from reoccurring. This procedure comes with a 5 year warranty and they will return yearly to check that the procedure is still effective.They were on time, very cordial, cleaned up after themselves, and very thorough. We probably waited too long to have this service performed, and very glad we finally did. (Happy to have the dryer vent cleaned out, especially.)They offered us a military discount as well.We will refer Attica to others.

Attica is not inexpensive, but the quality of the air duct cleaning service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay. The quality and process of their duct cleaning are excellent. They knew that morning appointments were very important to me, and they always kept that time frame. Do yourself a favor and hire Attica! You will love them as much as we do.

Alex and his tech were both professional and knowledgeable. They came in for a duct and dryer vent cleaning, and checked out my whole HVAC system. Unfortunately, they did discover some mold growing in my plenum. Alex was thorough while updating me of the situation. He included videos of the inside of the plenum and relayed what they could do to clean it out and prevent more growth in the future. They were able to clean out the return, coil, and plenum, along with the dryer vent and duct cleaning. They were also able to mount some UV lights for me to try and prevent more mold from coming up. Alex even went over what I could do about insulation and venting in my attic to help with prevention outside of my HVAC system. I think the price was reasonable compared to what I have seen, and they were able to get it all done on the same day. Alex also provided videos and pics of the cleaning and sanitation process, and of the completed work. Over all, it was a great experience and I will certainly use Attica in the future.

Attica was on time, did a great job. Sent several videos and photos while they did the work. Yes I had some mold that needed the extra cleaning and extra cost to it. But his estimate was legit. I had other estimates in the same ball park but Attica was on the lower end. The gunk arround the register was cleaned as well as the register itself. Looks brand new, i thought it was rust. It was mold. Dryer vent was cleaned out as well with no extra charge. Will definitely use them moving forward.

I recommend Attica. They were quick, professional and upfront about additional services recommended without a complicated long sales pitch with alternative value propositions.They also wore shoe covers for those concerned about contractors having dirty shoes.What they did--they went to the roof to clean the dryer vent. Then went inside to attach a hepa vacuum while using a blower on each vent to push the debris toward the vacuum. They then went to the ac unit (not the unit outside) and showed how it accumulated bacteria from condensation and dirt buildup.If you care about air quality--this is a good knowledgeable company to use. Theyre a small business if that matters to you.
