    Chris and Atlas saved me a bunch of money. A different company tried to convince me my chimney needed to be rebuilt because of gaps and cracks, but Brian simply filled in the gaps for significantly less. They were prompt, communicated well, and seemed honest in recommending what needed to be done. The work done seems to be of good quality.

    I just had my chimney inspected and cleaned by Atlas, I had the same done in 2020. This is the only company I will use or trust to maintain my chimney.They show up on time, explain what they are doing and never leave a mess.I highly recommend!

    Chris and his crew arrived promptly and attended to my rooftop dryer vent first. We saw the lint blow out as Brian was inside at the dryer utilizing a leaf blower. Meanwhile Bradley attended to the chimney where there was a small creosote build-up. Chris and I had a great conversation while the guys were doing the work and I found him very personable as well as knowledgeable. Needless to say, Ill be calling them back in a couple of years just to be safe!

    Chris and his assistant came out the same day. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate was somewhat higher than a competing quote, but he returned well ahead of the date promised with the newly fabricated chimney crown. His installer did an excellent job and afterward shared photos of the important details. I feel good about their quality.

    Chris is knowledgeable and definitely an expert in his field. He called me in the right amount of time for me to go home from work and he was there waiting on me when I got there.     Chris did a great job! The interior dryer vent was clogged and he was able to clear it in no time. We originally thought we were going to have to buy a new dryer, but a little research and a great Pro, like Chris got us back on track. I highly recommend Atlas Chimney!

    Chris and Brian gave me a good bid after assessing the repairs needed to the top of the chimney that had been damaged in a storm. When it came time to do the work it went off without a hitch because of the planning they had done. Work was completed in the time they said. Great repair, cleaned up after. Highly recommend them.

    Owner, Chris Hess, and his assistant, Dimitri, were awesome! They cut-to-size and replaced my refractory panels in my outside fireplace. Communication was great and the cleanup afterward left my deck spotless. I highly recommend Atlas Chimney to everyone!

    Best overall experience ever. I diligently research needs, methods, pricing, and even folklore about services I have performed at my home. Atlas was the only certified chimney company I could find in the area, now I know why, I met Chris and (lets face it) I was watching carefully with high interest, hoping to not be rude or interfere. Every task performed and every question answered , confirmed my research to my satisfaction. In the end, I felt like it was me who passed the test. I got quality work done, but I actually had fun! Ill not put off this important yearly servicing anymore. You bet I will be calling Atlas Chimney again, and will refer my family, friends, and Colleagues.

    I highly recommend Chris and Atlas Chimney. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He and his crew cleaned and checked out our fireplace after we purchased our home. They were efficient and cleaned our living room leaving everything just as they had found it. I wouldnt call anyone else if we need this service again.

    We had a great experience with Chris at Atlas Chimney. We moved in to this house a couple years ago, but given the sheer number of other things that either broke or were already bad but missed during the home inspection, Id been hesitant to use the fireplace until getting it properly inspected and cleaned by someone who specializes in such things.Chris got here, checked over the gas loop, then inspected the chimney. After a few minutes, he called me over, told me things were in good shape and the chimney really didnt need cleaning. He reduced his quote to cover his time and the inspection without the additional cost of the cleaning. I always appreciate when someone is honest and doesnt charge for something I dont need, and Id definitely call Chris again based on this experience.

    I could not be more pleased with the work that Atlas Chimney performed on my fireplace. Not only was he kind enough to come out on a Sunday, but he took the time, after their thorough diagnostic tests, to walk me through the ins and outs of my fireplace. I asked a ton of questions that all received thoughtful answers and not once did I feel like he was in a rush to move on to the next appointment. I am now confident that my fireplace is safe to use and I will not hesitate to call Atlas Chimney when it is time for the next evalauation. If I could give him more than five stars I would!

    We have had our chimney swept and serviced by a couple of other companies. We were looking for a metal cap, and Atlas thoroughly inspected our chimney and noticed a few problems. I am a Texan, so when it gets “cold” I use the fireplace; and safety is paramount. So we had to have our firebox and flue replaced, and added the metal chase cap. The fireplace is stone so they had to remove the back for the new firebox.We have a dog that loves meeting new friends, and Brian instantly bonded with him. Chris and Brian exceeded our expectations, and in the future we will most definitely be using them.
