November 20, 2024I have hired Jay with Aqua Dry cleaning services for20-30 years. I am very pleased with their services. When he finishes cleaning my carpets/upholstery, it looks brand new!! I have 2 dogs & he spot treats their “accidents”. He is a professional & is very kind & friendly. He’s fast & his prices are very reasonable!! Iwill never hire any other carpet cleaning service.He cleans my carpet 3-4 times a year.It’s amazing how quickly my carpet dries as opposedto other carpet cleaners. We have used Aquadry and Jay Palmer for many years. We had a bad water leak at our office last week and Jay was able to come by that day and get fans and dehumidifiers on the wet carpet. He later followed up and cleaned the carpet with the water spill was. I would recommend him to anyone. -

Aquadry is fantastic!!!My husband and I just got married and remodel our house with new texture and paint… since it used to be a rental there was a lot of past grime… it was safe to say that the floors needed some intense help!We were blown away by the different Auqadry made!!! They do exceptional work! My carpets in our house and vehicle are always like new when they come in and clean.My daughter had spilled cream in the back seat of the vehicle, I had no idea that it happened. In the summer time, it got hot and smelled like soured milk all the time. It was cleaned and is like a brand new vehicle.Another time we accidentally left our Great Dane in our house when we left for vacation. It was two days later we realized she was left in the house. You can imagine what a mess that was to clean up, like leaving a horse in your house for two days. Jay came and cleaned the house, it was cleaner and smelled better than it ever had before. I didn’t think we would ever get the carpets and the tile like new. They did though!I can’t say enough about the work they do. Great job guys, keep up the good work you do! -

I called Jay when I had a tenant move out that had lived in the house for almost a year with 4-5 dogs. The carpet was filthy and stained, it stunk, and full of dog hair. Jay and his crew worked hard and got the carpet looking great again. The smell is gone and no stains! I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. -

We had aqua dry come clean our carpet in our vehicle. We have three kids and two dogs, so you can imagine the traffic we get! One of the kids spilled half of a carton of whipping cream in the back. I tried cleaning it out myself, but with no luck. Aqua dry came out and made it like new!!! No more spoiled milk smell! I cant wait for them to come clean our carpets! They were very professional, quick and made the carpet like new. I enjoy supporting a company like this! I am thankful for the products they use, that are safe around children and pets. I am so thankful for AquaDry! They have been there for me through several floods and made these stressful situations not nearly as bad. Not only did they come immediately each time I called them, but once they were there, they immediately got to work and were very thorough in the entire process- checking to make sure everything was drying out the way that it should be every step of the way.
