On top of being sick all week, I came home today to my house at a crisp 82 degrees. Met Brandon & Dakota when I worked at DTS & they’re great customers & even better people. Reached out to them and Brandon came out & was in and out in no time with the problem solved! Wonderful customer service. Thanks so much to yall & I’ll recommend yall 500 times!100/100 Stars

The fan motor went out in our A/C and it was sooo hot!!! One call and Brandon was there right away to address it. He’s fast, friendly and very thorough. This was on a Sunday when most people won’t even answer the phone much less come out to help you. He had our part the very next day and came back and repaired it. The price was more than reasonable. Service was friendly and professional. He even followed up the next morning to make sure the house was still cooling good. This company comes highly recommended!

Y’all. Amazing company. AMAZING!! We had issues over the weekend (cause ya know an AC only goes out on a weekend). Anyways, so we contacted Brandon (owner) and he had the part we thought was bad. Got it (very reasonable price) and installed it and absolutely nothing still. We knew the issue was beyond us at that point and called Brandon again (on a Sunday). He came out today (3-28-22) and fixed the issue right away. Annual A/C & heating will be our go to for all of our heating and air needs.

Brandon provides the best service hands down. Trustworthy service for anyone, Ive sent him to look at my grandparents ac knowing he would take care of them. I’ve used his services for all my AC/ heating needs and it’s always been super quick, professional, and affordable. Very knowledgeable about what he does and I would highly recommend him!

When Hurricane Laura hit he came to check for damages. Im so blessed to have such a caring company taking care of my AC/Heating needs.

After Hurricane Laura my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called and spoke with Brandon. He immediately diagnosed the issue and came out to fix it! He was very professional and friendly! I will continue to give them my business and suggest you do as well!

I have used Annual AC on a couple occasions. Once for a bad thermostat and once for a capacitor. Both times Brandon came out when he said he would, did the job and was very nice to me and my family. There was no nonsense, and I appreciate that.

Mr. Brandon is top notch for sure! I called explaining my issue with my a/c system and he went above and beyond helping me! We made an appointment for him to come and he took no time identifying the issue. He explained to me why the issue was happening and how it possibly occurred. Got me all fixed up and I couldn’t have been more grateful! I’d highly recommend him and his services hands down!
