PROs: Nate (techician) was kind, professional, took the time to explain procedures and careful to place coverings near vents. Also hes very caring around our pets and placed coverings to protect them. Nate changed our perception of the company because of initial rude communication with the customer service dept. Nate saved the company as I almost chose another company. Afterwards there was very little cleaning to do unlike a past experience (different company) that required a cleaning service and a Drs visit for my son.CONs: Initial and follow up conversations with 1 particular customer service representative. Laughing at a customers situation is different than laughing with a customer.- The sanitization process is strong, keep windows/doors cracked for fresh air to circulate into the home, sit outside and relax, Nates got this!Cost was estimated to be $1 per sq foot (without tip, yes we tipped the tech), a discount was applied and we appreciated it. Recommend to anyone, get the ducts cleaned out, its worth it.BUT steer away from advertised $199 specials. Otherwise do it yourself with a simple brush. If a company doesnt bring in a HVAC vaccum (see in the photos) then youll need housekeeper to come in afterwards to clean up the debris.Thank you Nate! You made our day!!
