    I contacted this company for a quote regarding carpet stretching and cleaning. They were on time, polite, worked quickly and included me during their process to see what was being done. I will recommend them to my friends and would use them again.

    Alpha Omega was great!I got a Groupon before checking the reviews here, so I became concerned initially. However, I must say I had an awesome experience with them.Scheduling was very easy. I had to reschedule because unpacking our boxes took longer than expected and they accommodated my request without any issues. On the day of the appointment, I got a call verifying my address and giving me their ETA. Ryan and Doug arrived on time and were very efficient and polite. They recommended upgrading for a deeper carpet clean (key word recommended, they werent pushy about it at all) which I agreed to. Right now, our carpet looks and smells clean. I wouldve preferred if they also moved furniture to clean even the hidden areas of the carpet... but thats not a deal breaker. I am not sure what happened with the other negative reviews but we had a very positive experience and will definitely avail of their services again in the future.

    I was very impressed with their speed, professionalism and quality. Id bought a Groupon for three rooms and a hallway. As other reviewers mentioned, this is just for a steam clean and they recommended that I upgrade services for a deeper cleaning with enzymes in the two most trafficked rooms. Multiple dogs and muddy yard, it makes sense. The revised price was fair and I agreed, and I am so glad I did. My house looks and smells fresh and new. Both techs were polite and efficient. I will definitely be using their services again.

    No complaints. Showed up on time and cleaned 5 rooms and a living room. Technician was professional and efficient. Rates were competitive. I used the groupon rate, but I did not actually purchase the groupon as I did not want to pay before the job as completed. They honored the price online and suggested reasonable extra services, to which I only purchased one with no pressure from technician. This was a move out cleaning, so there was no furniture to move.

    Easy to set up appointment and use Groupon. Came exactly as the time they said they would (even 10 min early) Very courteous and professional. Quickly explained cost for extra stairs as well as degreaser. In and out with stairs, living room and dining room in 30 minutes. I think looking at these reviews, people expect way too much. Its a local small business trying to compete with the big dogs and sometimes they may not be as organized as them but give them a chance and they will do right by you. Thanks Alpha Omega.

    I originally found this company in Groupon and called to ask about their offers. I ended up buying directly through them because I neededMore than their Groupon offers. Patrick was very honest and told me what I needed and I appreciated that. I Called them on a Friday and they had someone out the next day. Jake was our technician and was AMAZING!!! Sweetest man ever and did a fantastic job on our disgusting three year old, non maintenance, dog walking carpet (old tenants). It was seriously black in some areas. He made it look brand new (not exaggerating at all). He even did our three coaches and ottoman. Their service was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was pretty fast given how much work there was. He used products that smelled good and even cleaned up after himself.I have kept their name and will definitely use them (Jake) in particular.     Despite all of the negative reviews on Google, I had a wonderful experience with this company.They showed up right on time, took my Groupon coupon with no issues, and were in and out of my 1,600sqft home in just over an hour.Very kind technicians and amazing pricing that can’t be beat.

Im not sure what the other reviews are about but my experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing; the quality of work, their professionalism, their kindness and punctuality.     This company is TOP NOTCH! We used a $90 Groupon to steam clean 3 BR and 3 additional areas in under an hour! The difference was like night and day - Clint did an excellent job! We will most definitely use this company again.

    Cant believe all the bad reviews!! Looks to me that some people cannot READ THE FINE PRINT with the groupons! Super honest and trustworthy, told us out carpets were not worth spending the money to clean and offered to take care of and clean some areas we were concerned about and even area rugs!!! They could have just taken my money and sold me on add ons, I wouldnt have known the difference whether they were salvageable or not...but they were honest! Will definitely refer him 100% and they did a fabulous job! Also they are VERY knowledgeable about all types of flooring and carpeting and could answer any and all questions we had! A+ service and all around great guys!

    Have been using this company for awhile. Great service and very responsive.For those that have found a Groupon deal--call Alpha Omega directly and mention that you found a deal. Theyll price match the deal and both you and the company wont have to pay Groupon.

    I noticed folks getting upset about deals that got on groupon or living social - if you read the FAQs the details of what the cleaning will include is right there. I purchased a groupon, called them up, they were able to make an appt same day and did a phenomenal job - the hard stains were gone, everything smelled and looked great and he even stretched the rug to fix some tearing that happened (pre his work). I dont know, do i feel like i was nickled and dimed, no because I work in the services industry and every service has a fee - I pay for what I want.
