Quick, friendly , reliable service. They show up when they say they will and do the job they are asked to do. They’ve done our carpets for a couple years and always do a good job. Also had them clean and sanitize a large area rug that had pet stains. It looks brand new. Fantastic job guys!

I spoke to Tom first and he wasnt at the office so he couldnt see his schedule for the next open availability I text him my info and he got back with me right away. Jeff and his assistant arrived on time. They greeted me kindly and we walked and discussed what I wanted done. He offered advice and explained the best way to accomplish what I wanted. They worked quickly and efficiently. The worked looked perfect and exceeded my expectation. Thank you Alliance. I would reccomend this company for sure.

I was referred to Alliance by our realtor & Tom fit us into the schedule quickly. Jeff & Jace showed up to clean the carpet in 4 bedrooms and made an amazing difference. Considerate & explained what they were going to be doing well. I highly recommend using Alliance Carpet Services! Also, the price was more than fair.

Alliance did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpeting and vinyl floors in our home before we moved in. The place had been empty for some time, and really needed a thorough floor cleaning. The team was very friendly, hard-working, and took great care to clean every surface thoroughly. Tom and his workers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Alliance!

When it comes to needing to have carpets cleaned for any of my rental properties, I would never call anyone else. I know that when I call Alliance Carpet Services, the job will get done right the first time. I have used other companies before, but have been very dis-satisfied with how the carpets look and smell when they were done. I would be willing to say that I’ve seen you work miracles before.You have always gone out of your way to help make my ”make-ready” process go smoothly. With over 160 properties, who has time to worry about the Carpet Guy showing up on time and doing a good job? In addition to carpet cleaning, your water extraction services when there is an emergency situation have always been life saving. I know that when I call, you will get right to the problem. We all know how costly something like that can be if not tended to right away. There is no doubt in my mind that when I refer my clients, friends or family they will be very pleased with the outcome.
