    Larry Jr. and Wayland were Phenomenal with helping us get rid of our odor problem. They were punctual, organized, passionate about their work, and very efficient.I would highly recommend them for all of your services if they offer what you need.     As a church, weve had numerous carpet cleaning companies come out, but John from All Star was amazing. Not only was his customer service great, so was his work.     They were very polite and professional, I would for sure use agian. They cleaned our secondhand sectional to remove old oder and then also took the time out of their day to clean a smaller sofa we have as well that was not a part of the original estimate. They also offered to come back out if needed if the oder wasnt fully removed. Thanks for doing a great job and you can be reassured this business does great service! Well worth the money imo.

    I wasnt sure of what to expect when i called this company but to my amazement John who came out to do this job did a fantastic work. He took time to listen and checked the house thoroughly and made a recommendation that made even more difference to my rugs.Now i feel completely safe that my new born and kids will have so much fun playing around on the floor.I definitely will recommend using all star carpet cleaners and please ask for John.     My tech Tyler arrived on time for my cleaning and did a get job informing me of additional stains that needed treatment. I didnt feel pressured into purchasing anything additional the price quoted was honored.     All Star Cleaning did a great job helping me clean my couch. Had some old stains that resurfaced on my second-hand couch after the initial cleaning and they were able to help me out. Turned out that the previous owners used the wrong type of soap and old stains were coming back up. Not a problem, Tyler did a great job on the upholstery and was very informative about how to properly care for stains in the future!Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to others!

    We have been using All Star Carpet Cleaning since we first moved to Texas 4 years ago, and they have been the one and only carpet cleaning business we have used since the beginning! We have had them come out to clean our house about 5 times now, and every time theyve been extremely proficient when it comes to time, quality of work, and exhibiting an overall trustworthy and personable attitude! We have three kids and two dogs and every time they come out to clean our carpets it feels as though we have brand new carpet put in.     I was frustrated regarding the details of a Living Social coupon I purchased. The owner of All Star contacted me, came to my house the next morning and cleaned all of our carpet for no charge.     Had my carpets cleaned the other day by a young man from All Star. He spent some time talking to me about the wear marks and how to prevent them from becoming a major issue. He also offered to clean the tile the same day but I couldnt afford it all at once. After the job I called the office to schedule the tile cleaning and woman in the office was very friendly as well. Im so glad to have gotten such a personal experience from these people!!

    We had our all white carpet cleaned a couple months back. The heavier stains have began to rise again as expected but not as bad as before and the rest of our carpet seems to be thriving. My husband had to leave town for an emergency so I prayed that a person with professional qualities would show up because i did not want to continue postponing our cleaning. John(I believe was his name) showed up he was very professional and dilligent. Along the process of cleaning our carpet he educated me of better ways to maintain our carpet. He did a great job!     Let me just start by saying i gave these guys a larger than life job. After having my carpets completely demolished by and independent contractor who ruined my carpets trying to clean them, all star came in and saved the day. John was amazing!!! Super professional very friendly and superbly proficient at his job. Best of all we didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for their services. They were very fair with the pricing!! 5 minutes into the cleaning he had undone everything the first guy had messed up. I cant believe how good my carpets looked after he was finished. They were bright clean and looked like we had replaced the carpet rather than cleaned it. I manage a wireless store inside the Hulen Mall. You can imagine the foot traffic this guy had to clean up. We will be using him for all of our store locations here in DFW. I would give all star cleaning 2 thumbs up 5 stars and say their work was a perfect 10. I super recommend you use them the next time the other guys dont do the job the way you wanted it done.

    I recently needed the services for cleaning wet carpet. Larry Landis first answered his phone, scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, dried the carpet, left a drying fan on the carpet for 2 days.     I had family coming to town unexpectedly. I was able to get all star at my house within 2 hrs to clean my microfiber sofas. Larry came over and was very professional, and friendly. I am glad my family can now sit in clean nice smelling sofas. I thought they were ruined. Thank you!!!!!!!

    The cleaning didnt take long and it came out looking beautiful. I live in an apartment and my dog started peeing in certain spots. Mind you she doesnt pee in the house. We are giving her some meds and so she started peeing a lot. Right after we got the carpet clean with the injection, she stopped peeing in the apartment. Totally worth the money! I definently recommend this company.
