    We are working with them via our home warranty service and I can say they are very responsive and get very accurate diagnosis (we have more than one issue in our unit and they find it quickly).They are often backed up but in this Texas heat are able to service us. Only thing is just be aware they have many service calls in a day so you need to be flexible with the time. So far they have arrived sooner than later !

    Such an amazing company. My ac went out. I called on Thursday early evening, and they were out bright and early the next morning.Will was our technician, and he went above and beyond to not only diagnose and fix the problem, but also advised on what other issues he could see that would possibly happen due to the age of our unit,(Its the original from when the house was built in 2004.)He has even provided follow-up contact to make sure everything is still good a week later. Just truly a fantastic person to work with.

    Great service! Their dispatcher was excellent with communicating ETAs. Chris was our AC Tech and he was able to locate and fix the issue within 30min. Chris also communicated what he was doing while fixing the AC. Overall, I plan to work with APS in the future for all of my AC needs.

    This company was the third one we had to simply replace a gasket on our refrigerator. The first company was uncommunicative and took forever. The second one refused to work on a Samsung refrigerator. The third one was a charm, which was All Pro. They communicated well. They followed through quickly on what was a simple fix.     They were able to work with AHS to get the upgrade program discount for a new system after our ac bit the dust. All pro was out the next day installing after AHS approved the replacement.A couple days later the ac quit working due to a clogged lin. The safe guarding float for over flow worked as expected and shut the system down to prevent any damage. Anastacio arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the ac cooling again.I never write reviews, ever. But I was super happy with the experience and professionalism.

    Will and Chris were really nice and professional. They talked me through the whole process and were in constant communication throughout the installation of a new A/C unit that my home so desperately needed. I dont think I can state enough just how easy to get along with they both were which was important to me because it was a big investment for me and my family. At no point did I feel like I was being sold on anything. They went as far as suggesting going with a lower end model that would fit my needs even though they could have easily convinced me that I needed the higher end unit. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++

    I’ve had problems with the dishwasher for over a year. Eventually a plumber told me there was a block in the drain behind the dishwasher. All Pro came out & found no blockage. The tech too time to figure out why there was water left after the cycle completed. He figured out the problem and ordered the necessary part.     Let me tell ya, weve had a nightmare year. After finally moving back into the house we bought in May, from which we had to move out because of mold, we faced another set back as we discovered out AC wasnt cooling and wasnt able to hold a temperature after 1pm.Our situation was even more desperate as we are expecting our first child any day now.Working with our home warranty company we were matched with All Pro services.Janet at All Pro is incredible. Theres a shortage of parts needed to complete our repair and Janet somehow worked her magic and was able to acquire the parts and send technicians out within a few days.Even after the repair we were still seeing under performance from the AC, so we called back and they were able to send someone the same day to help fix the issue.I cant tell you how much their caring empathy and great workmanship means to us.
