I purchased a rug that I was sooo proud of. My puppy didn’t have the same emotions…he peed allll over it. I moved into a condo whose previous owner must have left her dog home alone quite often. The smell of dog urine was persistent, even after an initial carpet deep clean from another vendor and months of me hand spraying an enzyme solution. Obviously, the problem required a more in depth remedy. Josh and Ben did a great job today picking up the carpet, removing the urine soaked padding underneath, disinfecting and sealing the wood subfloor, replacing the rotten tack strips, steam cleaning both sides of the carpet, installing new padding, then stretching and tacking it all back down again. The carpet looks the same as before, in terms of looking like it was professionally installed, and Im very pleased with the initial result. It was a big job, but they hung in there and made sure it was done to my OCD satisfaction. Good work, gents, and highly recommended!

This business is so professional and so appreciative of their customers, its very refreshing. Most businesses will take your money and never thank you for choosing them, not Alamo Steam Team. Theyre very punctual, over communicative with texts/emails/phone calls, and very polite. Their prices are reasonable compared to their peers, not cheap by any means, but the quality of work is superior. We had an ottoman, area rug, living room carpet and hallway carpet cleaned. Then a week later we had to have the living room recleaned by them because our dog had an accident (diarrhea). We also got the carpet protector, which I was so glad we got both times otherwise that carpet would have been so much worse from our dogs accident. Also, we hadnt had the carpet professionally cleaned since we moved in a year ago, and after ASTs services, I could feel the difference. The carpet was fluffy and soft, like brand new. Huge shout out to Nicole (cust service) and Josh C. (cleaner), you guys made this experience one to remember and we will never use any other professionals for our future needs. Thanks!

I have a 3 year old L shape sofa in cream color. I also have 6 dogs that are very spoiled and get on it. Although I put blankets on to try to protect the sofa, it still gets dirty and its very difficult to clean. I contacted Alamo Steam Team today, and they came within a few hours to look at the sofa and give me an estimate. They also did a small demonstration on how they could clean it and how it would look. I was impressed. Benjamin, the technician that came to help me was very professional, courteous, and fast. He did an excellent job, and now my sofa looks like new again. Thank you! I am a happy client! 100% recommended.

Rene did an excellent job with my cleaning services. I had tile, carpet, couches, and an area rug cleaned. All of the pet stains and smells came out, and the floors look like new again! Rene even walked me through the cleaning process to show me what was coming out of the floors and showed me before and after cleanings side by side. I really appreciated his great customer service and will definitely request him again.

Earlier this week, we booked a so-called professional chain steaming company to fix our $500 area rug that my dog popped on. Our regular guys were booked solid, so we took a chance. They came twice and totally ruined it. It stank worse than the dog poop, and was sitting outdoors for airing for two days. Since the rug was a discontinued color and style, we were desperate to try to save it. We then called Alamo Steam Team to rescue it. We asked the Manager named Melissa to send us her most qualified carpet tech. They sent us Benjamin Mora, he was excellent! He diagnosed the issue immediately, and quoted fair price on a solution. We cannot recommend Benjamin more highly! 😀

Josh and Rene came yesterday to clean our ductwork. They were friendly, professional and kept us informed about the process. The negative pressure HEPA filter process is the optimum method for cleaning ducts, and it gave us peace of mind to know they are clean and there is no hint of a mold problem.The guys swept up after the cleaning, but there was still quite a bit of dust and debris, so I had to dry mop, then damp mop afterward. I believe if the company gave them a vacuum cleaner, they could clean up more efficiently afterward.Otherwise, very happy with the service!

The 2 team members who came to clean our couch and area rug were very professional and courteous. They explained what they would do and worked diligently while they were here. We did have 1 rug that took to clean in their facility and when there was an issue with it (the colors bled unexpectedly), they worked hard to find a solution and make it right for me. They really went above and beyond in finding a solution before they even told me about the issue and I appreciated them coming to me with a solution. Alamo Steam team sanitized our home for us during a particularly awful and prolonged bout with an adenovirus. The service was inexpensive and the team showed up within 3 hours of my call, within the scheduled time slot.Melissa, who answered and scheduled the appointment, asked detailed questions about what the issue was and customized the service to fit our particular needs, even going as far as to tell us to take out various toys and things we’ve used so they could be sanitized by the steam solution. Apparently they use a two part spray, one to immediately kill pathogens and another that protects surfaces to an extent for up to two months, I’m not sure the efficacy of the second one but whatever helps out, I’m willing to try.Then after getting off the phone, the service pro reached out to us over text to verify that he received our job, and again to let us know when he was arriving. There was clear communication every step of the way.When they arrived, the visit start to finish took maybe 10-15 minutes and he answered any and all questions that my husband had.Alamo provided peace of mind to us when we needed extra help and I can’t recommend them enough!

They were able to extract the vomit from the carpet and it didnt even leave a stain. The two professionals who came to my house were very courteous, efficient, and did an awesome job. I had them clean my other carpeted areas and a rug as well while they were there. My carpets look brand new!! Id highly recommend this company to anyone in the need for affordable carpet cleaning services! Kudos to the Alamo Steam Team!
