    These guys were amazing! The results were incredible! I had no idea how bad our grout and carpet was until they finished. 10 out of 10 recommend!     I had a wonderful experience from two professional people from this service. I want to give high remarks to Domingo and Nathan for such a wonderful job that they did at my house. I had carpet cleaning, tile, floor, and granite countertops serviced. I just have to say wow very professional, which is becoming very uncommon in today’s market. They placed furniture and wall protectors and carpets throughout my house to protect my wood floors. They are definitely highly recommended and will be referred. I’m also a picky homeowner so that speaks volume.

    Aladdin, a name i have known since youth. Magic Lamp. Magic carpet. I had seen Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration facility years ago on Josephine St when I attended a function at the Hi Wire. Later a friend asked me where he could have his rugs cleaned. Researched carpet cleaning & recommended this one. Lo & behold who would have thought my house would sustain water damage last month from a broken water heater. Five Turkish /Asian carpets were. Water logged & damaged. QD Restoration took them to Aladdin. They were delivered today. Professionally done. Dry. Clean. Restored to original beauty. Now so happy the rugs are hugging floors in our house. Need to point out we have owned these rugs 31 - 57 years. They look new. Thank all for restoring. Unequivocally, Recommend Aladdin for any carpet cleaning restoration job.

    I cannot even describe how BAD AND NASTY my carpets were. Previous owners had 0 cleanliness habits. Indoor pets (to which included chickens we later learned) and I have two very mess toddler boys. These carpets were installed late 90s and Aladdin was my last ditch effort before pulling the trigger on new flooring. I am in AWE at how amazing my carpets look and smell!! I am beyond impressed and satisfied. I will definitely be using them in the future for other restoration projects! I wish I had before photos but here are my afters!

    Aladdin Cleaning took on the task of cleaning my tile floors. When I tell you these floors were filthy please understand they were absolutely gross. When I purchased this house I attempted to clean them myself, I spent hours. Nothing worked, it was embarrassing and bothersome.Now enter Joe T. and Josh V. true genies at Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration! They worked their magic in granting my wish for clean floors, one could even say spotless it actually I’d go as far as saying NEW floors! I couldn’t be happier with the results. They literally moved EVERY single piece of furniture and even took pictures before they did so they could put it all back once finished.     Just had new tile installed. The company that installed them didn’t do the best job cleaning them. Charles came out told me right away they could help me out and take care of it. Was out a few days later. Tech cleaned everything and color stain our grout and sealed them. Floors look 10X better. Very satisfied with the work they did. Will definitely use them again for regular cleaning of my tile and carpets.

    Amazing service. Their service manager Charles took ownership of a rather complex job with construction dust in the duct system in a three room apartment. He followed all the mitigation procedures with two filtration systems- one in the AC plenum and one in the apartment. He did a pre inspection two days before the work and arrived on time with his crew ( Benny and John).While they went to work he stayed for a couple hours while his workers set up the equipment. During that time he answered any questions i had and my wife’s concerns. Later in the day I observed the cleaning and was particularly impressed how professional they worked while they cleaned the AC ducts and AC plenum.Soo if you have a contaminated AC system feel comfortable that the job will be done right.

    Joe T. With Aladdin came out and did a GREAT job cleaning my master bedroom carpet and chair upholstery after a renovation in my bathroom left my room in a dusty mess! The carpet and chairs look great and smell even better! He even picked up the construction paper on my floors and vacuumed up all of the debris from 2 1/2 months of work. Thank you Joe!     Aladdin team exceeded my most hopeful expectations cleaning a long overdue grout and tile job as well as carpet cleaning right before the holidays.     Eric and Austin did a wonderful job! They cleaned the spot left by our dog’s accident on an area rug, set up a fan, and propped up the rug so it could dry on both the top and the bottom. We’ve used them at least 4 times before and I’m sure we will again. They were promp, polite and did a great job, all at a reasonable price.

    We have a 10 by 14 rug that we purchased about 5 years back from Ashleys Furniture. This is a high traffic rug in our living room. Also, last year, we had an older dog who had a few accidents on the rug... We tried steam cleaning it, vacuuming it, getting the carpet cleaner spray, but nothing could seem to get the dirt and grime out. Nothing would get the odor out... Then we found Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration on Google! What sold us was their YouTube video showing the process, scrubbing, and the machines they have... Its quite impressive!!! It cost us a little over $300 to get a rug cleaned, but I tell you what, it looks brand new, and the odor is completely eliminated!! 100% worth it!!!!! We would have paid an extra if they would have videoed the process of cleaning our rug so we could see the amount of nasty water that would come out of it LOL

    I bought my couch in 2019. I have multiple dogs and cats. When I first realized I needed to do a deep clean, I was recommended to Aladdin. I fist dropped off an area rug then I was able to schedule a home visit for the furniture. Eric and Austyn lifted the grime from the fabric, they answered my questions and they were able to reveal the original color and brightness of the couch fabric. I added an area rug and they got that rug cleaned also. They were able to freshen up my favorite red chair. I will be contacting them to clean two area rugs at our country house. Both of the guys were professional, personable and I will be contacting them again. Thank you!

    Charles and his 2 associates restored our marble floors, marble and granite countertops over a period of a week. The cost was not cheap but the excellent results confirmed a wise investment. The team meticulously cleaned, removed rust stains, repaired chips, and polished our surfaces. All 3 were amiable and Charles is a natural story teller, an added bonus. Id be delighted to have them back for future needs.

    I recently purchased a home and inherited from the previous owners a beautiful 20 x 12 oriental rug. It became filthy dirty during some remodel work. Aladdin picked up the rug and returned it in a short time and it is now clean, bright, and more beautiful than I imagined it could be. Everyone who sees it comments on how bright the colors are. My floors (tile and engineered wood) were also dirty from workers boots and invasive sheetrock dust and after 6 hours of cleaning by Aladdins crew, the floors are super clean. (I thought the tile floor was black. After Aladdins great cleaning job, I now see that its charcoal gray. :) ) Their staff, from the very engaged person who answers the phone to the servant-leader owner, are all professional, responsive, courteous and customer focused. I had a few companies come out and give estimates and the customer service we received from Charles is why we chose Aladdin and Im so glad we did. He sent out an amazing crew to strip the wax off the floors in our new home. Bryan & Joe were here from 9-6 working nonstop.     I had marble rehoned on my Master Bathroom floor. Domingo and Nathan were very careful with all my other surfaces, floors and furniture, while bringing in the hoses and clean and sanding my floor. Arrived on time, did what they said they would. Floor looks great. Checked with me along the way to make sure I was happy. Not the cheapest bid I got but the one that sounded like they knew what they were doing. Will use again when the need arises. Charles was great in communicating the steps they would do and getting the guys going.

    I had recently had some warranty repairs completed and my home was filled with dust and dirt from all the tiles that they removed. Not only did the homebuilders not cover a thing while performing the work, they didnt remediate immediately. So, I had almost two months of dusting and cleaning best I could. Well, Patricia and her crew took care of all of that. They went above and beyond and handled all my belongings with care.     I took my oriental rugs to Aladdin for cleaning and they did a fantastic job. The employees were polite, responsive and knowledgeable.     Aladdin was referred to me as I had a beautiful oriental rug that had been chewed up by a newly rescued dog. The rug was rolled up for 14 years to prevent further damage. My sweet dog passed away (he did get out of the chewing phase) and I brought the rug back out to decide what to do. I thought it may be beyond hope. So I took it to Aladdin for cleaning and restoration. The cleaning service was superb and the restoration by Lori was incredible. I cannot even tell where the damage was done. Here I thought I may have to toss it, but now it looks like it did when I purchased it in the Philippines in 1990. I am learning more about all of the services they offer and they will have my business for life. THANK YOU Aladdin!!!!!!

    I had an old rug that was neglected for years but had sentimental value for a member of my family. The rug was heavily soiled by dogs for years. I tried cleaning it myself using that Arm and Hammer vacuum powder to no avail. I tried renting a Bissell carpet cleaner from HEB which was also ineffective. I finally swallowed my pride and took it to Aladdin mostly because they are the only company that cleans area rugs. The old musty stench remained despite my efforts.I called and got an estimate for my size rug. It came out to just below $160. I brought it in and they said it would take about a week.About one week later, I got an email saying my rug was ready for pick up.To my very pleasant surprise, the cost was exactly what they quoted me AND they did an outstanding job of removing the pet stench from my old yet sentimental rug.I was suspicious at first but I am satisfied with the work that Aladdin did for me. I will use them again if I ever need a carpet or rug cleaned and I would also fervently recommend them to anyone looking for a quality cleaning.If you have a rug that’s a real stinker like I did, skip the headaches of the DIY carpet cleaning and leave it to the professionals. You’ll be glad you did.

    I have used them for area rug and upholstery cleaning and they did a great job. I also used them to clean the grout and textured tiles in my kitchen and powder room. Those tiles are hard to clean and they did a great job. They also cleaned and restored the marble countertops and floor in my bathroom. The countertops had a shiny glass like finish afterwards.I was impressed and will definitely use them again.

    Aladdin just cleaned and repaired 2 of my oriental rugs that my new puppy got a hold of... I couldnt be happier with the results! My antique rugs look brand new, the repairs are amazing and the colors are so much brighter after the cleaning! The 2 men who picked up and delivered my rugs back couldnt have been nicer! I cant wait to use them again!

    I went to their website to see what their hours were and to see if they had a price range for cleaning area rugs. I did see the operating hours but no pricing scale. I did call and the lady was friendly and gave some ballpark prices. The prices vary based on the rug size and the material. I believe that we will take some smaller area rugs and see how that goes. The turnaround time on rugs is seven to ten days. I will update after getting rugs cleaned.
