I use Airsimplicity for our business and find them to be efficient, prompt, reliable and professional. I know that their prices can be hirer than other air conditioning companies but Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for most of the time. I do know that when I call Michelle depending on the time of the day, I will have a Tech here in a reasonable amount of time and they will work until the problem gets resolved unless parts have to be ordered.

I used this company in 2016 to install a new a/c and heating etc which they did a fantastic job and have never had any issues but I thought I would go ahead and call them for a maintenance checkup since summer is coming. This company now sends out an email with the service technicians name and picture to inform you they are on the way. That is so helpful to know who is coming to your home, especially these days. Thank you Jeff S. for being so prompt and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company and I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out and in the Texas heat it got hot quickly. Air Simplicity was quick to respond and get a technician out the same day. Harley came out and repaired our heater. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He answered questions and worked quickly. He left the area just as it was before. We had called him out for a second opinion about a repair. We felt he was honest and trustworthy. Will definitely use Air Simplicity in the future. They are a highly recommended company.

Q was our AC Technician and he has been very efficient and knowledgeable in repairing our AC and Heating systems. He has made every effort in getting the parts from different stores stores to restore our air and heating systems completed the same day. The Air Simplicity company as a whole is very reliable and make every effort to get a technician out the same day. Even on weekends or holidays they are able to get you scheduled on the same day or within 24 or 48 hrs. I highly recommend Q and Air Simplicity for all your AC/ Heating systems needs.

They got here early. It took the technician less than 1 minute to find the issue! He had the parts on hand to fix it. They fixed my ac, and cleaned it in less than 15 minutes. It was extremely affordable. No price gouging, it was inline with home advisors estimated repair costs to fix the issue. And most importantly they were very professional and polite. Out of all the repairs I’ve had done on my house since moving here in November, this was the best experience I’ve had with a technician.

We’ve used Air Simplicity since 2014 to install a new furnace, 3 ton AC unit, replace my thermostat, and last week all new duct work in the attic. Every single time they have done outstanding work at an unbeatable price! One of the reasons I keep using them is their pricing! I never feel like they’re taking advantage of me, and the pricing is fair. I’ve worked with several of the techs, and they are very professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service.

I called this morning because our upstairs was 84* even though the thermostat showed 72*. They were able to get a tech out to me right away. Q (the tech) was so respectful, thorough, and professional and went through everything with me so we could figure out why my upstairs AC wasn’t working. Once he diagnosed the problem which was the capacitor, he went over cost with me and was very quick. And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying these guys are awesome!!!!! We are having a/c problems in the middle of summer! Its so hot I have been using this company for over 3 years and let me tell you they are the best at what they do. There are tons of commercial a/c companies out there and these guys are miles above the rest. Their customer service is beyond reproach. They are super friendly and truly care about you. They responded to our call out for help and had someone here to service us within an hour. They are so polite and really care about what your needs are. They go way above and beyond each and every time and do what it takes to make sure you are happy!!!! CHOOSE AIRSIMPLICITY...!!!! I moved into a rental house that I owned in Spring several months ago. While I had it rented out, over the years, I had a couple of different HVAC Companies come out to service the system. I never had a good feeling about any of them, and they seemed to always just put band-aids on it, and the fixes were temporary. I learned of Airsimplicity through an organization I belong to. I called them for a cooling issue several months back. The Technician was prompt and called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive. The fix was a correction of a previous fix by a different Company. The price was very fair and I am comforted in knowing that it has been correctly repaired. About 2 months ago I decided to replace my old Thermostat with a digital programmable Thermostat. I had some issues with it not controlling heat [furnace], so I called Airsimplicity. The owner took my call and walked me through the process and got it working properly in a matter of a minute or 2. I will never choose anyone but Airsimplicity to handle any of my future HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone in need. They offer honest, top notch, and highly professional service, with extremely fair pricing. Thank you Airsimplcity!!

Called Air simplicity on a Saturday at 8:00pm. Jeff showed up at 8:45pm to diagnose the problem. Had a Freon leak, he added Freon and a dye to determine where the leak was. Had to wait a few days to look for the leak. Jeff came back the following Wednesday and found the leak in the evaporator coil. Had 2 options to replace the coil or the whole AC system. I decided to replace the whole thing, they gave me several options. I decided to upgrade alittle and Air simplicity worked with me on a price that was fair. They installed everything on a Friday that took about 6hrs. Could not be more happy. Thanks Jeff, and thanks to Brandy for working with me. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them for maintenance. Thanks Mike
