    So thankful I found AirPro Elite AC & Heating! Our tenant family in a 3BR S. Tyler rental was without AC. Got estimates from 3 companies and then found listing for AirPro Elite. Roderick was very responsive and helpful in diagnosing what was needed without trying to upsell on equipment or services. Professional and cordial with me and our tenants, AND had a MUCH more reasonable estimate to replace the 3-ton unit. The BEST PART: he graciously worked with our time table to pay for it over a 5-week period! Very forward-thinking businessman. You have a lifetime customer right here 💯 THANK U YOU, AIRPRO ELITE!!

    I had service twice from this business and both were great experiences. Seemed very knowledgeable and prices seemed about as fair as you can expect these days with everything being so expensive. We had our AC coil crack and need replacement. Service was pretty fast and we only had a hot house for about a day.The second time our starter/capacitor went out. He was at our house inspecting it within an hour and the AC was running again very shortly after that. Will use AirPro going forward.

    Thank you AirPro Elite for you service. They replace the AC unit in a timely manner. The technician was great!!! Excellent customer service, he took the time to inform me of how to care for the new unit inside and outside. I recommend them for any AC/ HEATING issues you might have.

    AirPro Elite hands down is the best, Rod has stood behind his work and dedication to provide the best service, our AC unit just went out and parts were going to take approximately 2 weeks to arrive, he went out of his way to pay extra to get the parts sooner just so that we could have our AC back as soon as possible. The technician arrived really early to install the parts needed and had our unit running in no time, excellent excellent excellent service, will keep using AirPro Elite from now on. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they do deserve it. Thank you Rod!!!

    These guys rock! Local, family run company that answers the phone and does what they say! They got us diagnosed, they obtained the part we needed on a weekend, and got us installed and a cold AC blowing in less than 24hrs. Professional and friendly customer service. They also ensured our warranty was registered, set up, and gave us the information prior to leaving the job. Very on it.

    Air Pro Elite is amazing. The air condition in the AirBNB went out at 6am. Our guest was very awesome and patient. With this Texas heat we just knew that it would be a wait list. We contacted them at 6:15am. The response time was perfect. I spoke with Mr. Hawkins and immediately he said that he would be there within the hour. Mr. Hawkins was very professional and punctual. According to our guest they stated that Mr.Hawkins introduced himself and done the job, while doing the job Mr. Hawkins was very quiet due to the fact that others may have been sleeping. Air Pro Elite saved the day and many days to come. Our guest extended their stay because of the great hospitality that was shown to them. Thank you AIR PRO ELITE for being the best!!!

    We have been using Air pro elite for years, and the service has been nothing but TOP TIER!Anytime we’ve had an issue with our unit we generally have a same day turnaround and if not, the expectation is communicated clearly that someone will be out the next day!Everyone I’ve come in contact on Rods team has been very professional and caring!Whether the task is big (replacing the unit) or small (replacing a part), you receive great quality work and exceptional customer service; you can’t beat that!

    I called AirPro Elite, and was told that the technician was busy with another client, but that he would receive my message. Roderick returned my call the same afternoon. Unfortunately, I was unavailable, but when I called back the next morning, he told me that he would be at my home in about an hour. He arrived promptly on the hour. He did a thorough inspection of our Heating/AC Unit and within minutes had it up and going properly. He is very knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. We will continue using AirPro as our go to. I highly recommend their services.

    I have never felt good about my warranty company dropping the ball on a service request but I am almost thrilled they did! Roderick and his tech swooped in like superheroes to fix my A/C almost immediately. They were prompt, honest and professional and reasonable. Literally everything an AC co “should” by but as most know, are not. They were recommended to me by my boss and I see why. I highly recommend them!!! They fixed my AC before my warranty co even scheduled an appointment! 👏🏻👏🏻

    I’ve used AirPro Elite many times. Originally I used them to service my old unit, then to install a new system, and finally to run ductwork and install a second unit for a new home addition. Each time Rod is quick to respond, affordable for the services performed, and has a professional crew which makes me feel comfortable in my own home.     I called Rob on a Sunday evening and he came right over. I ended up needing a new system and Rob explained everything very well. He gave me a quote and I told him I was going to call around and get other quotes. His was by far the best price. His tech showed up in the rain to get my system installed and was very professional. I highly recommend calling Rob if you have any issues, he’s very knowledgeable and honest.

    I had heard so many horrifying stories about the costs and headache of replacing HVAC units. I’d talked to other professionals and was at wits’ end on the whole situation.
