    We had AC issues recently, our blower motor went out 😫 the part alone costs 700! Thankfully it was under warranty...that being said, we reached out to multiple people and everyone quoted 800-900, we found AirNow Services and the reviews were AMAZING.I called Mr. Charles and spoke with him, before coming out he quoted 600 if under warranty. They got the part we needed, came out to fix it this week and were done in about 15-20 minutes. We paid less than 600So if you need a great AC Company, I highly recommend AirNow Services. Hopefully we wont need them again but if we do have issues, well definitely be using them from now on. Great customer service, honest, talked with me for quite some time and way more affordable than everyone else we talked to or saw!

    My AC blew up on Aug 29 (worst time for something like that in South Texas). Reached out to AirNow. They came in early next morning, figured that the unit is irreparable (2004 model) and came back next early morning to install the new one. Very dependable and punctual. By noon of that day I had it installed and by EOD temperatures everywhere in the house were back to low again. The new AC they installed so far performs well. Based on my experience I can recommend this service provider.

    AirNow has been a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend. They went out of their way in the heat of summer to make sure they could get our unit up and running within 24 hours. They have fixed problematic issues that were caused by other technicians at a more than reasonable price and never backed away from a challenge. Their professionalism and customer service has been top notch. Once again, highly recommend!

    Airnow was amazing and answered all my detailed questions for several days in a row. The service was top notch, informed, and the price was lower than the quote, which never happens. Also it helps that the staff are not robots cranking out a quota when you talk to them over the phone, they were personable which is a plus. I honestly dont know why you would go with someone else.

    The owner of AirNow, Charles, came out and identified a Freon leak in our system. A quote was given for the work to be performed and Ian, his son, arrived with a co-worker to do the installation of a new evaporator coil. They were professional, courteous and careful to protect our floors and property. Two weeks later, Ian returned and checked their work to ensure everything was up to their standards, and that we were nothing less than completely satisfied. A really nice touch from a family owned business. I would definitely recommend their services for any HVAC issues anyone may have. Thank you AirNow Services for your professionalism and courtesy.

    I’ve used AirNow Services for several years. They’ve always been prompt and professional.Today Ian S. was my service pro. He was professional and thoroughly checked everything. He explained all the steps he was taking, and maintenance he performed (drain pipe clearing), and answered all my questions.I have recommended this company to friends and family.

    I called in the afternoon to schedule a service call to validate concerns arising from a home inspection on a home I am selling. I spoke with Tracy who was exceedingly nice and very helpful. When she told me the earliest appointment available was the following day, I simply responded with I was home today, and before I could continue to offer an alternative, she fit me in for a same day appointment. The experience only got better from there, as Eric arrived at my house in around an hour after the phone call. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and after his inspection he did a thorough job of explaining his findings. In my case, there were no needed repairs, but I happily paid the trip charge because they exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a great first impression and I will certainly call on AirNow again for my HVAC needs.

    I highly recommend AirNow Services. My first experience was in early June 2018 at 11pm when Charles actually answered the phone when I called about an issue! Fast forward to August 2018 and a system replacement was required. The old one had had enough and most of it was original to the house (1995, 23yo) anyway. New system was installed (Carrier VS19) and its is amazing! The install team was very professional; arrived as scheduled, explained everything they would be doing, laid protective pads on floor, installed the system, cleaned flooring and gave tutorial. They even gave minor updates along the way. Additionally, Charles came over a few weeks later to do a QC check on the system and walk me thru any questions I may have. I am pretty sure that is not the norm these days. Usually its get your money as fast as possible and you better hope for the best. They are always thorough, they stand behind everything they do and are excellent at Customer Service. FYI - They even go as far as registering your new system with Carrier themselves to enhance the factory warranty to 10 years. Though something very simple, that is typically left to the consumer and it is easily missed, costing you 5 years on the equipment warranty.Again I highly recommend AirNow Services and will be utilizing them in the future, if ever required!

    Had a complete new system inside and out and new duct work installed last week. Wan and Luis did a great job on the installation. Very neat, courteous and attentive to details. Mr Charles then returned several days later and inspected the work and made sure we got everything we paid for. I highly recommend AirNow Services.

    Great service. I had issues with my old a/c unit and thought it needed replacement. But they came out and was able to save it for another year. I was able to save up enough during that time and Air Now replaced the unit a year later. The price was competitive to other quotes I received. Charlie and Dave were excellent in doing the replacement. They communicated well and kept me informed. They are a five star service.

    Charles at AirNow Services was very professional, courteous, punctual, and very attentive to details. I had moved into a new home and the original installation was not up to spec. I had originally called him to come out to look at my gas furnace is that would not light. He quickly knew what was wrong with the furnace, and while he was up in the attic, he looked over my AC unit and explained to me that the original installation was wrong. He advised me what needed to be done i’ll bring it up to spec. I am mechanically inclined, and After looking into the A/C system over myself I knew exactly what he was talking about. He was spot on with no pressure to change it, as it was running but not running very efficiently… I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anybody for their professionalism, honesty and quick response to my problem.

    With just hours left before the weekend AND a county-wide stay home order going into effect, Charlie and Ian took care of our coil replacement, same day, because they didnt want to leave us without AC all weekend. I thought the price was fair and the guys were personable and diligent in everything they did, including wearing masks in our home. A+ job, happy to recommend them.

    I have used AirNow Services twice in the past year. My original AC installation company went out of business, but not before they sold me on a low quality system. AirNow has been able to troubleshoot the issues that have arisen with my system even when other AC companies could not find out what was wrong. All repairs have been preformed promptly.

    From the moment I talked to Tracy on the phone, I knew that I had made the right choice for my service call. She was able to get the service technician Eric out to my house within a couple of hours. He was able to determine what had happened with my air conditioning, explained the problem to me, then went in search of the root cause of its failure. Throughout the entire process he explained what he was finding and what that implied. He was on the phone with the manufacturer of the other brand product that was installed, checking to verify warranty status, part numbers, and other information that they were able to provide. Ultimately he provided me with my options and his recommendations. When I decided to replace the unit with Carrier, he started immediately checking to see if what I needed was in stock. He also arranged for the installation crew, Kenny and Ian, to come over as soon as they finished the project they were working on. They were all very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I definitely was pleased and would not hesitate to call AirNow Services for any future needs.

    Should have called them first but I used another company that said I needed a new AC unit and to repair my old unit would be $2,000. Air now came out found the issue in 20 minutes and got my old AC working again for significantly cheaper than the other company. They did advise my unit is old and would need to be replaced but for now it’s working fine. Air now has gained a lifetime customer, honesty goes a long way. Thank you

    I cant say enough about AirNow services. Dave and Mike came and took care of my AC problem they were both very informative about the process. They went above and beyond I will recommend your company to everyone I know. Dave came out to give my husband and I an estimate after we had already spoken to another contractor. I really liked the way he went over everything that was needed and explained how it would work, and true to his word that is exactly what happened, no hidden fees or surprises and they were here all day, left when everything was perfect :)

    I cant even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Charles he is an upfront, and honest man and that is one thing thats rare these days. .I wasnt actually here to meet the technician that did my work, however he did an awesome job because now I have cool air again. Next year when it comes to replacing our units this will be the company I call.3/31/2017 Had to call out Charles again for another issue. I cant begin to tell you how much I appreciate Charlie and AirNow.Still havent had to replace my unit. I know I will have to soon. . When I do I will be calling AirNow8/27/2018 Why is it when it comes to inspections Air now does not have any after 5 or Saturday appointments? I mean I do work Monday through Friday 9-5 and have a second job on top of that. Gosh guys you need to make an exception once in a while.

    Excellent service. Both of the men who worked on my system were extremely professional.Called at 4.30 pm on a Monday and a technician was here under 2 hours. They didnt have the exact part on the truck to fix the issue that night, but they were back Tuesday by 1 pm to resolve the issue, less than 24 hours from when I called.The price seemed reasonable. Although I dont know anything about A/C repair, the price didnt exceed what I expected to pay when I placed the service call. I was quoted a price Monday, and that did not change on Tuesday, which was nice to see. They also waived the service call fee since after making the repair.I will absolutely call them again should the need arise

    Charlie and everyone at AirNow are honest, reliable, and extremely skilled. Charlie has gone out of his way to help us on several occasions when the AC wasnt working correctly. He provides simple explanations and provides options to how the repair can be accomplished. He has never tried to oversell repairs that arent needed. I would recommend AirNow to anyone who wants integrity, honesty, and superior work done to their heating or air conditioning system.I never thought anyone could top Charlie until today. Dave came out today (Tuesday after Labor Day) and fixed the AC in no time at all. Knew exactly what the issue was and got right to work on it. Cant thank Charlie and now Dave for their help.

    Our call was answered by Charles first thing Sunday morning - no answering service! He got our address and indicated he could be at our house before noon (after his current service call). He called when he was 30 minutes away (as promised). He fixed our unit the same day in peak season on a Sunday! We were thrilled! Very impressive same day, weekend service! Also, very reasonable price and they even had an online coupon. Truly satisfied and much cooler.

    AirNow provided superior high quality professional services which far exceeded their peers in the industry. First, Charles very professionally discussed assessed and designed two new systems for us while clearly explaining the price & options, the installation logistics and timing, as well as the quality control plan. Wow this was fantastic, and even better was when Austin and Robert arrived and implemented the installation just as Charles described. They went over and above to keep the house clean as they demoed the old equipment and deployed the new. They were always happy to explain what they were doing and were always quality and customer focused. Charles later followed up with a QC and fine tuning visit. FANTASTIC Job implemented with integrity so hard to find these days

    Eric came out to give a second opinion on our A/C unit. Another company performing semi-annual maintenance on our unit had told us that our coils had a leak and needed to be replaced along with a few other issues. Being it is a new house I sought a second opinion. Eric thoroughly checked the system and explained what he was looking for and why during the entire process. He found that there were no problems with our system. I really appreciate his professionalism and education about my system during his visit. Needless to say I am now an AirNow services customer and will use them from this point on.

    Our AC unit went out late Friday night. Called this company first thing Saturday morning based on the reviews...and they did not disappoint. Charles S came ASAP and quickly diagnosed the issue (replaced run capacitor). He was very friendly yet professional. He took time to answer some additional questions inside the home and even gave us a couple pro-tips. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

    First time I called with a heating problem (March/2014) and Charles and his son came out that night and were able to get my unit working, which was great with a newborn in the house.     A/C quit working over the weekend and didn’t receive a call back until Monday morning. But I can say that Eric did respond first thing Monday morning and was very apologetic and when he did arrive, he found the problem quickly. He was kind and informed me that my husband needs to keep the filters cleaned every 6 months for the unit to work efficiently 👌😜 Thank you Eric for your fast service!!

    Sunday Morning we woke up to a very warm upstairs. I tried my regular AC guy and left 2 VM with no response for roughly 2 hours so I figured they were closed on Sundays. I looked at several reviews about AirNow and they appeared to be a responsive and reputable company. I called and Charles answered the phone, asked me a few questions and said he would be there around 4:00. Sure enough he was and diagnosed that one of my fan motors was the problem. He didnt have one in his van so he drove back to the shop to get one and returned with the new motor. Within 20 minutes we had our AC back up and running. Charle was very knowledgable and explained several thing about the AC that I didnt know. AirNow will be our go to when we have any other problems.

    (Oops! I accidentally added my review in the wrong spot!) On Jan 6th, my husband and I contacted two well known Woodlands air conditioning companies. Unfortunately we were disappointed to say their service and respect for customers isnt as good as its portrayed. After a frustrating morning, we literally relied on our finger to pick a name out of the phone book. We had never heard of AirNow Services until that point, but after Dave, the technician on call that day, explained every step he was doing (and didnt mind my husband following him around), he offered two detailed options on how to temporarily or permanently fix our problem. He even opened his price book and let us see the prices for ourselves! I dont know any company that does that! We are proud to say we are AirNow Priority Customers and recommend AirNow Services to any one looking for a truly honest company!

    I am a single 24 year old girl, most AC companies see that as an easy target to take advantage of. I have been working with HVAC Contractors since I was 18 working in property management over 3 apartment complexes. This is honestly the first time that I have seen a company 1. Not try and take advantage of me (I never tell them my background just to see if they would try) and 2. Show me back ground checks and drug test of the consultants coming to my house to make sure I am at ease and not scared of men being in the house while I am alone. I am beyond impressed with this company! This is the first time that I needed AC work done in my personal home and I will be using them from here on out!

    As a single parent every penny has a place to be spent week in and week out, there is no wiggle room. When my a/c went down I was in tears one more expense in this already too expensive summer. When I called AirNow, the woman who answered was kind, courteous, and assured me I would be seen today.Dave arrived a hot sweaty mess full of jokes and knowledge.     Was at the in-laws today on the 4th of July. Started to have a light leak coming from our AC unit. Within thirty minutes of calling, Charles was here (on the 4th of July!!) to fix the problem and clean everything up for us. I cannot believe the amount of dedication and craftsmanship they have shown. He even refused payment for the fix (which only took him a few minutes to diagnose and complete). Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new AC unit (which they did for us a week back) or a quick call in for help.

    I have used this company for many years as a referral from my subdivision forum. They are fair, extremely responsive and they do not try to sell you anything you do not need. They customer service exceeds my expectations and I now refer them to anyone I know. I have had minor things like a contactor to larger things like a compressor replaced by them. All done same day.

    Update: Eric came over and took care of the leak the second time without a charge. He is very nice.Previous: Paid over $300 to have AC leak fixed in mid March 2020. Now it is leaking again. I was told they will charge me $90 for coming out to take another look.
