Randy did not complete job first or second time at my home. He left a tool, left water meter box open and did not put sealant on the commode base. He returned to address water leak and i asked to finish sealant and reset water meter lid but did neither saying would return next day. He did not returnUpdated from 2 to 4 stars: the manager, Josh, followed up. He scheduled another visit at my convenience, arrived exactly on time, was very polite and helpful and he corrected the outstanding issues.

Woke up to a broken system, no heat, wife received a glowing recommendation from Debora Tanguay, for Airmasters.Gave them a call at 8am on the busiest cold day of the year.No answering machine, Monty answered, listened to my laymans explanation and had me scheduled for a tech to stop by today.Got a courtesy email to let me know the techs were available and on their way, 1 minute later, Troy shot me a text to verify the appointment. Troy and Sam showed up and immediately dialed in on the problem, did their magic, and less than 30 minutes they had the system running. No up sale, no pitch for more service, just results. I was so impressed I signed up with them for a preventive maintenance package. I mentioned to Troy that the last tech company had left a new filter when it was last serviced. After the system was working, on the way out the door Troy went up to the attic and replaced it.Professional, personable, local, their service call made a bad day good and I appreciate it.

Out of four bids, we selected Airmasters because they gave us detailed information about multiple air conditioning systems (name of unit, model number, etc. so we could read more about the systems). They were prompt and patient with any questions we had regarding the different system choices. They gave us a discount when paying with a check. Two of the other bids wanted cash, no check, for the discount which I wasnt comfortable doing. The crew that installed the unit were courteous and professional. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed.

The plumber came out and worked quickly to restore our water. The next day I had a concern and the plumber and the master plumber came back out and stayed for about an hour and a half troubleshooting and verifying that there were no more issues. We will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs that we may have.

Roddy came today and quickly isolated the problem. He is looking for the part needed. All three were very professional. I know why Steven and Josh talked so highly about Roddys troubleshooting skills on these antique gas heaters. Awaiting final part installation and should be back to normal .Roddy and I forgot his helpers name came and finished our heater when the part came in. Really appreciate him taking the time and fixing things right to have our antique wall heater in operation against. Thanks for everything and all were professional. Way to make two old people happy.

I have used Airmasters multiple times for repairs and have had nothing but great experience. Every time they have arrived within 1-1.5hrs of calling, even after hours. The techs are friendly and explain every step of what they are doing to troubleshoot. The latest outage happened over a hot weekend and took several days to get parts. They had already given what I felt was a very reasonable fixed price for the repair and then sent a second after hours tech out to place a temp window unit in our master bedroom at no extra charge. It’s difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable supplier for anything these days much less who will go above expectations. I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend these guys for ANY of your AC/Heating issues. We have used them for many years now and they continually provide excellent service. On our routine seasonal equipment check, they found a crack in our air handler. This is not unexpected as we have a pretty old house and this is original equipment. We decided to replace the whole system as the A/C unit needed to be upgraded and the gas heating system was original and was probably a huge accident waiting to happen. I was not at home (hubby was) when they came and replaced all of this and I was really very impressed when I got home. You could not even tell they had been here doing this MAJOR work! Everything was perfect - replaced everything and not even a tiny bit of dust or damage to walls or doorframes. If it wasnt for the new equipment, you would not know they had even been there. Everything is working great and we are very very happy with their work. We have not had any need for their plumbing or electrical services but they will definitely be the ones we call when the need comes up. The Kellers

I was totally impressed with Adam and Rosendo for improvising the larger Evaporator Coil to fit into the area where the damaged older part was located. Nick came out within 30 minutes to take a look at our home unit. Gave us options on AC units, and spoke about each one . We made a decision, and from there. Sammy C., our technician was fantastic!! He was very meticulous in his diagnosis of the problem to pinpoint the issue. We had a leak in our evaporator coil in the inside air handler unit that caused it to freeze up. There was so much ice covering the coils it required some time to thaw out so that the leak detector could actually pinpoint the location of the leak on the coils. It turned out that the unit needed to be replaced. I was provided a quote and chose to move forward with the repair. A new unit was ordered and after a few days Sammy and Jose returned and replaced the evaporator coil and recharged the system and the problem was fixed.Sammy and Jose were both very professional and great at their job!The office staff, Shaylee and Elise were also very helpful and courteous on the phone!*The only negative is that we had to wait over the weekend because the new unit apparently was received at Airmasters on Friday afternoon and they were not able to return until the following week. The prolonged downtime was brutal as the temperature inside reached up to 93 degrees.I highly recommend Airmasters AC, Heat, Plumbing

My AC stopped working and in this heat my house was like an oven! I called Air Masters on the recommendation of a neighbor and I’m glad I did.My tech was Sammy C. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did a thorough check of my AC system, identified the problem quickly (a blown fuse), and replaced it. He also mopped up accumulated water in the drain pan and checked the motor.He noticed air wasn’t flowing as well as it should so he hosed the coils in the outside unit. What a great job! Sammy worked from the moment he arrived and accomplished more than one could expect in one hour.I will definitely call Air Masters for any future needs and ask for Sammy. One more thing. The gal who answers the phone - believe her name is Elise - presents a friendly and professional presence with her pleasant voice and grasps your needs quickly. Can’t say enough about Air Masters. I highly recommend Airmasters AC for all AC repairs! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were originally quoted over $1000 for a repair of a TXV from another company. We talked with Airmasters since they originally put in our unit when the house was built. The lady on the phone spent several minutes to me explaining what the other company said was wrong and said they would need to evaluate it but did report that TXVs usually do not cost that amount and quoted us a much more reasonable price. They also fixed a warranty registration and got us a 10 yr part warranty for our unit.Adam Payan was our technician that came out and he was extremely professional. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to repair the issue. He not only spent time explaining the issues, but also taught us how to perform routine maintenance to keep our unit running it’s best.
