I always use the contract for seasonal checks for AC and Heating. They can also install more AC vents for that one room that is not exactly correct. Family business. John arrived very close to 10:30 and he was very friendly knowledgeable and got right to work. He was finished, and our A/C was working by 11:30. We had a great experience and will definitely call again.

Hakuna Matata with Aire Serv!!Our downstairs AC went out early afternoon when it was about 100 degrees out! My wife had just got home from 19 days in the hospital and cannot walk upstairs. They immediately came out and assessed the situation. They knew within minutes the entire unit was out and were able to come out the next morning and install us a new unit!!Our thermostat went out. Aire Serve quickly came out and installed a new one. Efficient, timely, professional, and friendly as usual!

Our AC quit working on a weekend like many other homes in Texas. I was informed that AirServe was a tech short the day I called and that they were fully booked due to lots of calls over the weekend. I was assured that they would still send someone out ASAP. By 4pm I had a wonderful tech, Allen Knight at my house. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. He had the part that we needed on his truck already and fixed it right away. He even hung around to make sure everything was working properly. Allen was so polite and knowledgeable. Very impressed with the urgency to come out the same day despite being booked and the professionalism upon arrival. I would recommend to anyone!

I never realized what a poor job the builder of my house had done with respect to the installation of the HVAC. It was loud and the volume of air coming out of the vents was inconsistent. After Irvin and Ryan finished making the necessary repairs and adjustments, the system runs very quiet and air flow from the vents is hardly noticeable. Thank you Irvin and Ryan for the work you did and the professional and polite way you carry yourselves.

I really liked the text message reminders and updates in the technician arrival and even sent me a photo of him prior to his arrival. Bob arrived early and was very polite and listen to my concerns. Bob knew right away what my problem was and fixed my problem promptly. Once he left, I received a follow up call from the staff asking if I was satisfied with their service. This is a great family-owned local business.Mr. Austin Knight gave us a good price, with a no quibble quote. We loved that. This is a smart, reassuring part of a big-$$, high- anxiety process for any homeowner. We replaced two 20yr-old original systems (coil plugged, gas leak, contactor and caps burning) with two new systems, adding new heat-pump to upstairs system.Responsiveness (phone/email) was great. Installed both systems in 2 days, on time. As always in big jobs, there were problems. These were handled calmly: no-quibble. They replumbed the air handlers in the attic to correct a 20yr imbalance in air flow (upstairs vs downstairs) caused by spaghetti-like duct install. [Beware new home buyers: new homes are not built, they are assembled, fast-and-cheap. If it dont fit, make it fit, and make it fast. The buyer wont notice stupid work in the attic, so thats what you get.]Austin coordinated with our roofer and our electrician to complete the ancillary work, the inevitable contingency when replacing 20yr-equipment.Highly recommended.

The Air Serv team set a new standard for residential service of every type. From the office staff (Patience was exceptional) to the techs, they were courteous, competent and timely. They showed up on time as promised and with great communication and respect for our time. For women who use them, take note that these folks are unbeatable for things that matter to my wife. Guys, these folks can be trusted to service your equipment while youre not there and not exploit that. They identified the problems and gave me the chance to see and understand what needed doing and why, as well as the cost. Patience called afterward to be sure all was working as promised and expected. I dont know or care if Air Serv is the lowest cost vendor out there. They provided a total service package worth what I paid.The only tiny enhancement my wife could see is sending us a photo of the tech who will be coming to the house in advance of arrival.

Aire serv is the most reliable group in all of Montgomery County without a question. We were without AC due to multiple problems that kept piling on one after the other. We had another professional out who couldnt fix it before we tried calling around to get help. Two other companies ended up canceling their appointment with us, and we were on day 3 of no AC. I have a pregnant wife and a baby at home and had to get this working to keep them cool and safe. After finding Aire serv, the owners sent Allen out right away who was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was incredibly kind and helpful, even going back to get us a window unit to keep our bedroom cool right as he was getting off for the day. They were able to help clear the issue first thing the next morning and when another issue came up with our coil they made every effort to make sure we had AC running that day. The owners were extremely fair and helpful working with us on solving these problems and had very affordable prices. They have a lifelong customer, and next time I know to call Aire Serv first!

Airserve has always been attentive and responsive. Recently, after years of keeping my system going I had them out to repair, yet again. It was a Saturday and I I paid the $89 weekend charge in addition to what was required to repair the unit. They did so, however the unit did not cool well and after two weeks I called and talked to the service representative. We surmised that it might finally be time. I scheduled a new unit consultation with Holly for a Monday. As it happens that Monday morning I woke to my unit blowing hot air and an 83-degree inside temperature. Calling again they arranged for a technician to also arrive with Holly (during a period when its was 95 degrees outside and feels like temp of 105.)To shorten the story, they put a fix on my unit and we also discovered it was installed in 1999, 23 years ago! So, I had coolish air but arranged for a new install the next day. I probably could have found something cheaper - but not likely to find better service. The install went smoothly and the new unit cools the home very well. Holly was terrific in answering questions and explaining the details - and they offer an outstanding warranty which, combined with my personal experience with Airserve, made whatever extra over a cheaper alternative well worth it! I want to thank Airserve for keeping my old unit going for years and years beyond its normal life! And, for making the purchase and install of a new unit as painless as possible.

Today on $17,900… new AC units from Aireserv, they added a additional supply to one room that was always hot, 2 new condensers and evap coils, had to run additional wiring outside and inside the house, 100% professional and clean. Took from 8:30am-5pm. We now have a duel duel heat pump system, it has a variable 2 stage compressor system. Duel fuel uses the heat pump to heat the house, till we reach 35f then it switches to gas heat. The variable compressor uses 100% load till the houses reaches temp, then switches to a 70% load and maintains the house temp. we went from a seer 14 to 17, each system has a $225 rebate from the feds for using a high seer heat pump, starting January 1st all air conditioners must be seer2 rating, which will add $1000s more to the cost. you can’t hear the systems run, also last week we changed the air filter to a 4inch medium to allow more airflow and less filter changes are needed.

My 10 year old American Standard sprung a leak on condenser. They had a service tech out quickly. Replaced the Condenser the same day. Got me cooling again. Came back to replace inside unit and did a great job. Price was good and they were on time and communication was great. Thank You Brock and Austin for going above and beyond to meet my needs.The Coleman unit is cooling better than the American Standard. Also has a full 10 year warranty. Very happy with everything

We moved into a flip house in January 2019, the house was originally built in 1981 and during the remodel there were 2 walls removed and this required ducting to be added for the downstairs living room.The registers at the end of the added ducts were getting little to no airflow, so 1 week after moving in we called a popular Woodlands area HVAC company. They came and looked at a few things and tried changing the fan speed to in crease the flow. While they were here they also notified me that we needed to move the Thermostat to a better location. He also said he would have someone contact us to come out and quote us on a whole new re-ducting because the flippers put the system together with a bunch of old parts and that is why the flow was bad. All for $122.50 I thought that was awesome and never having owned a 2 story house before I just figured it was normal to be freezing in the downstairs living room and needed to use a heater by my bedroom every night... Heat rises right?3 months later we were tired of going upstairs to the back of the hall to change the A/C settings and decided we wanted a WiFi thermostat. So I called that SAME company to schedule suggested the Thermostat move and get a quote on the re-ducting (they never called). I got a funny feeling after they hung up on me and said they only had someone available for the re-ducting quote and a different person would need to do the thermostat move the next week. I decided to look at other HVAC service providers.BOY AM I HAPPY I DID, first they encouraged us to go ahead and buy the NEST with 2 remote thermostats ourselves because they cant get it any cheaper; and they had a opening to install the NEST the next day.Robert came to the house he immediately went to work and talked me through everything that was planned. He explained that using the NEST with 2 remote thermostats; allows us to choose which of the 3 thermostats drives the system. He also explained that moving the main thermostat would not have helped our situation because it is best for the main to be by the return air for proper airflow. He not only installed the NEST he helped me set up the App on my laptop and my phone.So back to those low flow ducts that will require full re-ducting of the whole house?? Robert went and inspected and found that one of the 2 ducts in question was kinked SO HE FIXED IT. *** He did confirm that it is a $#!+ $#@w in the attic *** He also confirmed something we already knew; which is that the equipment looks to be in good condition for now but we should expect a full replacement of the A/C system within the next 5-7 years (we knew this and budgeted for this when we bought the house). Basically re-ducting would be a waste of money at this point and not make things better it would just be expensive and require cutting into walls and reconstruction on this NEW to us house.Long story Short ROBERT IS THE BOMB in 2 hours he installed the new Thermostats got us set up on our devices and fixed our duct problem. Our house is comfortable and I no longer need a blanket to sit in my living room or a heater to sleep ! ! ! All for the low-low price of $195.00.THANK YOU and with them being in business as long as they have been; I am sure this is who I will use when it comes time to replace the A/C in the OLD (NEW to us) house.
