    We woke up this morning to a dark thermostat and 36° weather outside. Fortunately, we have a service contract with Aireserv! This means we get to be in the fast lane for a repair visit. Colton Zappe got here on the double and identified the problem-- a 9-yr-old breaker that got to much heat when the heat came on for the first time this year. It needed to be replaced. We were glad the safety features did their job and shut off power to the system!Colton is very knowledgeable in his field, examining every aspect of the problem. He noted that the pan strip designed keep yucky stuff out of our air had corroded, and even showed me the gross thing. He also saw that the UV bulb was flickering. The engineer who owned this house before us set up the best possible system, and that includes this UV crud-killer. We asked him to replace it.We are so glad to have a star like Colton on our team of the great folks who keep our home systems running. His was superior service with an awesome attitude.     I have been using Aire Serve for 3.5 years. I am on their regular maintenance program, as I have a rental property and I cannot afford downtime on my AC. I have to say that this is probably the best customer experience I have ever had with a service company of any kind. They are honest and extremely skilled. They don’t try to convince me to buy things I don’t need and they charge fair prices for the work they do. I feel so blessed to have them in my corner!

    Every part of the process was OUTSTANDING: from showing up at our home, only a couple of hours after our calling them; the beginning assessment Techs Caleb and Clint gave us; the ordering of what we needed from a lovely gal June, their Home Comfort Designer; then the replacement of our unit by the hard working crew: Sam, Nate, Victor and Daniel, overseen by their amiable manager John!! All personnel were friendly and very knowledgeable. Total professionals with our best interests in mind. Offered us many options, with no pressure to buy, buy, buy. From our “no service call”, it took less than 24 hrs to fully complete replacing and installing a new HVAC system. OUTSTANDING.

    It is Sunday of Labor Day weekend 2024 and at 8:00 pm our HVAC system took a dump and stopped working. It didn’t take long for the temperature and humidity to start rising in the house as well as my wife’s patience. And trust me, when she isn’t comfortable, I’m going to hear about it. I thought for sure I was screwed and I wouldn’t be able to get it looked at until after the holiday. I called Aireserve and within 30 minutes the service professional, Colton, arrived. He got us back up and running quickly. A nice young man, very respectful and professional. Plus, he left the area he worked in as clean as when he arrived. Which my wife was very pleased about. We couldn’t be more satisfied. In a day and age when good customer service is mere punchline than an actual way of doing business, Aireserve and its technician, Colton, exceeded expectations and turned what could have been a very uncomfortable Labor Day weekend into and enjoyable, cool and relaxing one.     After dealing with constant AC issues for 4 years in our new build, we decided to get a new system. It was a tough decision but once we met Noel we felt 100% comfortable with going with Aire Serv. Something we loved most was how he provided video of work they have done on previous jobs. This allowed us to see just how high of quality work they do and exactly what we would be getting. Once the job was completed, we were not disappointed. It has been a little over a month since we got our new system and we couldn’t be more satisfied.     When my husband was in the hospital several weeks ago, our A/C was having trouble regulating itself. It was either very cold or very hot. I contacted Air Serve and talked with a very nice lady, named Denise. She sent out a repair man that very day. Colton, our repairman, arrived with a smile and commenced to locate the problem. It was our thermostat that had broken. He put in a new one and then thoroughly checked the rest of the system. We had cool air that very evening.     Extremely professional! Everyone we have come in contact with has been knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. June was our sales person who really explained everything that we needed, why, and how the process would happen. Then Nate came with his team and installed the HVAC units and again, was courteous and knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, set us up online, and worked the whole day to get it done. The site was cleaned up before they left and he explained what would happen next. I got numerous bids prior to this decision and as they said, they weren’t the cheapest, (not the highest either), but worth every penny for their knowledge and expertise. I feel we’re in good hands, even when they’re complete with this installation, I can call them with any concern and they’ll handle it. Rare service and business ethics these days….highly recommend!

    A year ago Aire Serv of the Coastal Bend replaced all the ductwork in our attic, replaced our furnace, raised our A/C equipment off the ground, and went above and beyond to make everything right. They spent a couple of hours doing winter prep, assessing my system, and cleaning my furnace.They gave me a punchlist of what could be done to improve my comfort in my home. Prioritizing the list by Urgent, Not Urgent by needs to addressed in the future, and needs to happen but not now.Noel also went through what steps I need to do to make the system run better.     Aire Serve installed a new system for us about four years ago. They worked to make sure it was installed and balanced properly and they have done the regular maintenance for us since then. About a week ago, we had a power surge and the compressor blew. This was at 8:30 on a Sunday night. I spoke with someone at a call center and he set up an appointment for Monday. About 10 minutes after that, I got a call from Jim Schaffer and he said he wanted to send a technician out that night to check it and make sure what they would be dealing with the next day. The technician, Damien Torres arrive shortly after the call. He was extremely professional and really just a nice guy. He explained what the problem was and made sure he knew what they needed to fix it. They got the parts and my system was back up and running Tuesday afternoon. Aire Serve has always taken great care of us and their people are professional and courteous. If you need AC work, contact them!

    We scheduled our semi-annual check up on our split air system and Colton came to us for the servicing. Colton was personable and very easy to talk to. He totally explained the steps he was about to do on our system and completed the job with total thoroughness, explaining what and why he was doing as he went along. He was able to point out an issue we had with our voltage regulator outside the house for the outside unit, that was installed 8 years ago. A critical part which unchecked would cause problems with our system. He will fix it soon and put us at ease over that issue. We were very happy and appreciative of Coltons efforts on our system. Air Serve seems to always hire the best technicians as all of the tecs sent out to us have been great.

    Im redoing my electrical system with another company and the AC produced three error codes.I called Aire Serv and they sent Noel and Jose who diagnosed the problem quickly, accurately, professionally, and courteously.They explained their steps to me in a way I could understand and which I appreciated.I had also tentatively invested in a (currently) $850 surge protector that protected the AC and its compressor from a power surge.Which was great news I wasnt expecting to receive.

    Our A/C went out on the morning April 7th. That being a Sunday we decided to wait until Monday to call someone. A friend of ours recommended calling Air Serv. I called about 8:45 Monday morning. I explained what was going on and was told that someone would be there in about 30 to 45 min. After about 20min Noal showed up. After checking the system (which was a 2007 system) it had a bad compressor, rust all in the A coil, used R22, etc. We decided to go ahead and just get a new system. Noal gave us 3 options and explained all three. Once we decided on the system we wanted he contacted his office to get the ball going. The office than contacted me and said that a crew would be there about 11:30 to 12::00. At about 11:15 or so Nate and his crew (I cant remember everyones name) showed up and and started the work. We had a few hiccups toward the end (shorted thermostat wire) but after installing a new wire we were back up and running. With my wife recovering from chemo treatments and surgery this was a welcome relief for this to happen so quickly. Thank you to all the guys that helped. It was greatly appreciated.

Called AireServ, told AC tech would be here between 7-9 pm. Tech, Roberto Flores, arrived around 10 pm and worked diligently until 2 am to get the 25 year old AC/electrical system going; unsuccessfully. He was genuinely concerned about leaving this senior citizen without AC in record breaking heat. I said there was a small, new, room AC in the shed, which he promptly retrieved, assembled and placed in the bedroom window before departing around 3 am. I am immensely grateful for his kindness. He even checked with me each day to make sure everything was still okay.The following late afternoon, (they were due earlier in the day) Sergio (Owner?) and Roberto returned to show us the pictures and video of the attic system. Burnt and frayed wiring, fried parts and the melted electrical components were placed on my kitchen counter. We were given several options/pricing - without a high pressure sales pitch. We chose to replace the aged AC system, air handler, electrical components/ wiring, and to add more attic insulation. We advanced a sizable down payment for the work. Because the work was so expensive, we checked with family, friends, and trusted others, who recently had AC work done. We learned our cost was “in the ball park” for similar work/equipment. (NOTE: replacement HVAC systems and repair costs are not for the faint of heart!).After several communication issues with the office, the system was finally installed Friday. Rego and Nate worked all day in that sweltering attic. That afternoon we were asked to pay the balance before all the work was done, and while our previously running garage AC was still disconnected. We advised the office of the garage AC snaffou and Chris (ops manager?) arrived to complete the work. He also did a thorough QC of the two systems. He answered all our questions, gave us the new equipment paperwork, and when he left, we felt very comfortable with the installation and new system.While there were a few hiccups, we would call AireServe again for AC issues/repairs. When their initial parts and labor warranty approaches expiration, we plan to have the system serviced and will likely purchase an annual maintenance contract. All techs were awesome and the on site personnel delivered exceptional customer service. Roberto and Chris are definitely keepers!To AireServ: we would recommend better ongoing communication from your office to customers, and from the office to on site personnel. We believe this problem is due, in part, to a lack of personnel, and the call/work volume experienced during unprecedented high temperatures. In an attempt to help as many customers as possible, necessary communication and timely followup with your current customer was repeatedly lost. None the less, Kudos for your service dedication and ACTUALLY providing 24 hour service.

    4/3/23 We had an appointment with airserv to do duct cleaning. They sent Nate, Pablo, and I forgot the 3rd guys name. They were all professional and courteous. They went through and cleaned each duct and then caulked the edges closed to prevent pulling of dust from the attic, which they also cleaned from the ceiling. They scrubbed each vent cover clean and sanitized the system. And finally, they swept our floor clean. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. The techs were very professional and went out of their way to ensure I understood the issues causing the problem.It was determined the the best course of action was a new unit. Their estimator came right out and evaluated everything and explained my options in detail. There was no pressure salesmanship.A decision was made and they were out bright and early the next day to install. They were knowledgeable and kept us posted of progress as they went along.There was no cleanup left for us to do either.Definately will use them again.

    Noel Barrueta and his assistant completed the repairs in a thorough and efficient manner. He showed me photographs taken that illustrated the process step by step. Mr. Barrueta gave me excellent recommendations for the proper air filter to use and options for system support tech to prolong the life of the system and prevent long term duct biological buildup. While I could not afford the extras at this time I want you to know I would enthusiastically recommend your service to friends and family your staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

    This company is locally owned and did a fantastic job getting our air conditioning unit completely replaced with a brand new Misubishi system! They were courteous, respectful, helpful, and punctual. The day that the team arrived for installation, they brought a whole crew along, and so everything was done in about 4 hours, including hauling the old, monster, outdated unit away! Cost was comparable, and they helped us with financing. Even the ladies in the office were pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend!!

They got me in the next day, they didnt try and sell me anything just to make money and they fixed my AC for $198 and now it works wonderful.     We decided to have our heating and air conditioning unit replaced before summer arrived. Call and scheduled and appointment for a free estimate. Sergio arrived right on time and we discussed our needs, cost and installation time. After receiving several estimates we decided to go with Aire Serv of the Coastal Bend. Save yourself time and energy and go with this company. They arrived right on time, completed the work as scheduled, were very helpful, courteous and cost effective. They completed all duct work, AC compressor and gas furnace in 4 days. I cannot recommend this company enough.Update: our air conditioning compressor started making noise when the unit would turn off and on so we called Aire Serv. They came right out and determined it was a fan motor. Aire Serv ordered the motor and came and replaced it with less than a week at no charge. They stand by their work and equipment which is just another reason I highly recommend them.

    Aire Serv was very responsive when our AC went out soon after another company had installed a new motor. We were disgusted with how slow to respond that company had been, so we called Aire Serv.     When our a/c stopped cooling last week I did my online homework on local HVAC companies and chose Aire Serv. DJ was sent out to diagnose the problem and soon had us up and running again. Our system was 16 years old and had some issues so DJ suggested we setup a meeting with Sergio. Sergio came by promptly at the appointment time and went over our options for a new system. We chose an upgrade, the parts were ordered and the crew led by Roger showed up bright and early this morning and did a great job. From the owner on down they have been awesome!     I had to contact AirServe because my in attic AC system was having problems. The drip pan was over flowing and causing major damage to my rental property. Kyle, the technician, came out the property very quickly and fixed the problem with the drain which was causing the overflow. Once thr problem was resolved, I was connected to Josh, who assisted me with learning about my AC unit and and what my options were for mitigating future problems and what types of new units would work best for me, as my current AC unit is more that 20 years old.     Wow. Cant say enough good things about these guys. They replaced inside unit, completely reconfigured and replaced the ductwork and then installed insulation.My house was originally built in 1937 and had a few remodels since. But the AC was in awful shape and airflow and heatloss were major problems. These guys took care of us in a courteous and totally professional manner. All of their personnel have been off the charts. Yesterday it was Jorge, Victor and Gerardo who took care of the insulation. Great guys who were efficient and thorough. Thank you Aire Serve.
