Jorge and Matt were definitely putting Airserv on the top of the HVAC companies to use when they came here today. Superior service, polite, honest and thorough. And explained step by step what they were doing. I had another HVAC company come in Nov. and the tech wasnt sure how to start up the furnance. He said it was old and needed to be replaced. It needed a part so I decided to buy the part. Part still hasnt come in. The Airserv techs that came confirmed that that part was needed but also did an inspection to make sure there that my furnance was good to run. I havent been running my heater because I was worried. When I called to let the other place know there was an issue I got a text that said sorry but is it running. And that was it. I asked can you just come and check it and never got a reply. SO TO AIRSERVE... thank you for having Jorge and Matt on this service call.

Our AC unit went out unexpectedly overnight, I called Aire Serv first thing in the morning and DESPITE their extremely busy schedule they were able to send out a technician the same day to do a diagnostic of our system. Jeff was extremely professional and helpful. He kept us updated on what he was doing to try and get our rather old system up and running again, and he got us fixed up in a timely manner. We now have a running ac again in these dangerously hot conditions. I personally highly recommend this company!

Winter 2023 & 8/7/24Michael Alba was the service technician. Michael expertly diagnosed a complex problem with the heating controls board on my A/C unit. After his diagnosis he explained the system’s functionality and the problem to me. He then explained the cost to repair the unit. I highly recommend this company for your A/C unit service and maintenance needs.In addition, this company provides timely step by step communications throughout the process from arranging your service, scheduling the technician, getting an upfront firm cost of repairs, and assuring your satisfaction with the job.8/7/24The condenser fan on my air conditioning unit froze up due to bearing failure. Again, I called Aire Serv. They set up an appointment very quickly. The weather here was hitting in excess of 100 deg. F. Michael Alba, came out to do the motor replacement. He had the condenser fan motor replaced and the unit operating at full capacity in a short time. I appreciate Michael’s expertise in refrigeration technology and customer satisfaction. My thanks to Aire Serv in getting my needs met in a very timely manner during this heat wave. I highly recommend Aire Serv for all your Air conditioning needs.

What an amazing process and experience. I was in constant contact with the dispatcher and the tech, Kurston, prior to his arrival. They sent me a picture of who to expect and a 2 hour windows instead of 6 hours like most others.Kurston came out to my house (on time) and immediately knew what was wrong with my AC system, from 10 feet away from the unit outside. After demonstrating the issue to me, he was able to replace the dead capacitor in a couple minutes and got my house nice and chilly once again.Hes a super knowledgeable and friendly guy and would highly recommend him again! When your AC goes out in this type of environment and heat, these guys are literal heroes. 10/10

Our AC unit was not installed correctly (by a different company) in a new subdivision. In middle of July 2024 unit decided to not work. Air serve came out on a weekend. Got the unit working so we were not sleeping in a 80 degree house. And the next they returned to install the unit properly. Service tech Jeff Martinez is the guy you want working on your unit. I can’t say enough good things about him and Air serve.

The serviceman was efficient and answered my questions. However, I would appreciate a detailed invoice for a service that costs over $400. For example, what does the replacement UV filter cost? What do the replacement UV bulbs cost? What does the maintenance itself cost?Update: This Spring 2024 I had my heat pump serviced again. The technician was Jorge. He was pleasant and did a very thorough job, even adjusting my ceiling vents.Fall 2024 Jorge came again to service my unit. He did a good job. However, for some reason the office always send him with the incorrect filter and he has to drive back to get the correct one. This wastes about 35 minutes of his time.

I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly the Aire Serve techs were able to come to repair our A/C when it went out. I was told they would be arriving within 15-20 minutes after contacting them in the afternoon. And even though they didn’t arrive until 45-60 minutes after I called, the fact that they were coming even on the same day was great!The only minor issues I have is the techs had to cut the sealant fastening a couple of panels to access the unit, and they never reapplied any new sealant to keep the A/C unit sealed. The same happened when a piece of insulation broke off one of the panels taken off. After asking them, they said it won’t make a difference due to the sealant and insulation being dry. I guess time will tell.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would and will recommend Aire Serve to address any issues with your air conditioning units.

Today was just another example. 12/30/2021 Ditto.Well the AC unit conked out again today 05/09/22, and it is the beginning of summer with tekmps of 94 f. I called AireServe and they managed to get a technician out here non three hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct spare valves required. Managed to drive over and picked them up and install, and had me up and running by days end. Bravo once more to a highly trained group of folks at AIRESERV .Yesterday was 05/28/24 and as usual I had AIRE SERV out for my three times per year HVAC Maintenance. As usual they did a first class and professional job. They checked all the systems, took photos of areas I couldnt see clearly and were very thorough with their service. I camt believe it has been seven (7) years now they have provided service on this Rheem system and its still running strong. Everyone here at AIRE SERV is a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for a great job.12/05/24Another great job by the Technician from Aire Serv. This was just a switch which was misaligned and he had me up and running in 10 minutes or less.
