    Marcelo is a great guy who knows what he is doing! Very respectful and great with communication! He came in the summer to clean out my unit and returned in the winter for my heating. He makes sure that my units are working perfectly. I definitely recommend! I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs!

    I highly recommend this company. Owner Aaron is a veteran. As a military retiree, you can generally count on your fellow service brothers and sisters…but not always. Well you can count on him. Along with his lead technician, Marcello, they ROCK! They took on my multi-zone mini split install and did a great job completing the job. Now my first floor can cool the rooms that need to be cooled and not waste money cooling the entire 1st floor. These guys were fantastic!

    Great Service. Marcelo Ruiz was very professional and explained everything he was doing to check my AC unit. Ive had another company check my Unit before and the issue was never fixed. But Aire Service of southeastern El Paso got the job done. Our family is very appreciated now that our house is so much cooler. Definitely recommended this company.

    Owner Aaron is a standup guy and wish him a ton of success. He came out to my property on short notice. Also, he actually listened to my situation and came up with several solutions; something I haven’t experienced when dealing with HVAC companies. Definitely a company I’m comfortable recommending.

    I was nervous about getting AC technicians to my house to help with issues because of horror stories I heard. I was really fortunate to find these guys. Very professional, pleasant and honest staff, that helped resolve my issue and helped with maintenance of my AC unit. Marcelo Ruiz was excellent. I will recommend their services and I will be employing their services in the future.

    Great experience with this company. I called Tuesday afternoon and they had someone scheduled to see me Wednesday morning. Marcelo arrived early, he was polite and professional. He explained everything he did. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. I had a question later in the afternoon and Marcelo answered me without hesitation. Overall a great company. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

    I was very surprised that they literally made my day as I had lost my water heater due to burst and my A/C unit to wear and tare. Worst 2 days followed up by best customer service ! I have 19 years at Casa Ford President winner 23 years . I know quality service ? Ask for Marcello!

    Excellent service from Marcelo and Kaitlyn. They were able to guide and help my mother and I concerning issues that need fixing for our cooling system, as well as what is currently in working condition with our furnace. Were able to show us pictures and video guidance of our systems. Also appreciate them wearing booties to come into the house. Its the first time I see this with any servicing company. I also appreciate Kaitlyn reassuring they would not access the roof through the back yard without our permission, as I had my dog in the back yard at the time. Will work well with dogs moving inside or outside the house as well. Also like that they will share a picture of the technician who will be servicing your system through text message, so you know who to expect, with an estimated time of arrival as well. Servicing was done before I had to go to work. Do recommend their services :D

    This was a tough install for me. I inherited this house after both my parents passed away and was not prepared to have to replace both the air conditioner and the furnace at the same time. Also the price was more than I expected but the quality and warranties were awesome and i can rest knowing that we are in good hands and that this company really cares about us. They are awesome and the maintenance is cheaper than any over company i had looked into.
