    As a single mom in a old house with an older unit, it is extremely stressful when things do not work. They have come out on multiple occasions and have always made sure that me and my children were either warm or cool respectively in a timely manner. I cannot say enough how reassuring the techs have always been to get things taken care of, while also being extremely respectful of both my time and my home. I would recommend this company and team to anyone in need of services.

    Aire Serv has been out to our place several times over the course of the last 4-5 years. They have serviced 3 different units, and always let us know when they are coming, and stay till the job is done. They keep very good notes with pictures, so each tech knows exactly what has been done previously and what to look for. They have done work on old units, and warranty work on new units and Ive never felt over charged, they have always been professional in speaking with my wife or myself, and have never been dismissive or rude. They wear ID and let you know who is coming ahead of each visit.

    Did an Excellent job, Mr Permenter is a Great person to do business with ! He checked everything out, discussed what needed to be done & got my unit back in Good working order !     Mitch just performed a spring service/tune-up on my 11-year-old a/c system. Of all the providers I have used for this service, he was the most thorough and detailed. He took his time, explained everything he did, and did not try to talk me into any unnecessary work. Even though he was running only 10 minutes or so past the scheduled appointment time, his office called to notify me that he was on his way--excellent customer communication and service! I will use Aire Serv again for my fall service and highly recommend this company.

    Derek Long is a very professional and honest individual. A inspector told us we had a gas leak and another company looked at our furnace yesterday and told us we needed a new furnace for $4500. We called Derek on our own for a second opinion. He repaired our unit in less than 10 minutes. He had serviced our units in the past. I would highly recommend using him and AIR-Serv.

    Derek and Alfred came today as I was told they were via email AND text, super pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. They were so efficient, brought cool air back inside the house within minutes! Cleaned up the units (above and beyond customer service for sure!) This company has very honest, knowledgeable and very efficient workers. We are very impressed and happy to have them respond ASAP and even come the day of or within 12 hours if Calling for help! This company does have excellent documentation of what was found , with pictures, what to do and what’s needed for future even.     Have a homeowners warranty on home just purchased, but authorized service company could not service until multiple days later. Casey with Air Serve not only responded quickly to appointment request, but had equipment repaired in less than 12 hours after request was submitted and assisted in completing request to be reimbursed via home warranty company for the covered repair.

    This was my first experience with Aire Serv. I am impressed! Alfred was here much faster than I anticipated (less than an hour from my initial call for service). He talked me through everything that he checked on my system and explained what I need to do to keep it running smoothly. He was professional and courteous.     I called Aire Serv after looking online for a ac repair company. They’re the only one with a 5 star rating on google at the time. I called them up and from the receptionist to the tech they’ve been very polite and professional. Complete transparency throughout the entire process. The tech was actually earlier than his scheduled time and I was called asking if it was okay before he arrived. Very quick and understanding. I am at work and he’s doing a very good job of explaining things to me. Awesome company I will continue to use.

    I highly recommend Aire Serv of Longview. We bought an older home 5 years ago in a neighborhood we loved. The house came with 2 very old HVAC units. Richard, Alfred and Derek all came out at one time or the other for service and all those guys are exceptional. We had them replace one of our units and the remaining one needed lots of TLC. Their response time was quick and I always got either a text message or phone call letting me know exactly when and who is on the way. We sold our house last month and the home inspector recommended moving a furnace flue in the attic as well as a complete check of both systems. We were in a time crunch and they made it happen for us. I just appreciate the care and professionalism these guys have. And their ability to get things fixed fast.

    I highly recommend Aire Serve of Longview. Aire Serve has been great to us since we first called them in April of 2020. They have done airduct cleaning and our spring and fall check up. We had our A/C repaired summer of 2021 and Aireserve was out right away and got us up and running on a really hot day. Last week our blower motor went out on our inside unit and the office worked with me to get a technician right out to replace our motor. Carly and all the office staff are great to work with. Today Derek came out to do our fall inspection. He is a wonderful technician for Aire Serve we met last year during a call. He always explains everything to us and reminds us how our unit works from season to season. He is always curtious and takes great care of us. We appreciate all the great employees at Aire Serve.

    We have had the opportunity to work with Aire Serve Longview several times in our home. I really dont know how any residential HVAC company could do a better job. Fast response, knowledgeable techs (special shout out to Richard), fair pricing, thorough...I could go on. I understand that it is a family-owned company and that makes me feel great as well.     Our experience with Aire Serv from my first phone call to inquire about an estimate on a new HVAC system for our 70 year old home that we are updating was nothing short of exceptional !Aire Serv came out the following day and Derek Long their sales representative and technician showed us the systems that would work for our size home in different price ranges .Derek removed all of the outdated system and installed the new one along with his experienced crew in about a 6 hour time frame !We highly recommend Aire Serv if you are needing to update , You should make them your first call and you will be so happy that you did !!!

    Called their call center after hours because my A/C wasnt cooling and it was 103 outside and a tech called me right back. Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly located and fixed the problem and left my house with my A/C cooling. He didnt try to sell me anything or try and push a new unit on me, which was refreshing, he fixed mine and left.

    I called at 10 a.m. about my unit not cooling and was told that someone would be out at 1 p.m., which was awesome because its Friday and was freaking out that I wouldnt be able to have anyone come out today! As promised, it was right at 1 p.m. when Alfred appeared - I remembered him from installing my unit several years ago. He was very friendly and efficient and was able to diagnose that the unit was fine inside, so he turned his focus outside. Within 30 minutes, Alfred and his co-worker Derrick, had identified the issue and replaced the part that had failed. The house was already beginning to cool down when Alfred came in to explain what was repaired. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service that I receive from Aire Serv of Longview AND with Alfreds professionalism. He is an asset to Aire Serv and hope hes there for years to come!     Aire serve is extremely responsive to every ac repair issue we have had. Unfortunately our system has seen better days and its time to install a new system.     Our a/c went out and it was 80 degrees in the house. I called various a/c places after 5 and most werent available to look at the unit until tomorrow. Derek from Aire Serv called and was available to check the unit today. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and stayed to make sure it was working correctly.     I have nothing but praise for this company! We recently purchased a new home in Longview. After being here 3 months we really started to notice alot of sneezing and then coughing going on while in the house. We decided that maybe the vents needed to be cleaned. So on a Wednesday night at 9 PM I googled duct cleaning in Longview. Aire Serv had great ratings so I figured Id give them a try. Honestly my expectations werent very high because I figured they must be VERY BUSY! I filled out an online form for a service request and at 8:00 AM, Thursday morning, I got a call from dispatch that a Technician would arrive by 9:00 AM. At 9:00 AM promptly, Derek arrived. He was extremely professional, courteous and personable! I told him the issues we were experiencing and he got to work diagnosing our complaints. The duct cleaning was necessary, but also needed was an updated HVAC unit! Our unit was pushing 30 years old and full of MOLD!! Derek took pictures of the problem areas so we had visual proof of the issues, not just word of mouth, which I found value in. He worked up a couple quotes, one for duct cleaning and one for a new HVAC unit and discussed in detail what each quote entailed. Once we approved both quotes he confirmed our install/cleaning date, which was for the next Tuesday, due to weather (the day of this posting).Derek and crew showed up promptly at 8:30 AM and got to work! Technicians Richard and Alfred (the twins) came along to help speed things up! I could go on and on about how they kept me informed the whole time, but more importantly, these Gentlemen were class acts the entire time! Extremely professional throughout! Our new HVAC is installed and running beautifully! Ducts are squeaky clean! AND WE ARE BREATHING MUCH BETTER!Ill be honest, I cant confirm how competitive Aire Serv prices are with other Mechanical Contractors, but with the service we received today has to be unbeatable! Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts Derek, Richard and Alfred! I barely scratched the surface on all the steps Aire Serv went through to make sure we were informed, but I hope my review gives some insight to whats most important to me and my family...Customer Service, and today it was top notch!     The service man was there when he said he would and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing, took pictures of the part to show me and I had my invoice and itemized statement within minutes of visit. Repairs were done promptly and he left no mess. They know their business and was able to answer any question, even if it was a simple one that some might think I should already know.All work was photographed and presented to me as before and after so I could see.     These guys are awesome. During the winter freeze my heat pump failed. I called and explained the problem and a technician (James) called me right back and had me try a few things. Ultimately they didn’t resolve the problem. A short time later he called and told me he was on the way, through 8” of snow to work on it. He worked in the freezing attic for sometime and was able to diagnose a wiring problem that would not allow the heat strip to work. This far exceeded my expectations and I can’t thank James and the Aire-Serv team enough.

    Very quick response time to get my issues addressed and repaired in a timely manner. When James came out to diagnose the issues he did a great job at explaining what was wrong and how they can fix it. Alfred came out and repaired my ductwork that had not been installed properly by a different company. He was professional and i loved seeing the before and after pictures of the work he completed. Richard and Alfred both were courteous when they did the duct cleaning and were not the kind of techs that are in a hurry to get done or the kind to ignore the customer.     Came home from work Thursday and AC was out. I called around and could not get anyone to come and help. I put in a request at 6AM Friday to Aire Serv and James(technician not me) was out and diagnosing my system at 9AM. He explained and repaired the problem (bad capacitor) and then proceeded to check the rest of the system for issues. James explained different things I could do to make our cooling solution more efficient and safe. I truly appreciated his professional and honest approach to the work and also taking the time to educate me on a subject I admittedly knew nothing about. Roger (Willis) came out there and not only fixed our problem, but he educated us on the part and what he was doing so we could make informed decisions next time something happens.     This company is a family owned business with an amazing heart and their techs are everything you could wish for in this pandemic times of ours.     I had to call them on a Saturday morning because my air wasn’t cooling. I called The main number around 9:00am and about 5 mins later I got a from a representative in my area. She said that there was a technician already out in my neighborhood and that he would come over as soon as he could. He was at my house at like 10:00 and easily found the problem. He explained what he needed to to do to fix it and gave me some tips for future maintenance. He was very clean and friendly and seemed knowledgeable about his work. He had the A/C up and running again in probably about 30 mins after he arrived. I was Very pleased with the service and price. After he left I saw That they had sent me an email prior to his arrival to let me know that the technician was on his way and they included a picture of him so i would have known who to expect before he showed up. I’ll be using them again.

    Best customer service ever! Our heater went out late at night during that horrible cold snap in December.
