Had an excellent experience using Aire Serv. My call was answered right away and I was able to speak with Cecil about my concern. He was able to give me an idea of what the issue might be and a quote, which speaks to his level of expertise. After calling a few other places I decided to go ahead and have Cecil come out to diagnose the issue. Turns out he was able to catch what 2 other HVAC companies completely missed when coming out to fix the issue (this is over the course of a year with the same issue). He even called to check in and make sure everything was running correctly the next day. Very happy with their service!

Excellent and professional service. My AC wasnt blowing cold air. I was able to speak to a technician over the phone and describe the problem, get an idea of what a repair may cost. Cecil was friendly from the time he entered the door. Of course the unit wouldnt make the noise it was making when he showed up but he was patient. After much discussion and investigation he was able to make the noise, was able to explain it, and ensure that my unit was not falling apart. Would absolutely recommend, definitely knows his stuff.

Thank You Cecil Miller for coming to my rescue!Super good, honest Man. A pleasure to meet!I set up an appointment online on Thursday evening, with no expectations of an acknowledgement but instantly received an confirmation email from Aire Serv. Within 20 minutes, Cecil called and we discussed the issue with my AC unit and he set me up an appointment for the next day,( Even though the weather forecast was calling for heavy rain with street flooding). Rained all morning, then suddenly stopped, thats when Cecil appeared on time and within minutes of inspecting the AC unit, found the issue. Unit is running great! Will definitely call upon his services in the future!!Thanks Again for keeping a roof over my head, shes decided shes not going to kick me out...not just yet.

Cecil is experienced with over 30 years of AC background, and knows what he is doing. You can trust him to quickly diagnose the problem and offer you a solution(s). My unit is almost 20 years old and needs replacing, but he was able to get it cooling per my request (instead of replacing) and hopefully I can get another summer out of it. Very thorough and provides you with photos of his work and detailed receipts. Cost is fair, quality is top notch.

Cecil was great! He answered my call first thing this morning and was at the house by noon. We weren’t sure what was wrong with the AC but he troubleshot everything before finding the issue. He was also very informative and let us know the age of our unit and the average life expectancy. Even though our unit is on its final days he did not push us to purchase another unit. Service was great, he was extremely helpful and quick.

Great, prompt service. Cecil Miller came out within an hours notice late on a Wednesday at 9pm. He quickly diagnosed my issue, showed me what it would take to correct it, fixed it quickly right in front of me. He also took additional time to check the rest of the unit to be sure it was good to go. He operates with integrity. He lays out all the information for you to make an informed decision.My home was cool again by 11pm. I highly recommend Cecil and Aire Serv! I will continue giving Cecil my business.

Cecil at Aire Serv of Kingwood was awesome. I don’t usually write reviews but when I noticed an issue with my old unit he came right out the next day and immediately knew what the problem was. I have dealt with a few different HVAC companies in the past and they are all salesman Cecil never once tried to sell me on anything he gave me multiple options and let me decide what was best. His prices were fair and he was honest and patient. The prices he talked about were exactly what they were no hidden nonsense. I appreciate his work and his honesty. A few days later I’m sitting here with a brand new HVAC system and it was very fast and easy. Thanks Cecil I’ll be calling you again when I need some maintenance.

Outstanding experience with Cecil (owner), who answered our initial call after 10p on a Saturday night, came to check out our heater problem before 8am the next morning (Sunday!), and managed to get an out-of-stock part in and installed at our house within 48 hours. Arrived on time, accomplished all his work quickly and professionally, and was very friendly. Straightforward and honest about the problem, the solution, and the costs from beginning to end. This is a very reliable and trustworthy company! Hopefully we wont have more A/C or heater problems, but if we do, this is definitely the place we will call!

With the summer heat going full blast, you never want your a/c to go out! Well, thats what happened to me on a saturday morning. Heat was going up to 94 degrees outside and already 87 degrees inside. He came out to give a diagnostic on why the air differential is on the lower end of 15 degrees instead of the higher end of 20 degrees. Professional and on time and I felt he was honest which is very important when it comes to HVAC service cause you dont want someone to upsell you to replace the whole unit when its just low on freon. Ive had plenty of HVAC professional like from John Moore who told me to replace the whole system for $16000 and another HVAC tech was able to fix the issue for $800. So honesty to me is very important. Would definitely him again.
