    Amazing Service! Technician David was very thorough and sharp. He took the time to examine every part of our hvac system, and explain what the options are for us. They arrived on time, sent us a text when they were on the way, and the charges were exactly as expected. I would give Aire Serv of Johnson County all the stars possible!     Very thorough inspection of air conditioning outside fan compressor unit and upstairs (hot) attic unit. Sad news is how much it will cost to repair, but I got two other quotes that were just as costly. We are going with AireServ because of how thorough they were with their inspection and detailed quote for repair.

    I highly recommend Air serve! When our unit suddenly stopped working we panicked! But as soon as we talked to AirServe they put us at ease. They scheduled Kyle to come out within a couple of hours and he got us up and and running very quickly! Kyle was so thorough and helpful. He explained everything to us every step of the way and we knew we were in great hands! From my first call with Emmy who was extremely professional to when Kyle arrived to service our unit and get us running it has been a delightful experience.     I received top notch service from Aire Serv. My AC was out, and they were able to get a service representative out the same day. Kyle S. quickly diagnosed the issue, described it to me clearly, and described my options fixing it or replacing the system. I chose to replace. David E. was out the next day to quote the various options for replacement, and again - very friendly, knowledgeable and clearly communicated. I took advantage of O% financing, and a fair price. The team that was out to install were all very professional and friendly and less than a week from the original call I was back in business. They even loaned me a portable AC unit to keep from cooking while this process played out. As far as unexpectedly having to replace an AC, they made it as painless as it could be 👍🏻

    We have been so happy with Aire Serv! Today especially was a great experience! Parker was our technician, and he was amazing from start to finish! I was running late from work and he was willing to wait for me to get home, and then was extremely informative, personable, and helpful.     This was for preventive maintenance on two of our systems. I was in the computer maintenance/ customer service industry for my job before retiring after 35 years. I understand why preventive maintenance is so important so we make sure to keep up with our heating and cooling maintenance. Previously we had Charles come out for our service and have been very satisfied. Recently Charles trained Parker and this is the second time to see him (this time on his own). Parker did a very good job and actually started with asking if we had seen anything different as far as either usage or anything else. He did the maintenance on our main unit and then on our split unit in the large shop. Everything checked out fine and he discussed all the things he checked and said if we had any issues to please let him know. I also talked to Emmy in the main office and got some other info that I was curious about. She was very helpful and was the one that actually setup our appointment for this service. We have not had anyone at AirServ that was not professional and prompt if a follow-up was needed. Very highly recommend Air Serv for anyone looking to either get new system or do maintenance on an existing system.

    I cant say enough about how awesome the team at Aireserve are, from the ladies in the office to the techs and sales guys... especially Kyle Saunders and Tony. Kyle is our regular tech and about as honest as they come. He explains everything in a way I understand and doesnt mind going into details when I need further elaboration. Today we got lucky this trip and got Tony as a bonus, who was super personable and knowledgeable also, AND a military veteran (thank you for serving). They were out here for yearly maintenance on our 13 year old Frigidaire. They showed up on time, giving me a polite reminder call beforehand, worked around my wild child and fur babies, and left things CLEANER than they were before. Its silly, but they both took a moment of their time to appease my son when he wanted to show them his cool big boy room (Kyles been servicing us for years), and that just spoke volumes to me. Definitely the kind of people Im okay with working in my home. Aireserve has taken care of us and when its time for a new unit, theyll be there.Thank you guys!

The technician, Ryan Nelson, that came out was awesome! He helped and educated me so I could better understand more about my HVAC and what exactly he is checking, etc. I like that he is straight forward and does not try to get you to buy something like most businesses do. He is very professional, seemed caring and funny. Ryan was very helpful and I hope to see him again come fall for my fall maintenance check. I am now a member with this neighborly company where I get two free maintenance check ups a year plus 15% off parts and other neighborly companies.     The first hot weekend of the summer our AC went out. After three unsuccessful attempts to reach arepair service, I called Aire Serv.     My AC didn’t seem to be cooling like it should. A friend suggested having some preventative maintenance done. He recommended Aire Serv. I called Aire Serv. Their office manager, Emmy, quickly took my contact information and scheduled a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Within 20 minutes, the technician located two issues with my AC – a bad capacitor and low refrigerant. He had the part and refrigerant with him and quickly resolved both issues. My AC is now cooling like it was! Thank you, Emmy, and Aire Serv. I was so impressed, that I signed up for their annual preventative maintenance program.

    Our air conditioner went out on Sunday, so I Googled AC repair in my area. I found that there are many providers in my area, but only 1 stood out. Aire Serv has 24 hour service and the highest customer rating. Their reviews are outstanding. So, I called. We got a prompt response and scheduled an appointment. Charles was our technician and he was prompt, professional and thorough. No AC service of any real quality is cheap, but his quote was manageable and would keep us up and running under their warranty. We have more than our AC up and running. We have a plan to protect our system. Charles took the time to explain the details to my wife, since I could not be home at the time. My wife takes it very personally when men assume she doesnt understand technical details. They would be wrong. Charles did not make that mistake. If my wife came away happy, then I am happy. There is the usual morning or afternoon appointment schedule, but always let me know when someone is on the way, who is coming (with photo), and ETA. Let me know of additional work that might/should be needed and give me an estimate - and a choice - for it. Technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and fast - and clean up after themselves. AireServ might not always get it right the first time, but they continue to return promptly until everything is corrected - usually with no additional charge.

    Our AC went out late Wednesday night. We called aire serve and were told that someone would call us the next morning. The call came as soon as they opened around 8AM and the representative could not have been more helpful. She said they had no availability until Friday morning, but if some thing became available sooner we would be at the top of the list. She called around 2PM and said that she could have someone here in the evening. The tech came and had us repaired in no time. He was very helpful and had a great attitude even though you could tell he had had a long day. I am very pleased with the service from Aire Serve.

    My husband called Aire Serv on a Saturday morning to get our AC serviced. They originally were not going to have a technician available until the next day but Patrick Worley was able to find time within a couple of hours of our call and checked out our system. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes as the contact points were not operating properly due to a bug on the switch. He removed the bug and put the disconnect back in place and the unit began operating again. We then asked him how much that we owed him and he said, nothing! We asked him again and he again, nothing! We will definitely be returning customers!
