Communication is key and this business is the best. We dropped another vendor as they wanted to charge us high prices and, come to find out, they did not provide with the details needed for us to make proper decisions. James is an awesome technician who does a great job troubleshooting and explaining the issues going on with the system. Melissa was extremely personable and professional as well. She does an awesome job going over options for replacing the system and comparing them with repair options. Great job Aire Serv 👏👏👏👏We needed both AC units inspected and cleaned before summer. The technician Christian showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection, letting us know what needed to be done for the units to work more efficiently heading into summer. We said YES to the recommended work, and it was completed during that service call. When we experienced an “issue”, he was back promptly to make the correction on the wiring. Thanks for the professional customer service!

Great service at a reasonable price!We called Aire Serv to clean our dryer vent duct. The tech, Bowen, was very polite and respectful. Work was completely efficiently and we were shown before and after photos and videos to see the difference. We also got email updates throughout our service experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

James and his team are the most professional, honest, group of people I have ever received A/C service. The service plan makes it easy to budget in maintenance of equipment and saves on cost of repairs. They check on my equipment twice a year. Before it gets hot in the summer and again before it gets cold in the winter! Never experienced a untimely breakdown since being on the maintenance plan!

My A/C went out on 06-10-2023 in the middle of this heat wave and I had a hard time finding available techs to come and work on it. When I called Aire Serv they responded quickly and professionally. James came in and did a thorough going over and identified that I needed a fan motor that would have to be ordered from a company down in the southern part of Houston.The next day he went into Houston got the part came back installed it and I was up and working, Given the heat at the time he went above the call of duty my attic was registering 135 degress. I would gladly recommend he and his company to anyone needing service .
