    This company is one you can trust. I had multiple companies come out for quotes, and this company found the root cause of an issue instead of pitching a new unit. This is my third time using them, and the technician Josh found the root cause of a heating issue in my HVAC--a faulty connection of wiring at the thermostat. He did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue.

    We are so impressed and thankful to have found this company to help us with our air conditioning issues. They were quick to get here to help, friendly, professional and totally reliable. One of the owners even came to meet with us before and after the work was completed. We needed a whole new air conditioning system and they replaced it for us. Great people!     It was 35 degrees outside. I had a problem with my heater. I called at 4pm, they were at the house by 6pm and had it fixed my 7pm. They needed to clean the pressure valves. I was just charged the $129 diagnostic fee. I have used them many times before and will continue to in the future.

    We have been using AireServ for at least 10 years now. They have always been amazing. Their prices are fair, they communicate well, and their customer service is great. Today, I called them when I thought one of my AC units went out. I was a bit in a panic because we are leaving town tomorrow, and after explaining the situation to them, they had Larry out here within the hour, and within an hour of that, he had my AC cooling again! I am so grateful for AireServ!

    I reached out to Aire Serv of Flower Mound based on suggestions from neighbors. I was so pleased with the service and repair/replacement job that they did. We had an ongoing issue the original HVAC company caused by their poor install. That company was not reliable and did not fix the issues after coming year after year. Larry from Aire Serv came and identified the problem immediately, found out that the parts were still under warranty, and provided a fair estimate to fix it. He and his coworker showed up on time, finished the repair sooner than he said that would, and even came back a couple of days later to ensure that everything was good to go. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv of Flower Mound - what a great team!

    Gary came out to our house almost 2 years ago & did a very thorough inspection of our ac system. We weren’t in a position to buy a whole new system at that time. Gary was patient, knowlegeable & understanding. We decided to hire him & his crew shortly after to install a mini split ac in our remodled garage with the promise we’d call him back for the main system in the future. They did a fantastic job! We called Gary back last month & purchased a new main system for our home. They did everything right as promised & then some! I highly recommend calling Gary at Aire Serv of Flower Mound/Lewisville!     I had my central air/heat replaced by Aire Serve of flower mound about 4 years ago and have a warranty/maintenance contract with them. The technicians that come out are always professional, thorough, courteous and always leave house/floors clean after servicing units. Everyone there is great but I especially wanted to thank Larry for taking the time to answer all our questions and actually show us what he was talking about in detail so we understood, as well as offer his advice.     While in the middle of a move, my AC system started experiencing delayed short cycling. I called Aire Serv after seeing their reviews, and they were able to send out a technician same-day, already a plus! Josh arrived a bit later than hed planned after his prior jobsite, but a rep from Aire Serv (Madison) was in touch with me the whole time to keep me updated which to me is almost better than being on time. Josh was very friendly and professional, and quickly worked to diagnose and fix the issue. For everything that was done, I actually paid a lot less than I thought I could have - and even better, they didnt try to sell me any equipment at all, even though I have a 20y/o unit outside! Aire Serv understands theres a line between force-feeding you a multi-thousand dollar upgrade you dont need as opposed to fixing a solid system that just needs a little love, and they didnt cross that at all. Id worked with three other AC companies in the area, and all three tried to either sell me a new unit, new handler (Mine is only two years old!) or even a whole new system. Aire Serv did exactly what was needed to fix the issue, gave me some advice, and even referred me to other services they work with that I need. If I wasnt moving out of state, Id be calling Aire Serv for everything AC related for my property - you should, too!

    This was our first time purchasing new HVAC systems. Thankfully, it was a very good experience from start to finish. Mike McCoy met with me at length to assess our needs and identify appropriate solutions/equipment. The techniques he applied ensured the solutions were customized to our homes layout and construction. He took complex HVAC jargon and processes and helped explain them in a way that was easy to understand. Regarding installation - the technicians were courteous, careful, and focused. When problems surfaced, they found the source and went beyond the normal protocol to resolve them (special thanks to Brandon!) In all, I am confident we made the right decision to do business with Aire Serv - this is a high compliment considering I can be quite picky and demanding. I would highly recommend them to family, friends, or anyone looking for HVAC help.

    They were able to come out same day that i called.. Caleb did a fantastic job fixing our unit. The motherboard had shorted out and fried the panel. He had it fixed in no time. Next day the thermostat wasnt reading correctly and he was able to come out and fix it. Base if the thermostat had likely been fried too. Very professional, fast service! Will definitely be using again in the future.

    Donovan is the man! After days of hardly any power like so many other Texans affected by the storm, our heat pump system was not allowing us to warm our house back above 48.Donovan quickly identified that the emergency heat wiring was not correctly installed, and had it fixed up in under an hour. He was also super friendly, great service all around.We slept in a perfectly warm house that night.They were also here quick - called when they opened and they were at my house by 2PM. The dispatcher was great too.

    Aire Serve Flower Mound installed 2 new AC units. Our AC’s were 15+ years old and needed to be replaced since they were at the point that it would be too costly to repair. Our service technician, Caleb, did an awesome job informing us of our options and answering all of our questions. Great communication with office staff throughout the whole process.     I discovered an issue with my AC spewing water, and after calling several local AC companies and not reaching a person or getting a call back, I tried Aire Serv. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and told me that a technician would call me back shortly.In what seemed like 20 minutes, I received a call and a technician was sent out. I think it was about an hour from my initial call to getting someone in my house which is an absolutely insane response time.The technicians found and quickly fixed the issue. Both were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pricing was also very reasonable too. I will 100% give these guys a call again the next time I need something HVAC related done.

They (Caleb) stayed late in the day to be able to squeeze this job in. In my home, they have serviced my old systems, installed new runs and vents to help my system live a little longer. When we could afford to do so, we replaced both of our 20+year old systems and they have been performing routine maintenance for us.     I had used the same ac company since 1993 and when I called them to come look at my broken ac unit I found out they no longer service Lewisville. My former ac company in pilot point referred me to aireServ. Honestly I was very concerned that a new company would see a female with a broken 14 year old ac unit and try to take advantage of me. I have loved them from the start and every interaction with them seems to get better than the last..January 2019 Update: We just moved into a new (old) house. The seller had another company fix issues we found on an inspection and we moved in and it still didnt work. We had them (the other company) come out...and they said nothing was wrong and left. THEN I CALLED AIRSERV (why didnt I just call them from the beginning?!?!). Anyways, I spoke with Alivia in their office and she was AWESOME. So easy to talk to, didnt make me feel stupid for how I described the issue (even though I definitely did sound ridiculous...I dont know, its just not working right is not a helpful diagnostic!) AND got me an appointment today (with a 15 minute arrival window because she didnt want me to wait around for hours! thank you Alivia!)..So then the tech, Larry, shows up (right when he was supposed to, I might add), listened to what our complaints were, and found/FIXED the problem right away. Then, to take it a step further, he fixed the thermostat settings to make the system even more efficient..We were members of their advantage plan in the old house...and will definitely continue that with the new one.     After calling several AC Repair companies and being told it wont be until a few days until someone can come to my home and diagnose my AC. Right before giving up and checking into a hotel, I came across Aire Serv of Flower Mound.     No one likes when their air conditioner breaks, besides the heat now it becomes a struggle to find a company that is available, honest, and fair. Air Serv is that company. They are there when they say they will be there, have fair terms waiving ther diagnostic if they do the repair, they didnt try to upsell or repair more than necessary, and are competitive in their parts and labor pricing. I hope to never have to call them again but if I need an A/C service it will definitely be Air Serv
