    We recently had our ductwork replaced on our 45 year old home. It is amazing how quick and professional these guys are. It took less than 2 and weve been freezing every since. My wife used to pack a fan with her to the kitchen and now shes packing blankets. I never thought Id would be looking forward to an electric bill, but I can feel the savings already.     I can’t say whether this is a good company but my experience was good to start until I got a second opinion. I was quoted the dire as if I don’t go this route that it would be forever to get a replacement part but could install a new air handler but the price would exceed 11k. The repair part alone would be $ 4509 plus just to get the part but I found out the part only cost $1700. The issue I have is I was being tremendously overcharge. The fact that I was given worst case and not being honest with me calls me to question the integrity of the company. I am sure they do good work but the fact that I was told the price of parts that are truly much cheaper leads me to say doing business with this company is a risk. I am grateful for getting multiple quotes and now they are refusing to return my deposit. I have calked several times and the same thing continues to happen the office will contact you. Be careful when using this company. I don’t want to call any names but when they felt I was in distress the price drastically increased.

    I have been a customer of Aire Serv since November 2019. They installed a new HAVC system and every since then they have maintained and have kept the system up to date and serviced. Their technicians have been professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. My home has been cool during the summer and warm during the winter.Cant ask for anything more...Aire Serv has been dependable and responsive...

    Our experience with Aire-Serv was incredible, starting with June and John. Every detail of the work to be done was explained in detail and all of our questions and concerns were answered before the work was started. Each day the crew arrived at the time promised and the work continued with no problems and no inconvenience that one would expect. Each day the crew explained what had been done and what needed to be finished. I was amazed at the detailed amount of clean-up that was done each day as they prepared to leave. Everyone was so courteous and thoughtful of our comfort while the work was being done. Our property.was left in pristine condition with the air conditioning system working better than it ever had before.

They had told us that we were expected to have it replaced on April 8th and well we had it replaced 2 weeks early because they had room to move us up.     Aire Serv was the best choice for our difficult attic space and they had the best plan to take care of our faulty ducts compared to other companies. June Montalvo helped us pick the best option for our replacement unit and also continues to be available for questions and updates even after the job ended. The crew that came out was obviously very experienced and able to make helpful suggestions for the final setup of the ducts and vents. We have been very happy with the results and the speed that everything was able to be completed.

    The Aire-Serv technician that came to my house was James Schaefer. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.     I only gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t choose 6 (or more). My main HVAC unit finally gave out after I used all of the band aides I could think of. The old unit was installed in 2009. I called Aire Serve a couple of days ago with the hopes I could get yet another band-aid installed but when the technician showed me the physical deterioration of the equipment, I had to agree with his assessment: it was time for a replacement system. Over the years this company has been gracious enough to help me keep this unit running despite the fact that it should have been replaced long ago. I agreed to their recommendations and about 24-hours later my aging system had been totally replaced. Their installation crew did an excellent job replacing the old equipment, modernizing some of the interfaces (read: connections), and initializing the new equipment as part of the start-up process. Everything works great and I am impressed with the capabilities of my new American Standard system. A critic might argue: “this is what you paid them to do”. The thing that made these guys standout, beyond their product, was their “can do” attitude, the fact they showed up exactly on time and finished the job efficiently, and quite frankly the professionalism of all their team members. I thank them for their push to get this job done. I am very pleased.

    Yesterday 2 young men came to install my heater. I am SO impressed. Their hiring policy must be overly careful; these young men were courteous, effective with their abilities and very quiet. And the service afterwards is PHENOMENAL!

    We recently had an unexpected emergency with our duct work. Our home had old ducting that had metal sheeting. It was compromised with holes and cracks. With us using our a/c this summer it began condensation and leaked on to our sheet rock. Of course, we were unaware of the issue until we saw effects of the water damage. We called airserv after they were recommended to us by others. They quickly responded and had a crew here the next day to remove the duct work and replace with new. Their crew was very polite and professional. We had a few issues but as soon as we made the manager (John Flores) aware of the concerns, he addressed them quickly. John was also wonderful to work with. Customer service is his priority and he went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. His crew, Victor, Nate, Daniel, Gerardo, and Zureal were easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone. After our damaged sheet rock was replaced and repaired, Angel came out to reinstall air vents. He was one of the kindest people I’ve had pleasure to work with. He did his job with pride.Airserv truly blessed us in a time that was stressful and made the situation as smooth as possible.

He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the situation, quoted me on the spot with various repair options. They sent text messages and emails to confirm scheduled service appointments, and when the technicians are on their way. They even provided a picture of the technician who will be at my door.     Our Technician arrived on time and was prepared to get our HVAC operating again. He called before arriving to obtain specific information regarding the faults we had and based on our I formation he was quickly able to doliognose the HVAC and determine what was wrong.     Pete Perez was sent to maintenance and diagnos the leak in my AC. He was thorough in checking EVERYTHING. We have had other companies come fix other issues through our home warranty company. Not one single one of them seem as qualified or professional as Pete from Airserv. We are replacing our whole unit, inside and out. Yes, we could get it cheaper. However, its the service that sold me on going through Airserv. Great job!!! 👍

I made an appt for the following day, but when the in call tech Damien heard water, he was close by and I was fit in because they were able to get me in. Knowledgeable, curtious, professional. Solved my problem. I probably could have done it myself, but I didn’t want to go from bad to worse. He showed me how to correct this in my own and how to preventively stay a step ahead.
