    Air Vent Pros, LLC - is exceptional! I called them to clean my Air vents. They took over- took registers off and cleaned them, Had great equipment to clean my air ducts thoroughly! They also explained some damage in my air ducts that would need to be repaired. John Zapata- owner and his assistant were thorough with the cleaning and follow through, they vacuumed debris off the floor. They left my house in good shape. Most of all I am SOOO Satisfied with the cleaning they did on my air ducts!!!! They are the best!!!!

    I called them this past week to check out my daughter’s dryer vent because it wasn’t drying properly. John and his helper (a very nice lady) came to the house on time and did an excellent job in fixing the problem. They were very professional and polite.     Exceptional service. As a senior citizen I could not have been more pleased. Not only did he clean the dryer duct but he installed my new dryer and ran it to make sure everything was working properly. Cleaned everything up nicely. He also assisted me with other home issues that were not part of the duct cleaning.I would give 10 stars if I could. Very highly recommended !

    Vent pros deserve more than five starts. They are honest, professional, 100 % customer oriented. John, will do anything in his power to help you solve whatever situation you are dealing with as far as the cleaning of your ducts. Im converting from swamp cooler to refrigerated ac, I was told I do not needed to installed new ducts, so I decided to have them clean and call Air Vent Pros to do the job. When John stared the cleaning, he is so thorough, he find that some portions of the duct were so rusted, they were being picked up by the machine he was using. He showed me the condition of the ducts and that help me to realized I had been misled to believe the ducts do not needed to be replaced. Although he was hired to clean the ducts, he also clean the dryer vent. They are just awesome, him and Alex. John was so considerate of me, that he did not charged me the full amount he had quoted me, because he was not able to do the job as detailed as he wanted to, due to the rusted condition of the ducts. With Air Vent Pros, you will get what you pay for and much more.

    Spoke with John, very friendly & gave a reasonable rate. His worker, David, showed up at scheduled time & did a diligent & thorough job. I had never had my ducts serviced before so I had questions of which they respectfully answered all in a friendly manner. There was an issue that came up, but both John & David fixed it quickly. They put a scent in the ducts that made my house smell fresh & wasn’t over bearing. Did a complete job on my dryer vent/duct too. All in all, so glad not to see dust bunnies on the floor anymore!!     Really impressive service by these guys! Got the combined air duct and dryer vent service, and the technician was fantastic. Helped my wife feel very comfortable about this being done with the kids still in the house. After performing the dryer vent service, the tech even went above and beyond to run to the hardware store and entirely replace our dryer duct, because he didnt like how ours looked. Was easy to pay with card and I got an email receipt to send to my property manager, too. 10/10!!

    Highly recommend air vent pros. My dryer vent had a build up of lent. I called in morning and by the afternoon (same day) had my dryer vent cleaned. Very professional and the work was done properly. I find the cost was average and comparable to most companies. I will be using this company for all other vent cleaning needs. The technician also changed our dryer vent connection to help reduce the issues we had. Our old vent connection had mirco tears that leaked lent out and reduced our dryers efficiency. After all the work was done our dryer is working great and we aren’t having an excessive build up of lent.

    John and Matt were truly a pleasure to work with! I had to reschedule my service and John was very accommodating and helped me get scheduled later the same day with no problems. Very pleasant to talk to. Matt came to the house and replaced/cleaned our electric dryer ductwork which had become dangerously clogged to the point where our dryer was giving us a warning light. Our ductwork was a bit confusing and circuitous, but Matt got the job done in a little over an hour. He also repositioned and rebalanced our side-by-side washer and dryer units which he did as a courtesy. I have to say their work was very well done!     Called John this morning and set up an appointment for 4pm today to clean my dryer vent pipe. Around 12:30 he calls me and says he had a cancellation, and could come over within the hour. He arrived on time, and jumped right in and started cleaning the back of my dryer, the flex hose, and the bottom inside of the vent pipe. Then we climbed up on the roof, and he did a very thorough job of cleaning from the roof vent, down to where the flex hose connects. All of this within 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Plan to use his services to clean our entire house HVAC ductwork and vents. Our dryer works so much better. From one military vet to another, I appreciate his hard work ethics and professional dedication to the job. Thanks John!
