He deep cleaned a mini split that was mold infested very well. He recognized my budget was tight and used his professional expertise to identify the most urgent needs and did not add any extra un-necessary services. He also provided some helpful tips on how to keep the unit clean with minimal off the shelve products.Overall I had a very good experience with this company and I could feel the difference in the clean air that I was breathing right after the job was done.

    I just cant say enough about how awesome Marcus is! Its rare to find people that really care as much as he does about helping people.  I asked him to come out and clean my ducts because I kept smelling mold and was having all kinds of nasty symptoms from mold allergies. My home is pretty new and doesnt have any water damage so the only place it could be was in the HVAC system. I was cleaning it off all the places I could get to but I knew there was something deeper in there that I couldnt find.  He took one look at my ducts and told me they were not the problem. He spent 2 hours with us digging deep into our system and figured out that the plenum was totally nasty inside. Insulated on the inside and catching all kinds of dust and growing mold.    We had a new one made and he came back and installed it for us and insulated it on the outside like it should have been done in the first place.We are so grateful to him.! Im sure a lot of other places would have just come and cleaned my ducts that didnt need cleaning and charged me for it and left.Thank you!

    This is the third time that we had Marcus come to take care of a clogged dryer vent, dusty ducts and vents in our home prior to us moving in.     I recently had an AC system tune up with this company, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked my AC system and made some great recommendations without being pushy or trying to sell me anything I didnt need. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. After the tune up, my AC system is running much more efficiently and Im confident that it will continue to do so for a long time.     Marcus arrived on time and got right to work. He informed me of how the process worked and that it would be a bit dirty. Marcus really is passionate about his job and has great work ethics. He has a wealth of Information about ducts and HVAC. He troubleshooted a duct issue I had in another bedroom (which was an addition by previous owner) and came up with a plan that would fix it. Will definitely pass his name on to friends that need his expertise. When Marcus was done he cleaned and vacuumed the floors to remove dirt from the cleaning.

    I wanted to wait to review.Before: Dust would build up on my black lamp every 2 to3 days and I’d wipe it downAfter : 7 days later Still watching for it to get to the point I need wipe it down.Working from home you start noticing the air quality , allergies and dust.I was working while he was working and there were no interruptions.Marcus answered all questions , gave some good tips to keep dust out of the vents. Cleaned out the AC blower , pointed out some spots that needed help , came back and saw he touched them up.A/C blowing great , vents and ducts are clean , kids can tell there’s a difference and keep pointing them out.Best decision

    I live in an apartment complex in Tyler, TX. While taking a walk, I noticed a van parked in our parking lot that said “Air-RX” duct cleaning. I knew that the air ducts in our apartment had never been cleaned in the five years that we had lived there, and I doubted if they had ever been. I called Air-RX, got a free estimate (which was very affordable,) and made an appointment. The gentleman that did the work was very polite, and knowledgeable. He said that it would take about an hour, but ours was so dirty, it took a couple. He was very thorough and even took pictures in the ducts before he cleaned and after to show me the difference. I was amazed, and pleased, at what he did. He cleaned our vent covers and made them look brand new. He sprayed the mold and mildew that has accumulated in the ducts, and also a sanitizer to kill any bacteria and viruses present. He cleaned up after his work was finished, and even put brand new screws in our vent covers that had been painted over for years – now that is what I call real service! My wife has had an awfully bad cough when she gets up in the mornings for quite a long time now. She was sure it was because of our two cats and the pollens in the air. This morning, after having the air ducts cleaned, the cough was gone. Having dirty air ducts in your home can be very detrimental to you and your family’s health. I highly recommend getting them cleaned (they suggest, at least, every two years,) and I HIGHLY recommend Air-RX to do the job.

    Air RX did a great job. The HVAC ducts and vents had probably never been cleaned since 1980. They did a great job. They also cleaned out my brick chimney. Many dauber nests were there that are not there any more. VERY HAPPY WITH AIR RX. The two techs were professional, personable, and communicated well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Man, man, man. They already got me when they showed up 30mins early lol. As many of the other reviews have said, EXTREMELY professional with their conversations and their work.     Lets start of, Jr and Brandon show up early to clean my chimney duct . Live in an apartment and I know it hasnt been cleaned for 2yrs. These guys did great work ! Drop cloth, vacuum, wipe down, put things back . Very professional and super nice . There was so much soot build up . Jr was covered. Didnt even complain .
