David was the employee who did the inspection. It was quick and he provided pictures to show us. He was professional and calm while giving us factual information. They will be back this week to clean the mold.Stephanie, the company employee who scheduled customers, was very helpful and friendly. She was patient and offered incredible customer service by answering questions and putting me at ease during a stressful finding in our home.I am glad I found them online and will call them yearly for air duct cleaning.
