This is an excellent company that does what it says it will do. The crew arrived promptly at the promised time. They set to work immediately on the three tasks I had requested. I was impressed the owner came with the crew. He directed, supervised and approved their work as well as taking part in the service work himself. Air Flow Filter Service kept the work site clean and put everyting back into place. They took special pride in their work. They reconnected a loose air duct in my attic, cleaned my dryer vent and removed the lint from inside my dryer. They did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the coils in my HVAC unit. I am very pleased with all the work they performed at my house. I thought their rate was reasonable and I received more than my moneys worth. I highly recommend Air Flow Filter Service.

Air Flow made me wait 3 weeks before I could get their services, and afterward, it was no surprise why they were so booked out. They were exactly on time, brought everything to protect my furniture and electronics from the dust (which didn’t go everywhere, like I was expecting), and were absolutely delightful people with which to spend a few hours.There are no fly-by-nighters in this company – it’s a family operation from top to bottom. Chuck has run this company for decades, and he even checked in on the operation half a dozen times throughout the morning. His wife answered the phone and set my appointment, and his daughter, Priscilla, and ‘adopted son’ Woody handled the job with speed and perfect professionalism.They talked me through the process, repainted and resealed my vents after it was done, and even joined me in griping about general contractors for a few minutes. Even better, they undercut the other bid I had by almost $200! My only regret is that I won’t need their services again for another few years, but if more companies comported themselves with the kind of excellence that Air Flow Filter Service does, it wouldn’t be such a drag calling contractors and laborers to service your home.Thanks guys, and Merry Christmas!

Experts in HVAC system cleaning who are also good, down to earth people. Probably more reasonably priced than they should be.
