If I could give this company and Ed and Kyle 100+ stars I would. Ed responded quickly to my request on Angi for an air duct cleaner and was the only one who did. I got a message that others were waiting to bid on my project but no one stepped forward but Ed. I received a bid and Ed was very patient and waited until I was ready and did not pressure me one bit. As soon as I was ready he scheduled me right away. Kyle came out and completed the job quickly and clean up was fantastic. Kyle was so kind and very respectful of our belongings. He is very professional as is the whole company. I will continue to use Air Duct Cleaning Professionals when the time arises and will highly recommend this company to my friends, relatives, neighbors, and anyone I meet. Ed was very nice nice and professional from the initial call. I shared that my main reason for having my air ducts cleaned was that my boyfriend is an active smoker. Although, he only smokes in his man cave the smoke travels through the vents even when closed. Ed shared that he could not guarantee that all the nicotine would be removed as it becomes hardened (like Carmel my words). However, he shared that they would do the best they could. I appreciated the honesty and I decided to go through with the job. Aaron showed up on time and he also was very professional and polite. He came survey the house and got right to work. I shared the situation on the smoke he said the same Ed. However, he said that he would spray extra sanitizer in the vents in the man cave and master bedroom. He also as Ed done told me about odor blocking filters and vent covers. He completed the job and cleaned up behind himself. It has been 3 days with heater blowing and other than passing by his man cave I don’t smell smoke.When I need this service again I’m definitely calling Air Duct Professionals. Amazing work... the owner Ed called after my inquiry to provide me with all the information and went into detail on what was working to be done, he was so polite and professional. He set up an appointment right away and the work was done by a great and also polite worker. He was on time, professional and answered any of my questions. I would highly recommend!!!

I sent a message to the company and got a quick response from Ed. His explanation of the cost and work to be performed was thorough and very accurate. Aaron came out to our home yesterday and did an excellent job cleaning out the dryer vent. He was very knowledgeable, got everything cleaned out, and cleaned up the mess. One thing I really appreciated was how Aaron spoke very highly of Ed when I was commenting about why I chose their company over any others. We had bought our home about 2.5 years ago and do not know if the vent had ever been cleaned by the previous owners. The photo I attached was just one round of sending the cleaning brush/rod through. I feel like we definitely got our moneys worth. I highly recommend Air Duct Professionals!

Josh and Jonathan arrived in the time frame they had arranged with us. They explained the process before they began and answered all our questions.They were very careful and conscientious as they moved from vent to vent. Our house is over 2000sq ft and they worked diligently for nearly 3 hours. They were very professional and respectful. We are more than satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. The price was more than fair for the amount of work and time involved.
