    Easy to communicate with, very responsive, and quick turn around for full-duct cleaning services. Price seemed fair as compared to other quoted services with lower ratings. They showed up on time on the scheduled day (24 or 48 hr turnaround if i recall) and had very useful recommendations for me (Id been having allergies and they had good recommendations about the type of care i should do moving forward as well as the status of the vents etc.). Will use them again!

Jacob then called me back later that day after they removed the birds nest to check and make sure things were working. They still werent so he came back 20 minutes later, brought out his 40 foot ladder and checked the vent from the outside (3rd floor), and found the issue. Very conscientious and helpful and appreciative to now have a working dryer again!

    Jacob and his partner were wonderful. A rat died in my ceiling and my whole house began to smell so I called Ness at Air Central - he moved the schedule around so they could see me the next day.     Jacob and David were great. They cleaned the air ducts and the dryer vents and did the inspection on my HVAC system. They found some air leaks in the supply box, they showed me the video of my furnace coils, it had to be cleaned. After some consideration I decided to go for the full service. They cleaned the return vents, furnace coils, dryer vent and installed a uvc light. Jacob gave me a great price that I couldnt resist. I recommend their service.

    We had our air ducts cleaned for $280. This was a 2 man team to clean the vents in a 3 bedroom condo. I love the fact they wore their face masks while they were working. They also wore shoe covers or aka booties while working inside. I have environmental allergies and having this done really helps.I will definitely use them again!

    This is the second time Ive used this service to clean the vents in my condo unit. The first time it was a deep cleaning of all vents including Dryer. The young man who came out was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. After checking out the air ducts, he showed me a photo he took, and said that while there was a little dust, dirt, etc. in the ducts, there was not enough to warrant having them cleaned. What service company does that? I will definitely call them when there IS a need.

He said there would be no charge. I said I need to pay you for the 30 minute drive to our house. He said give me a review on goggle. I would call him again to work on my Fireplace.     Air Central was great. I found them on Groupon bc I needed services for the recently purchased house. They worked on the retainers, dryer and the ac in the attic since there was mold inside and outside. Also, I had a renovation on several rooms so there was extra dust in the ventilation system and I was really concerned about the air quality. Jacob walked me through how the service would happen and we agreed on the price. They cleaned everything (including the coil), removed the mold and showed me videos of it. Definitely recommend working with them.

    These guys were awesome. Very professional, courteous and respectful of my home as well as my time. I used a coupon out of adpages for discounted ac duct cleaning and the respected it without any hassle (some companies arent like that when they show up) and they did not try to upsell me on anything. I had them clean the air ducts, dryer vent and sanitize all air vents duct work. Taking the vent covers off of course dropped dust which I expected and had planned to vacuum and sweep after they left, but they actually did that as well, leaving the place as clean as when they came in. Cant say enough about them and would highly recommend.

    After 7 years of heavy use we finally decided to have our chimney inspected and cleaned, (which had never been done before). The inspection showed several cracks in the firebox along with a considerable amount of creosole build up. A recipe for disaster if not taken care of. Ness was able to make the needed repairs and cleaned out the chimney. Very impressed with Ness. He was professional, polite and an extremely hard worker.
