Sam has been in the carpet cleaning business for 30 years! He regularly cleans my carpets and several of my friends and family members carpets as well, we love his work going on 10 years strong. He treats your carpet and furniture with respect, and really cares for your satisfaction. He takes his time, and does the job right the first time, every time . I have several large dogs who stay inside; I can always rely on Sam to take care of my carpets and furniture twice a year to keep my house smelling clean from pet dander and stains. When our children were younger he would use a more subtle application so the smell wouldn’t be too harsh for them. He is so kind and I can’t recommend him enough! -

We had the pleasure of working with Sam and his team for our upholstery cleaning.First Impression: I usually search for smaller mom & pop operations as opposed to large franchise service providers. Sam was easy to contact, quick to respond, straight forward on pricing, and up front about lead time to schedule the job.Prices and Scheduling: After a day of price shopping, they were on par with most competition, but had less add on up-charges. In the end, their reasonable numbers and straight forward pricing tactics lead me to schedule the cleaning with them. However, my situation changed by end of day and I needed services provided in less than 24 hours. Sam provide late afternoon/evening options and was able to accommodate our schedule and allow us to increase the scope of the work order on the spot. We inspected the furniture to be cleaned and discussed special treatment considerations/ spot cleaning where necessary. There were some up-charges, but $10 spent to have them deal with sizeable mystery stains on furniture added last minute was well worth it. We agreed on all prices and discussed the bottom line price (tax, Scotchgard, spot treatment, etc) before the work began.Workmanship: It is clear to me that Sam is passionate about his work. He saw our circumstances with family in house under hospice care and bed ridden. He worked delicately around our oxygen machines and efficiently as we are dealing with healthcare of our family member. They were very thorough and even returned (after packing up their tools) to treat one more spot we hadnt previously noticed (at no charge). The attention to detail and thorough work was much appreciated.Finally, I appreciated the work enough to take time to write a review. Im going out of my way to make it known that doing business with Sam and his team is well worth it and highly recommended. -

David was amazing cleaning my 8x10 long haired rug for less than half the price I was previously quoted for. I am definitely calling him every year to request their services. I totally recommend him and his company. -

Affordable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners are just excellent and my Mom loves them! They do all of our scheduled professional home carpet, rug and sofa cleaning and we have called them for a couple of random emergencies too like flood damage restoration and move out cleaning! They did an amazing job at my brothers rental house recently - the carpet cleaners got him back his deposit with a note from the rental company that they house was in immaculate condition! Believe me, that carpet was filthy with beer spills and mud stains before Affordable performed a miracle! They have cleaned all of the different houses that my family has lived in around the Houston and Richmond area and only one time had to come back out for lingering spots which they got the second time. We have always had a dog or two at a time with the accompanying dirt, urine, poop and vomit and we have always been impressed. They pre-treat pet stains and odors and then carpet deodorize them to remove pet odors and stains. They have done carpet repairs for us too which is needed when you try to lock a puppy in your bedroom and it scratches the carpet wanting to come out. We have already recommend this carpet cleaning company to my Dads boss for the power washing and air duct cleaning at his office! His boss already has a company he uses for the tile and grout cleaning but we wouldnt be surprised if he switches after trying out these guys! -

I loved the service I received he did an amazing job. He didn’t rush he made sure he got every part of my couch to clean. It didn’t take long he was very friendly and worked with me with pricing. I recommend his service to anyone it smells so much better in my living room. -
