    I contacted Aero and Spoke with Heather. She was a pleasure to speak with and scheduled my appointment quickly. Jose Aguilar our technician, was On Time, as Scheuled. He sent me a text to inform me he was on his way 👍 When he arrived he was extremely Polite and knew exactly what he needed to do to provide our AC/Heating Units with their annual Mainteance. This young man was meticulous at his job, even making sure that the units located in our Attic were draining properly into our Laundry Room sink. When he was outside he cleaned both units by de-webbing, removing debris and finally used our hose to clean Both Condensers !! My husband and I were Impressed with this companys services and I know that you will be also ! 😉

    Aero is an amazing company. Extremely honest and well priced. Juan the technician is very friendly and beyond honest, not to mention extremely knowledgeable.     I have been an Aero Designed Systems customer for a decade and have found them to be honest and reliable. In this instance, Jose and Juan diagnosed my system, clearly explained that my AC coil failed/required replacement, and provided a no greater than estimate to allow for the actual coolant cost. They were punctual, courteous, and professional.

    I honestly can’t rave enough about this company and the people who work there. Paul helped us troubleshoot a very odd problem that two other companies failed to figure out and he was spot on in his diagnosis of the issue. Shortly after, the second unit began having problems and Juan was able to get it fixed quickly today. Courteous, punctual, fair and highly skilled - you’ll love them.

    Weve used Aero for the last 20+ years on our systems. My parents system was aging on us in bits and pieces and with a sale on the horizon, I had them use Aero for a maintenance and estimate on repairs or replacement.They (Juan and co-worker) showed up on time, reviewed everything, recharged one of the 3 units and are getting us an estimate of labor for 2 of the units that are hurting! And they found the warranty! Brilliant. Always trust these guys to do the right thing and fix it up perfect.     Our A/C was leaking (again) and we turned to Aero after the repairs made by two other HVAC repair services each lasted 3 weeks. Aero actually did fix the problem and bought us all the time needed awaiting a new system. Our new HVAC was installed yesterday and we could not be happier with the process. The team arrived on time and did not leave until the entire job was done. Our front yard was piled with the spoils of the old system, yet when they left you would never know anyone had been ever been there. They also vacuumed the areas inside our home where debris accumulated. Our primary contact for the day was Juan, a tremendous asset to the Aero brand, but the entire team was fantastic. Its great to know that we have finally found the perfect business for our needs.

    Aero Designs did a great job getting us up and running again with a new HVAC system. They were on time and had it installed in no time. The only thing I would say is they were in a big hurry and did not really pay attention to details such as making sure the outside unit was level. I know Im being picky (the unit does not have to be perfectly level to work) but, when you are paying $8500 for a new system, it should look as well as it performs. They did do the job right and I appreciate their work but, Im just saying it was not 5 star perfection. We will use them again and we would recommend them.

    Eric came out late on a Sunday evening. He was friendly and professional, even at the end of a very long day. He was straight forward with me on what the issues were and got my AC running for the night so I could get some immediate comfort. Then came back the next day to replace my thermostat and get the AC back up and running. He showed me how to operate the new thermostat and also cleaned out and leveled my condenser unit (which was filthy). I will definitely be calling Aero Designed Systems for future AC/HVAC issues & maintenance.

    These guys were amazing! We called today figuring it would be days before they could get us in and within 2 hours later they were here and it was a simple, straightforward fix.Everyone speaks very highly of another company who has someone living in Forest Oaks (where we do) and we had a HORRIBLE a experience with them 18mo ago so Aero Designed Systems was like a breath of fresh air.They beat their estimated timeframe, cost and really were exceptional in every way! Hooray for Air Conditioning!! It went out just before I started end of life care for my mom and we couldn’t safely have anyone inside the house (and all of Texas froze over) but we’ve had a number of 80 degree+ days and we are so grateful! I give them the highest recommendation.

    I have used Aero Designs on multiple occasions. They are very friendly and I do not feel like they are trying to sell me on extra stuff. I called them late on a Saturday and they were able to come out and fix our AC same day. WOW!!! If you have any home Air Conditioning needs give them a call. It is great to find a local family business that provides the type of customer experience that is lost in most of todays companies.

    Paul and his team are very professional and although we had some issues with a plumber who messed up the heat pump on the new HVAC that AERO installed, Paul came out twice to get our new HVAC heat pump hooked up after the old heat pump removal. Paul was very quick to get the heat running, coached the plumber through what he needed to do and waved the trip fee for two visits (even though it was the plumber who created the problem). Although the hookup of the HVAC for heat was frustrating (due to the plumber) Paul made it right. I will continue to use their services and rate them as excellent after this positive outcome.

    My 20 year old Trane unit finally hit the dust in the middle of summer. Margie answered on the first ring, and Paul was at my house within the hour on Wednesday. Install scheduled on Friday 8 AM. Paul and the crew showed up on time and finished the job in 5 hours. I have a hard to get to attic and they were able to navigate through no problem.I got quotes from a few other companies in the Lakeway area. Either the company couldn’t order the unit and do install within a short time frame, or they required payment in full upfront... which is unheard of.Do yourself a favor and just call this company. Easy to work with, fair price, great service.

    Aero repaired an ancient unit when another service had failed. Paul knows his business. He told us what we had, what we needed, and what we could live with until a remodel.     Called Roger when our system wouldn’t fire on after moving a thermostat on a Sunday, he offered to come out same day and also suggested I check a few items. Of course it was one of the items he suggested and the system came right on! They have come out before and installed some UV filters on our systems as well, the job was well done on budget and on time. Highly recommend Aero Design Systems for all your HVAC needs!

    Juan Aguilar determined by touching the valve transmitting the coolant from the Condenser to my house that the coolant was not being cooled. After removing the cover on the capacitor he measured the capacitance as 0 uFarads. The 70 uF capactor needs to be changed if it is less than 63 uF. The capactor was probably damaged by the electrical storm we had last night. So He replaced my 70 uF capactor with a new one. This caused my AC sytem to work correctly. Juan is very good explaining how the AC system works.

    Aero Designed Systems in Lakeway, Texas has handled my HVAC service needs since 2010. I live in a condominium community where the outdoor HVAC equipment is located on the rooftops of the buildings. Some HVAC companies refuse to do work at our condos because of where the equipment is located but not Aero Designed Systems. Theyll do the job no matter what the conditions.Paul Slack and his team are very knowledgeable in all areas of HVAC service. They always deliver a high quality job in a very timely manner, typically within one or two business days. Paul worked his magic again for me recently when he resolved an annoying knocking in my wall that had been going on intermittently for over two years. The knocking was caused by loose refrigerant lines that ran from the air handler in my neighbors condo downstairs up through my walls and on up to the rooftop. Paul was able to assess and resolve the problem within 45 minutes. He secured the loose refrigerant lines so they no longer knocked against each other and - voila! - the knocking was gone.I highly recommend Paul Slack and Aero Designed Systems.     What a great experience. After trying to install an Ecobee wifi thermostat on a frigid Sunday afternoon, I found my system no longer working after moving around the wires in the furnace. I called ADS to set up a house call, and not only were they able to come out on a Sunday night, but before they did, he helped troubleshoot what potentially was the issue - talking me through reading the fault code, and then suggesting what it likely was - an open circuit that needed a fuse. I went to Home Depot and swapped out the fuse and the system was fixed. When I called back he was happy that I was able to repair it myself, not concerned about the business he didnt get that night. Needless to say - this is the only company I will call in the future (and yes, it will likely start with help getting that darn Ecobee installed). Thanks ADS!
